Godfathers is the best pizza in town. I have been coming here since I was a child and I am now in my 30s. The service is excellent. You cannot beat the buffet prices and the owners and staff are so wonderful. They always ask what kind of pizza you want during buffet hours and they bring them out fresh. This place will always be a favorite of mine. Went in today and it was amazing as ALWAYS. Taco pizza is the best pizza in existence.

Visiting here from California and my brother and I decided to try this place. We use to eat at a Godfather's Pizza place when we were kids at a restaurant on Oddie Blvd. Of course, the style may change a bit, but I would have expected something tastier than what we ordered. Called in the order for pickup. We ordered a Large Specialty Combo with golden crust, potato wedges, and ranch dressing. It was ready when we arrived. I noticed the place was empty with only a small family there. Hmm, why so empty when they are in an area of downtown Reno where you would expect lots of customers. The current 3 star rating makes sense now. Not a single person at the front counter when we walked in and waited 3-4 minutes. We noticed the pizza box was relatively small in comparison to our usual order at Blvd. Pizza in Sparks. Maybe the pizza is just crammed in there. We opened it and in my opinion and experience if the pizza places here in Reno and In the SF Bay Area, this was definitely a medium sized pizza and charged for a Large @ $34.95. Don't waste your money. The flavor is meh. The potato wedges were pretty burned. And charging $10.99 is not worth it. Expect to pay $1 for the 4oz. Ranch dressing. This may be common at other places. The person named Robert is not pleasant. Not a customer service type of individual. I decided to call and confirm they did give us the right size. I called once and after 1 1/2 minutes of ringing, I hung up and called again. This time Robert did answer at about 1 1/2 minutes. On my first dial and no answer, we thought maybe they were closed. They are open until 9pm according to the information online. Robert confirmed that is indeed their "Large" sized pizza. Done and done, we won't be back.

The pizza tasted good and the portions are great sizes, especially for families. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. One of my favorites is the taco pizza. It's a classic! The ambiance takes me back to the 90's, early 2000's. Definitely nostalgic.

Medium Classic Combo and my Mini Taco Pizza, with hard, almost burned crust...

Wow, something nostalgic got Hubby & I craving Godfather's Pizza, only to find the location at Booth St. was the last man standing. Having frequented a Godfather's that was near school back in the day, we kinda feel like we grew up with it as the neighborhood place to go for pizza! I digress... I was able to order & pay online, easy peasy. None of the coupon codes I found seemed to work since this is Reno/Sparks only location, and I'd say they were a little over average prices for the size. Hubby wanted the old fave Classic Combo, and for me, a mini Taco Pizza...the holy grail of specialty pizzas becasue growing up, no one liked it but me! So, a mini was the perfect size to enjoy solo. I waited for my "pizza is ready" email, only that never reached me, so I had to call to check the status of my 'za. No biggie. Hopped on the freeway and headed across town for pickup... Pick up was easy and pleasant, and the dining room was pretty empty except for a few tables of people dining in, but a staffer was vacuuming around the room? Maybe wait until the shop closes? That doesn't seem to be necessary while people are eating! The pizzas were OK, maybe a little different than we remembered. Were they always just OK, or has our recollection shifted? They weren't bad by any means, but seemed a little over-baked. The mini was downright well-done! Check out the pic! Over all, a decent pizza for a fair price, and a generous helping of the good 'ol days memories, but not likely something I'd cross town for weekly.

I'm giving 5 stars for their lunch buffet and customer service. This place is way better than any round table pizza buffet I've had in a long time. The guy at the counter was very friendly and helpful. For 2 people it was less 16 bucks. At round table it's over 20. The salad bar was fresh, full, and clean. Loved it. The pizza selection was great and they bring out new stuff every 10 minutes or so. The owner said he gives what is left to the ducks. I will definitely be back.

    Mmm! Pizza!

The all meat pizza is so good! The location is kind of hard to get to, but sometimes it's worth the ride.

Easily the worst pizza I've ever gotten from any pizza place. Most frozen pizzas are better. Not exaggerating, this is a terrible pizza.

Pizza Collective is still a hidden jam in downtown Reno!…read more From a small wood fire oven a tiny team cranks out some picture perfect Neapolitan style pizzas. It's clear they focus on quality from the dough to the sauce to the cheese to the toppings and they put in a healthy dose of passion, fun and love too. It's been a minute since I've stopped at this place but western lights festival brought me downtown and this was part of my plan from the go. I was excited to see that they added woodfired chicken wings, one of my personal favorite dishes anywhere and had to order them and these is absolutely did not disappoint and I'll be back for them again and again. Sometimes it's tough to get a really good crispy chicken wing out of a woodfired oven but this team nailed it in there, buffalo Parmesan sauce was divine, especially with a little bit of the house made ranch. The pizzas were also good, but I didn't like that. They served them in paper takeout boxes because even the short trip from the cutting table to us in that box steamed the pizza and made it super floppy. Toppings were sliding right off the pepperoni pizza we had and it just wasn't the best pizza experience Of the white pizza we tried with spinach and roasted garlic was awesome. I don't wanna held up a little better maybe because it didn't have sauce and the roasted garlic was perfect. Staff is super sweet and accommodating menu is diverse and interesting in and the vibes of West Street market are great for a date or a group so put this one on your list.

We grabbed food from the Pizza Collective. The wood fired wings, a pizza, the roasted cauliflower, and a glass of wine came to about $70. A bit on the high end but the portions were good. Props to the wine pours, you definitely get your money worth on that. The highlight was the wood fired wings. While not even remotely crispy, they had an interesting wood fired flavor and the buffalo sauce was very tasty. I enjoyed how tender they are and didn't miss the crispiness because the tenderness was on point. The pizza was good, but the dough was slightly undercooked in places. Wood fired ovens can be tricky and it seemed like it got the best of them today. The service was friendly. Everything came out fairly quick except for the cauliflower. They told us it would take awhile, but we ended up being finished with nearly everything else before they got the cauliflower out. West Street Market is a cool space to hang inside or out. I did notice a more run down vibe than in the past, but its still a comfortable place to enjoy some grub and drinks with good company. Give the Pizza Collective a try if your at West Street Market anyway. They have lots of good choices, including vegan options. But keep in mind there are other options. Doing some mix and match might be your best bet here.

We ordered 2 slices and an order of garlic fries for food and 2 fountain drinks and 2 craft cocktails. The cocktails were delicious- we ordered the Rhinestone Cowgirl which is perfect for rodeo week. The pizza slices- I ordered the large slice Nobleman but the girl told me she could only do 4 toppings so what topping do you want the least- um easy- Peccorino is a cheese so technically it's not really going to be a miss so by all means remove the peccorino! So in essence I got the slice I wanted even though she made the alteration! The pizza tasted really good. The crust is crusty on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside as a pizza should be. The sauce the right balance of sweet and tangy with just the right hint of a bite to it. The pepperoni has the perfect heat adding to the flavor profile. Yeah the pizza was great! In all essence my lack of enthusiasm was winched when the person delivering the pizza dropped it down in the table and walked away- no hello- no have a nice day- just plop and run. Then the fries had to be delivered later after we had to go to the counter and ask where they were- be patient- they will be there when they are ready. Yeah- not such a friendly vibe there so guess I won't be giving them another chance. Thanks for the great food but if you can't be decent when delivering my meal to my seat then it's a no brainer.
