I got wings here for lunch and let me just say this food was so delicious. I got to enjoy a crispy, nice tender box and oh boy everyone was so kind. read more

I will never come to this place again in my life. While the chicken is pretty good you apparently have to pay $2.99 per cup of self service water !! That is pathetic. I am posting the receipt in case anyone is doubting it. I purchased the meal and you cant see anything being rung up so it's just a surprise when you get your change. When I asked I just got a shoulder shrug basically too bad!!! Heck with this place I hope they go out of business. read more

Came in the early evening. Location is good, food was hot and served to order. The establishment however was absolutely filthy. It doesn't look like it was cleaned at any given time. Staff friendly and busy cooking orders. The young lady was busy between taking orders by phone and people coming in. Please clean your restaurant! read more

This owner cannot train staff or hire a competent manager. mF's offered some BS free meal to "show me the experience." I eaten hear since this bitch opened, it's gotten so shitty in the last 2 years read more

Two days ago I was at Wingstop Coeur d'Alene on N. Government Way for kids unmanaged scattered food all over the floor and I'll send you pictures if you'd like disgusting I have two cards for free wings. I'm not going to use them. I'm worried about the Health issues in cleanliness of the kitchen area and prep read more

The two gentleman working today were top notch, ordered my wings online a few minutes before and they had em ready before the ordered time. Cheers and appreciate you both!! read more

This location is not bad. I've worked for this company and I would have to say maybe have management that knows what they're doing work here, but other than that the food was great and the atmosphere was pretty chill :-) however there is long wait times but customers have to remember that it takes a while to make chicken and to get it out hot and fresh every time read more

I came in and Colton was not even doing his job. I had to wait like five minutes for him to come out of the back and then after he had asked me to buy him alcohol for him and his friends I told him no and he put a ton of pickles on my sandwich that I did not ask for asked for no pickles and he put the wrong name on my order "Ralph" when my name is also Colton he didn't believe me so he put the wrong name on my order so I had to wait an extra 15 minutes read more

this kid literally called me and my friend Diddy and made him cry and then they where judging him for how he ate and he's he's borderline autistic and the inside was gross read more

I ordered wingstop at 11:30 p.m. my dasher got to the store at 11:50 and they locked him out. He messaged me (very upset) and we ended up having to cancel the order. This was so bizarre. According to him, he was walking up to the door and they RAN to lock it. This was so disrespectful to my dasher as he travelled all the way there just to have to cancel the order. read more

I came here on my latest visit to CDA, I have been coming to Wingstop A LOT when I used to live in Coeur d'Alene, I have to say, I am happy that after the many years I've been gone, the place kept it's very friendly atmosphere not to mention the quality of chicken has remained delicious and tasty! my order turn around was quite speedy even if they said between 20 minutes, I went and browsed around Big Lots for a bit then came back with my order already ready (about 10 mins that was awesome!) For a quick grub that is yummy and hot, I do recommend Wingstop! Thanks guys! read more

Today was 100 degrees outside and my kids wanted to get some food and I didn't feel like cooking so they chose wingstop, we put in our order (over 60 wings different kinds), we decided to door dash it. The order came an hour late and only 20 wings with fires was delivered. Try calling them many many times no one answered. Than I called door dash they told me they couldn't reach them as well so I can't get a refund or the rest of my food delivered because they couldn't be reached. So I had to drive out there walked in no one great you no one said we will be with you in a little nothing like that, waited 20 minutes to actually talk to someone because they were talking phone orders. Also there was so many people inside and non of the workers were communicating with the customers that walked in. All I have to say is I'm not coming back here again. If I had to give them 0 starts I would. read more

the girl worker was so mean and snatched my food out of my hands saying "give me that" and ignore all the orders after calling them out. like food was fine but the service was so awful and they didn't have a trash can so all the empty bags and trash was just piled up on a table and it was so dirty read more

so disappointed, this wing stop is gross, dirty, no drinks. and I watch an employee use the bathroom and not use the bathroom

It takes a lot for me to pull out my phone mid meal to write a review but this has to be the best wingstop I have been to. Staff were so friendly and attentive even during a busy time. read more

cameron someone who works there just didn't give very good service and he/she kept looking at me very disgusting look and i seen two employees smoking pot in the parking lot before their shift called the manager and he didn't seem to care one bit and that is unacceptable from a franchise like this read more

If you plan to eat here, order at least an hour in advance as the "16-21 minutes " they advertise is never the reality when it comes to your wings. The food came out correct, but the fact that I have to mention that should tell you something. How hard is it to put more wings down in a fryer when you have 20 plus tags on your docket? Maybe train your employees better. At least the floors in the dining room were kind of clean? read more

