Good chicken but after being overcharged by $10 for breakfast filets my long customer service ordeal began, after bringing this to their attention I was offered 3 "be our guest cards" for free entrees which was just fine however I was "ghosted" for for 2 months after the offer, needless to say when I was contacted i was beyond the point of no return. My response to "did we ever take care of you" was "no but don't worry about it, I don't eat there anymore" which I received an "okay, have a blessed day" . I WILL NOT RETURN. It's kind of ridiculous there's a 3.3 rating on here. This is the best chick fil a staff I've seen to date; and chick fil a is known for its good service. I got the #5 and the #1 like a true big back that doesn't have chick fil a in his area. The food isn't life changing but it's delicious every time for the price. I ate inside and when one of the workers brought me my food, she even asked to pray with me. Something as little as that can really make someone's day. I always order through the app and pick up through the Mobile-Thru. I always receive great, quick service. My order is always fulfilled correctly and the food is cooked right and tastes great. The rewards app is awesome. I do not visit Chick-fil-a often, but I receive rewards complimentary from the manager on a quarterly basis, and my orders give decent rewards points. We always enjoy the food so i give them their due stars for that; however, the customer service does not exist. It does not matter how long you stand at the "customer service/pickup counter" they WILL NOT come over to see if you need anything, instead you have 30 teenagers starring at you the entire time you are there. I'm confused how a pickup order takes 45 minutes, between finalizing your order on the app, driving there and then standing at the pickup area for 35 mins, meanwhile customer after customer, walks up to counter to take a dine in order or to create a take out order and their meals are being brought out to them in minutes. Simultaneously watching vehicles pull into their drive thru off the street and pass through the pickup area with their meals. What is the point of ordering through the app if their walk up and drive up customers will be prioritized over orders that have already been placed 10-30mins before them? read more

We've been to this restaurant a handful of times, both in drive-thru and to sit down. The food is consistent, the service is fast and friendly. Inside is always so clean, including the bathroom. My 3 yo loved that they had a stool to stand on to wash hands. You can tell the employees work so hard to maintain the standard. Now all we need is one in Coeur d'Alene! read more

Came here for the first time since it opened after the hype died down on a cold night. Dine-in is not available right now due to covid so we did curbside pickup. Got our food pretty fast then we found a parking spot to eat in the car. My burger was good and juicy and didn't remind me of other chain fast food places. The fries were warm but a little bit soggy. I like how their sauces are packaged, which makes them very easy to dispense. Our order had a milkshake and a large drink, but they didn't give us any straws. We had to walk in the cold to get straws and they had a bunch by the entrance. I hope they didn't put those straws there because they always forget to include them in orders and expect people to come back for them. read more

Been to Chick-Fil-A six times since they've opened here in Spokane, 3 for lunch/dinner, and three for breakfast. My favorite is the spicy deluxe as I love spicy chicken, and chick-fil-a does a great job of it. Also, the chicken biscuit in the mornings is really good. I just wish I could get the spicy chicken patty on the biscuit. One thing that stands out is the excellent customer service. True, it may be a long wait in drive thru during lunch currently, but once you get to the point where you're ordering food, the staff make an ease and pleasure out of it. No need to pull up close to a window, which I really like. They bring the food out to you as you're moving through the line. read more

Our server, Malachi, went above and beyond to get us everything we needed, including helping us find our table number, providing extra sauce when we asked, supplying us with the bathroom code, and getting us both waters. He was attentive to us the entire time we were there and had such a positive, kind, and welcoming attitude. Wish we lived in the area so we could go to this location all the time! My family and I went to this Chick-Fil-A a week ago and waited in line for a long time. Bottom line - it was worth the wait!! Service was good and food was excellent as usual. We got their normal basic sandwich with their sauce and a large frozen lemonade. The staff were friendly and talkative despite having to work outside in the cold. I appreciate having a new family orientated business that is committed to giving back to the community which was demonstrated when they gave 100 1st responders free meals for a year. Very classy and should inspire other businesses in the area. I am also impressed this one restaurant is providing over 150 jobs to an area that has been hit particularly hard by the Covid lock downs. read more
