It's kind of ridiculous there's a 3.3 rating on here. This is the best chick fil a staff I've seen to date; and chick fil a is known for its good service. I got the #5 and the #1 like a true big back that doesn't have chick fil a in his area. The food isn't life changing but it's delicious every time for the price. Came here for the first time since it opened after the hype died down on a cold night. Dine-in is not available right now due to covid so we did curbside pickup. Got our food pretty fast then we found a parking spot to eat in the car. My burger was good and juicy and didn't remind me of other chain fast food places. The fries were warm but a little bit soggy. I like how their sauces are packaged, which makes them very easy to dispense. Our order had a milkshake and a large drink, but they didn't give us any straws. We had to walk in the cold to get straws and they had a bunch by the entrance. Been to Chick-Fil-A six times since they've opened here in Spokane, 3 for lunch/dinner, and three for breakfast. My favorite is the spicy deluxe as I love spicy chicken, and chick-fil-a does a great job of it. Also, the chicken biscuit in the mornings is really good. I just wish I could get the spicy chicken patty on the biscuit. One thing that stands out is the excellent customer service. True, it may be a long wait in drive thru during lunch currently, but once you get to the point where you're ordering food, the staff make an ease and pleasure out of it. My family and I went to this Chick-Fil-A a week ago and waited in line for a long time. Bottom line - it was worth the wait!! Service was good and food was excellent as usual. We got their normal basic sandwich with their sauce and a large frozen lemonade. The staff were friendly and talkative despite having to work outside in the cold. I appreciate having a new family orientated business that is committed to giving back to the community which was demonstrated when they gave 100 1st responders free meals for a year. Very classy and should inspire other businesses in the area.
