On 10-11-2022 I stopped at this Pizza Hut on my way home. I got one large pizza with two toppings. I picked it up fifteen min. Latter I payed cash. Got a receipt. Then before I left I asked for two ranch dips they charged me 3.79 for two dips. I know that was wrong so I went to my car to get my phone. I showed the cashier that the dips only cost 89 cents each with tax 90 cents . She gave me the line I can't give you the money back even if I over charged you I will give you five dollars credit on you phone number. I said I just wanted what she over charged back. She refused. Her name wasCallie #039630

I got my dad a large pepperoni pizza original pan crust for $10

Great customer service. Friendly and knowledge able. Wait time was minimal when ordering as walk in customer. Order was done when promised.

I'm not normally a fan of burrito or bowl based fast casual places, but this place is on another…read morelevel. The menu is essentially a bunch of dishes that can be a burrito, bowl, or salad. Each dish is from a different country, and I think they have a few specials that are more traditional plates. I love west African and Caribbean food, and Reno is severely lacking in both of these options, so it was very welcome to see some options from these locations. I got a rice bowl with Senegalese Mafffe. The food came out fast, and was very good, just the right amount of spice, and killer flavors. The pricing is very fair ($12 for a high quality dish). The portions were a little small, but that's probably a good thing. My biggest complaint is that it has scratched an itch I forgot I had, and now I want a more full fleged West African food experience.

Was excited to check out this newer spot, but unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype. The…read morefood was just okay--nothing memorable enough to make me want to return. The real dealbreaker, however, was the customer service. When ordering, we asked to add onions to the wraps. We were told, "the servings are already weighed out and prepped so we can't add onion." Fair enough. We then asked, "Can we just get a side of onions?" The two staff members simply stared at us and replied, "No, we can't do that because then we'll have to cut the onion." Even after offering to pay for the side of onions, they flat-out refused, simply because they didn't want to prep them. I would understand if they said they didn't have onions but that was never expressed by staff. I always like trying new places, but I will not be coming back here.

There are a couple places to sit indoors and outdoors, we opted to sit outside. Our cashier, Alex was kind and knowledgeable about the menu. I opted for a bacon cheeseburger protein style and regular size of tater tots. The bacon cheeseburger was delicious and the tater tots tasted fresh and were crunchy. The prices are affordable and I look forward to returning when I'm in the area.

My review is based solely on an ongoing parking issue and not on the quality of the products or…read moreservice. The owner of Ruby Shake Shop routinely parks his Audi in the limited public street parking spaces along South Virginia Street directly in front of Raising Cane's, Ike's Love & Sandwiches, and the surrounding businesses. Anyone familiar with this area knows parking can already be difficult, especially during peak hours when people are trying to grab lunch, pick up an order, or make a quick stop. What makes this particularly frustrating is that these spaces appear to be occupied for extended periods of time, often throughout the day, by someone who owns and operates a nearby business. Public street parking in a busy commercial corridor is a shared resource intended to serve customers and visitors, not to function as a personal parking space for a single business owner. This review is not a reflection of the products or service at Ruby Shake Shop. It is simply feedback regarding what appears to be an extremely inconsiderate use of limited public parking in an area where parking availability already impacts customers and neighboring businesses.

The service was friendly and their timing was accurate (it was just about 10 minutes for 2 taco plates that each included 3 tacos each with rice and beans). Price was reasonable too. It was $15 for the taco plate (3 tacos, rice, beans) and that included a can of soda. Beans were very soft and certainly made with delicious lard. Rice was soft and fluffy and light in flavor (but in a good way-- it balanced the plate really well). Red salsa was like a mild/medium and was more hot than the green salsa (the green salsa had a mild heat). We tried the avocado salsa too; I could see that being amazing on a quesadilla. The avocado salsa also has some mild heat to it. The taco truck itself is fine but the area doesn't have the best ambiance (we saw a number of people out on foot at night in the nearby parking lots looking like they were possibly on drugs-- and this was when it was under 30 degrees out with some residual snow and ice on the ground from the recent storm). Nevertheless, the "ambiance" won't deter us from returning again-- and I must say as someone who previously lived in So Cal THESE were the kind of carne asada tacos my taste buds have been searching for in Reno.

I do believe that stopping here before shopping saves me money at Winco... For the temptation of everything dwindles too just what I had planned to buy.

Who doesn't love In-N-Out Burger?…read more I remember anytime we drove to California, we had to stop in Auburn, no matter how long the line was just to get our burger fix. It was a must every single time. Now look at us, we've got three locations in Reno, one on the way, and even one in Sparks. Back then, we paid about $7.95 for two full meals. Now it's closer to $16--and we're sharing fries and a drink That said, the quality is still fantastic for fast food, and honestly, the price is still pretty reasonable. The staff really know what they're doing too. They've got a system to keep things moving, but let's be real, it's still usually a 20-30 minute wait in the drive-thru when it's busy. I always wonder... would it be faster to go inside? Honestly, I don't think so! Whether you're inside or outside, it's worth the wait the moment you take that first bite of a freshly made burger or those hand-cut fries. And don't forget the milkshakes-lthey're so good! No photos this time... I already know your mouth is watering right now. So, what's for dinner tonight? In-N-Out!!

The inside was mostly clean aside from the floor in desperate need of a mop. The cashier was friendly and greeted me with a smile! I waited only about 10 minutes for my food. Not bad. A double cheeseburger with fries and a milkshake. The burger was okay. A very average burger with nothing special about it but nothing bad either. The fries were pretty mediocre, pretty small and a bit flat in taste. The milkshake was the same as the burger. Good but nothing special Overall this was a perfectly acceptable place with good food, but not much more. Especially the menu which is hilariously tiny. Burgers, fries and drinks, that's it.
