My go to favorites may be basic but they don't taste basic, they taste full of flavor and creamy, white chocolate iced mocha and iced vanilla chai. Their customer service is on point and we never wait in line long even if their lines are long. Great spot for a stand as it's right off the highway so there is easy access if your on the road. The Espresso Barn used a tasty roast (sorry I didn't get the name of the supplier), and stocks a huge variety of syrups, including about 25 sugar-free syrup flavors. They seem to know every espresso drink people want, to look at the menu. Our barrista, daughter of the owner, was very helpful and friendly. It seems there is an invisible line somewhere east of Missoula, Montana; on the eastern side of the line there are no espresso stands in small towns. I think there's a business opportunity awaiting. From Missoula west, if a town is big enough for a high school (or in some cases, even smaller), there is at least one espresso stand.)

No worries though especially since there was a crowd because of the ladies homesteading gathering being in town. Weird but I didn't go with a flight this time. I started with a pint of the Pulaski Porter while SWPFTD went with the Mountain Top amber. Both were quite tasty. I ordered the French dip sandwich which was fantastic. SWPFTD had the Reuben which was also very good. Yes, I ate part of her sandwich. I wrapped up with a pint of the milk stout on nitro and SWPFTD had the blood orange IPA. The IPA didn't work for me but I never love the blood Orange. The milk stout was really good though. CLBP is a great stop in Wallace!
