The Espresso Barn used a tasty roast (sorry I didn't get the name of the supplier), and stocks a huge variety of syrups, including about 25 sugar-free syrup flavors. They seem to know every espresso drink people want, to look at the menu. Our barrista, daughter of the owner, was very helpful and friendly. It seems there is an invisible line somewhere east of Missoula, Montana; on the eastern side of the line there are no espresso stands in small towns. I think there's a business opportunity awaiting.
