I love Arby's classic roast beef sandwich with Arby's sauce, potato cakes. I love Jamocha shake too but they didn't have a shake machine. Ordered online and the app allowed a shake order when the store didn't have a shake machine. Ordered potato cakes with a BOGO offer and ended up paying for both. Asked for Arby's sauce and got none. I made a mistake on the order but there was no way to fix it. I'm glad they were able to refund the shake order. But the order came with no napkins, no sauces. I would not discourage people from coming but be sure to double check your order before you drive off. Food is good if you get it! read more

I know it's a chain but my food today was very good. Counter service was spectacular. The woman handling the order taking was friendly and professional. As people left she'd say thanks for coming in. Just like a small business owner would do. Nothing wrong with that. My double roast beef and potato cakes were both fresh and tasted great. Ordered Uber, who wayyyy over charged me, Arby's forgot half our food order and didn't get the sandwich's we did order correct. When I called to inquire about the order at Arby's the lady who answered told me they can't help me, even though they messed up the order?!? I even said I'd drive down to get it right and she didn't care, I'd have to pay again," go through uber " can't help you! I hadn't been to this Arby's in many years, or any Arby's for that matter, so I decided to stop by for lunch while I was out and about. The cashier was very friendly and patient as I looked over the menu and placed my order! I ordered the Chicken Sandwich and I was very disappointed before I even took a bite. There was barely any lettuce, the cheese wasn't even put on well, not to mention that I had to spend more to get cheese, and it just looked terrible. And, to compliment its looks, it didn't taste very good either. The curly fries were fine, very average, but not really bad either. Than finally the Mac and cheese bites. They were bad, really bad. The Mac and cheese tasted undercooked while the surrounding breading tasted burnt. Talk about a terrible combination! Not only that but you only get 4 of them, what a rip off! Overall this was a very poor experience with bad food all around! It's very disappointing to taste such bad food from such a big brand. You guys! I am a long time lover of Arby's but have noticed over the years that the quality appears to have been going downhill. Admittedly, I doordash a lot and chalked it up as one of those restaurants best enjoyed in their dining room, so we decided to do just that tonight for dinner. We spent $49, because we love the sides. -Potato pancakes were delicious -Jalapeño poppers pretty good - Mozzarella sticks of everything was surprised how much better these were than they have been in the past - 2 Large brisket sandwich meals with curly fries - The curly fries were decent, nothing to write home about The saddest part of the whole meal was the COLD "brisket" abominations we received, they don't even get the merit of being referred to as a sandwich. We were nice about it, let them know they were cold and Im not sure what they did different to try to satisfy us but the abominations were brought back out, still cold. Other than the temperature, which is already unforgivable, here's what else was wrong with it: - cheese wasn't melted -cold grease destroyed the bun -the texture of the "brisket" was that of greasy, floppy, bacon, coated in a jelly fat substance. COMPLETELY INEDIBLE. I wouldn't even feed this to a dog starving on the street. It was that foul. The meat was also different colors and just tasted gross. Photos included for your reference. Again we tried Arby's and again we got lukewarm food. God only knows how long the potato cakes were sitting there! But the weren't fresh and they were barely war. Only the mens bathroom open for all. womens bathroom seemed to be out of order. I ended up getting 5 sliders ,and some curly fries with a drink. The sliders were good the buns reminded me of those Hawaiian rolls, cheese melted well. Only thing the curly fries were fried to long or frost burnt. After they DELIVER the food he comes by and asks how it was. If there is something that you didn't like he try's to fix it. Store is always clean. New Gyro... Lately I've been craving Gyros for some reason. If you have read any of my reviews, I definitely have a couple of places review just for the Gyro. I have been watching the ads on TV for the special two euros for six dollars. So I decided to go get some for me and the kids. The flavor was actually fairly decent. We went through the drive-through and there was a long line, but they got the order right and I didn't take too long. So this is mostly about the sandwich itself. As you can see in the picture, it looks fairly authentic. It is not quite as big as the ones you get from Nick the Greek or Spiros, but you get two of them for six dollars. I really enjoy the flavor, until I put on the tsatziki sauce. At first it had a light cucumber flavor, that was pleasant. But then by the second or third bite it had a very chemical taste. The same type of taste you get from packaged and ranch dressing. So I decided to look at the ingredients for the sauce. The first ingredient is soy bean oil. I did not expect miracles, but I did get about four hours of cucumber tasting burps :-( The sandwich is self is actually quite good, and two for six dollars is great compared to others. So the next time I go, I will buy a bunch of these for my family but make my own sauce. I do believe these are worth a try , if you can get your own sauce. read more

I ordered the new Steakhouse Garlic sandwich. It was not what I expected but forced myself to eat half because of the cost. The Manager walked by and asked how it was. I told him it was not good. The meat was too thick (hence "Steakhouse") but it was cold. He asked if I would like a regular beef sandwich. I said yes. I ate it all. alright i finally decided to give arby's a try because we all know how popular it ISNT. here's my verdict: mozzarella sticks were mid, they were super cheesy which is good but also felt super buttery and i didn't like that, but that's just me i like them crispy but my husband liked them/said they were good. the chicken nuggets are more like chicken tender bites which were actually REALLY good bc it's real chicken but just nottt your typical nuggets if you were expecting that lol the straight and curly fries were good, my husband loveddd the philly cheese steak- it looked super wet and soggy to me but he said that's the best thing except it was very messy to eat but he ate it all. then i ordered a chicken wrap and that was not wrapped well at allll and the tortilla was like wheat like ? and super floury and powdery. also they cut it in half but only like half way through? so it was really messy to eat and i wouldn't say enjoyable to have to aggressively rip off the tortilla every bite lol. i like that they put red onions in it tho. but i probably wouldn't order it again. their service was pretty fast and friendly, and their restaurant was neatly kept. they even had their sauce area clean! oh and we tried the Arby's sauce, it was pretty good. it pairs best with the chicken nuggets rather than the fries. all in all, i would go there again to try some other stuff on their menu like the mac n cheese bites and sliders. 3.5 stars or 7/10! read more

The cheddar on my roast beef sandwich was thin queso from a can. My wife's gyro was cold and when I took it back, the kitchen staff nuked it until it was an inedible hot gooey mess. And the girl refilling the soda machine with ice used a guest chair to stand on to pour watery ice into the top of the soda machine, then didn't clean the chair when she returned it to the dining area.
