I would have to say that this ranks close to one of the worst chicken sandwiches I have ever had. The meat of the chicken was stringy, and I bit into at least two veins, which caused the sandwich to pull itself apart as I was biting into it. While the breading tasted good, it was rather soggy, and had no crunch. What my digestive system did to this sandwich was nothing short of a horror story, and the next morning I was stranded on the toilet for over 30 minutes. I've been to this location a few times now and really don't see what the hype is all about. The sandwiches I've had have been just ok, nothing to get excited about. I honestly think the KFC sandwich is better at a lower price point. Employees have always been friendly and the dining area is always busy, but clean. They do have very good shakes though. It's kind of ridiculous there's a 3.3 rating on here. This is the best chick fil a staff I've seen to date; and chick fil a is known for its good service. I got the #5 and the #1 like a true big back that doesn't have chick fil a in his area. The food isn't life changing but it's delicious every time for the price. I ate inside and when one of the workers brought me my food, she even asked to pray with me. Something as little as that can really make someone's day. We've been to this restaurant a handful of times, both in drive-thru and to sit down. The food is consistent, the service is fast and friendly. Inside is always so clean, including the bathroom. The rewards app is awesome. I do not visit Chick-fil-a often, but I receive rewards complimentary from the manager on a quarterly basis, and my orders give decent rewards points. We always enjoy the food so i give them their due stars for that; however, the customer service does not exist. It does not matter how long you stand at the "customer service/pickup counter" they WILL NOT come over to see if you need anything, instead you have 30 teenagers starring at you the entire time you are there. I'm confused how a pickup order takes 45 minutes, between finalizing your order on the app, driving there and then standing at the pickup area for 35 mins, meanwhile customer after customer, walks up to counter to take a dine in order or to create a take out order and their meals are being brought out to them in minutes. Simultaneously watching vehicles pull into their drive thru off the street and pass through the pickup area with their meals. Got our food pretty fast then we found a parking spot to eat in the car. My burger was good and juicy and didn't remind me of other chain fast food places. The fries were warm but a little bit soggy. I like how their sauces are packaged, which makes them very easy to dispense. Our order had a milkshake and a large drink, but they didn't give us any straws. We had to walk in the cold to get straws and they had a bunch by the entrance. Been to Chick-Fil-A six times since they've opened here in Spokane, 3 for lunch/dinner, and three for breakfast. My favorite is the spicy deluxe as I love spicy chicken, and chick-fil-a does a great job of it. Also, the chicken biscuit in the mornings is really good. I just wish I could get the spicy chicken patty on the biscuit. One thing that stands out is the excellent customer service. True, it may be a long wait in drive thru during lunch currently, but once you get to the point where you're ordering food, the staff make an ease and pleasure out of it. No need to pull up close to a window, which I really like. They bring the food out to you as you're moving through the line. read more

Chick-fil-A service is always better than literally any other restaurant and this location had the best service of any Chick-fil-A we've been! Our server, Malachi, went above and beyond to get us everything we needed, including helping us find our table number, providing extra sauce when we asked, supplying us with the bathroom code, and getting us both waters. He was attentive to us the entire time we were there and had such a positive, kind, and welcoming attitude. Wish we lived in the area so we could go to this location all the time!
