I ordered the French Onion burger, and while I unfortunately forgot to snap a picture before diving in, it was amazing--smothered in rich sautéed onions, a generous slab of melted Swiss cheese, and creamy mayonnaise, all served with a side of rich au jus for dunking. Truly delicious from the first bite to the last. The decor gives the place so much personality, right down to the unique bathroom setup! You step up a couple of steep steps behind the door, and the sink is made from half of a wine barrel--definitely a fun first for me. On top of the great food and ambiance, the staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town!

Theres a sort of community around the lack of community, latching onto the flavor huckleberry instead of, yknow, YELLOWSTONE. Or like, the dino's? Anyways, Huck's is a pretty fine restaurant. I got the sky burger, which despite being advertised as having a kick, had about as much kick as a paraplegic snake. What i will say, is the service, and milkshakes were wonderful. The burger was solid, if not spicy and the fries were pretty standard. The shakes are where they shine however. The huckleberry was good, and the staff was nice enough to give us 4 straws since we were sharing. They even topped said straws with whipped cream which was cute. We also tried the oreo, which was great aswell. Nice and thick, but still can use a straw comfortably. Thanks for the nice meal Huck's, Il probably never eat here again

There isn't much seating inside and on the day we were there it was unseasonably cold, so patio seating was out of the question. We were able to play a little table Tetris with some of the other diners and piece together a spot for the three of us. The interior is decorated with lucha libre masks and art, so it adds a funky vibe. There was one waitress holding down the restaurant and she was on top of it! She greeted us and was back within a few minutes to take our order. I'm primarily vegetarian, but sometimes splurge on seafood, so I couldn't pass up the Shrimp Al Fuego taco as I love spicy food. It was large for a street taco and was packed with large, juicy shrimp. I will say it was not that spicy, as advertised, (although I have a high spice tolerance) and a bit on the expensive side, but very flavorful. I do wish the tortilla was warmed or toasted to amplify the flavor. They had a huge selection of hot sauces, including some local ones, which was really cool. I was tempted to try a margarita, but they didn't have the seasonal huckleberry jalapeño available, so I decided to stick with water. The others in my party ordered the Marinated Steak taco and the Beef Adobada burrito. Everyone really enjoyed their food and it's definitely about I'd try again.
