Moving here to Idaho I expected very little in the way of good Mexican food, though I've been pleasantly surprised by a few spots and Taco Works for me is right up there with the best taco trucks in LA. Last night, I tried their fajita burrito. It came out quickly and piping hot, with chunky roasted peppers and onions. And a splash of sour cream. The asada was of decent quality, the frijoles refritos were delicious, and though the salsa verde was caliente, it didn't kick too hard. Unfortunately, after multiple bad meals in a row, we won't be returning.