Not sure whats going on but ordered hot wings, veggies and fries. Requested BlueCheese. Opened the bag at home and there were 6 sauce containers. Assumed they were Bluecheese...wow never had what tasted like mayonnaise with a few little crumbs of blue cheese (WFT?) On top of it the wings were dry with very little sauce. Are they getting cheap trying to save $$$. Before it was very watered down bluecheese not THICK and CREAMY like it should be. This has always been a problem in CDA the food.....Problem a lot of these people running these places have no idea becasue they have never had True Bufflo Wings and how they are served! This goes out to all HOTWING servers....Standard order of a HotWings Meal are: 1-Wings tossed in the sauce of choice 2- Fries 3- Carrots & Celery (these are not additional $$$ Celery is 70% stringed) 4- THICK/CREAMY Bluecheese (No Ranch ever..its like askinig for Ketchup on your hotdog in Chicago or Pepperoni's) 5- Soft Drink / Beer 6- Plently of Napkins 7- Couple Wet wipes The chain of Bufflo Wild Wings is no better than Wing Stop read more

Wingstop has always been my favorite. I was so happy when they got the thighs! Second time they came burnt to a crisp, gave it another go. Burnt yet again! So now I see they no longer even offer them, or just flats. Ok fine, I see you have breaded thigh bites, sounds good. Wrong! All they are is tiny fatty chicken thigh meat with a THICK breading, all breading no chicken. Very disappointed, third time, I'm out! I put a picture of the biggest pieces in half to show they forgot to use chicken, the other is just all breading read more

Absolutely terrible service on my 2/4 visit. Waited 34-min for my order and finally gave up when they told me it be another 30-minutes. Very disorganized and they didn't even try to move up my order. Five other customers came in after me and ordered at the counter and got their meal within 15-minutes. Will NEVER visit the Wingstop again in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho!!! read more

We went in for a quick lunch. we both ordered Louisiana-rub sandwich combos. The lady said if we did a survey, the drink and fries would be free. We said sure, did the survey, because they won't give you your fries or drink until you do. The survey asks how the food is, which, we clicked through because we wanted our food. Our sandwiches came, and they were very wet and covered in the rub. it was like a thick slurry of seasoning and oil. That rub is supposed to be dry. They did give us a refund. worst wing stop ever. read more

Under cooked fries. Missing meal. Will not be back. Hire a few adults instead of kids to save money.

Wings Stops the winner!!! Been coming here for a long time and is always great wings! Not so nice reviews must be coming southwest of Boise lol and now they have thighs! Yum yum wings!! Very casual setting, we walked in to get a to-go order of wings, to which they have a great variety of flavors. The pepper lemon and then the mild wings really hit the spot! Better than Buffalo Wild Wings! read more

I just wanted to say to the staff at Wing Stop, you guys are amazing. We went to pick up our order, Sunday 9/15, we had ordered for it to be pick up at a later time and it wasn't ready, maybe 1/2 hour more, ended up being closer to an hour, but as we watched this staff getting the orders out and the amazing young girl at the register trying her best to keep people from having meltdowns because it was insane, I really felt for them. The food industry isn't easy, remember that, when next time you want to yell at them because your orders not ready read more

there was old ranch all over our food and had to wait over an hour. there was no manager on duty to help. the store was very sticky and very gross ambiance. just in general this store sucks ass. read more

I have never been treated so poorly by restaurant staff anywhere, after my delivery order placed on wingstop's website was cancelled after waiting over an hour with absolutely no explanation. I was finally able to get an employee to answer the phone after about 10 phone calls. He could not have cared less about trying to help figure out what had happened and also said the manager was "too busy" to help me. Now I'm having to dispute the 75 dollar charge on my account for food that was never received. I will NEVER go back to this business again. read more

Love the food here. Normally 16 minutes. Tonight have been here over an hour and a half (90) minutes and no food yet. Rumor has it new manager has had all of the old staff quit, hired new people, and left them here untrained. Owners need to old manager and employees back. Not the new employees fault they have been here less than a week. read more

From a door dasher, respectfully, you guys suck. Don't tell me it's gonna be 5 to 10 minutes and then make me wait 20 to 25 minutes for a 6-piece wing. Absolutely, fundamentally, incredibly ridiculous. Shameful workers. It's nice at all to only think about yourself sometimes, but it seems like that's all it is at Wingstop. There's two whole brain cells that make up everyone on staff there. I wonder if you guys know you have a reputation around town for this. No one wants to order from you guys on DoorDash because of this. You're losing business, personally I would never ever order from you guys because of this, and I also love to tell others that they shouldn't as well because of how badly you guys treat couriers. It's insane. I pray that these workers get out of fast food because with the way that they work this establishment, they're never going to. Every single time I go here and I'm getting sick of it. I'm so sick of every one of your workers being incompetent. I have a job too, and I risk losing my job because of your workers incompetence. It only takes 10 minutes for DoorDash to decide that it's a late pick up, and if the customer doesn't cover for me at that point and communicate that I did in fact, tell them about the wait time, then I'm out of a job. Y'all better hope I don't lose my job to you guys in the future, because y'all will have another thing coming. read more

Partial order was missing. Manager Devine acknowledged she had noticed later on. She said "if you come in I can give you a refund if you'd like". Yes like a refund but I live in spokane and was in the area. I asked if she would send even a coupon for the inconvenience and a a better reason to make the drive, and she was extremely rude as she said no. So I am left with missing order and no refund. Theft? Terrible management, this could have been handled completely different. I will be contacting corporate. read more

It was terrible, customer service was awful, food was bad, and the restaurant ambiance was dead silent which made it super weird.
