Just before returning to I-580, In-N-Out sounded good for the journey back to Genoa. I often park at an In-N-Out and go inside to order as it seems faster. This time, I got in the dual (at first) car line and waited my turn. Time went quickly and I was back on the road soon enough. The Pink Lemonade was in the cup holder, and the fries were were easy to pick off while driving. You get the best employees that work full time who know what the in and out culture is all about and get the best in and out experience. Quality/Quantity - I try not to come to this location as it is always TOO busy. Congrats on all your success. But today both my daughter and guest wanted this, so here we are. I decided to park across the street to avoid the "mess." Easy parking and walking. Ordered our usual two cheeseburgers, one with raw onions and one with grilled. And fries. All the food was good and consistent. More fries would have been nice... Just being greedy. As usual, a simple menu done well. Atmosphere - Small location, especially parking and drive thru. Always busy. Indoor and outdoor seating. Open 7 days a week from 10:30am till 1am, and on Fridays and Saturdays until 1:30am. Service - Good. I scored with missing the crowd and getting through the drive thru quickly. Although the food was great and the line moved swiftly I was a little disappointed as I ordered animal fries and asked for spread packets and I didn't get a fork or spread packets. This location let me down with that but all in all, it was a good meal and hopefully next time it's a better visit. read more

Waited almost an hour in line for lunch, my burger and my fries. She asked me if I wanted to catsup I said yes, please and she didn't give me any. Disappointed because I waited so long and I'm traveling so I don't have a place for catsup at home on the road that would've made my meal if I star didn't go inside so I'm not sure how the ambience is. Wow... I have never waited this long for an In-N-Out burger before. I entered the drive thru at 6:10pm and as of this moment (6:59pm) we are still 3 cars away from the food window. When we got in the line we were 3 cars from entering the parking lot, so it was a long line, but for fast food it shouldn't average several minutes per a car... I always have In-n-Out in San Francisco and Los Angeles. This was the first time I tried it in the Reno branch, and it wasn't the same as what I remember eating it in Sanfo and L.A. The bread tasted a bit stale, and the fries felt like they fried it a day ago. Prices are good, the food is good, the line is never ending. Try to go off peak hours for a lesser, but still intimidating line.

My wife says I can't just leave negative reviews, so: I took my dad there for lunch. Of course it was super busy, but despite that, unlike everywhere else, the employees were friendly, which I think rubbed off on the customers as well. The food was quick, fresh, good. The environment clean and happy. So unexpected and refreshing. I don't believe in 5 star reviews. That means it cannot be any better, but I'll go ahead. It was actually very good. I watched my burgers being done for over 5 minutes while the fry person was taking his time my burger was cold

Simply the best. Great quality and fresh fast food doesn't exist anymore outside of in n out burger. The fries are made fresh from real potatoes. Get them well done for crispy fries if you want to try something different. It does get crowded and there can be a wait but the service is always excellent and they really do their best to expedite your meal even with a long line. read more

While I love In-N-Out, I've always avoided this location due to the line of cars in the parking lot. They do have the drive-thru operating fast and quick, but their food isn't really an "eat & drive" experience. My son and I dropped by at lunchtime, against my wishes, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of a packed restaurant. I don't go to In-N-Out all that often because of the crazy long lines. And now they have two lines in the drive up. So I decided to go in order two burgers to go. They at first put them in a box for in-house dining and they were sitting there then I said what number is that they told me that was my order. I said that was to go. So they had to go back and re-bag it. Also, I ate my burger in the car in the parking lot and the bun was soggy by then. Hardly any lettuce on it. Which I like a crunch on my burger. I don't know when I will go back there again. Their fries not a favorite fan of those. Not sure what the hype is about it. The fries are bland. If you get fried, order the animal fries. The fries are fresh cut, fried in a neutral oil, then salted. No seasoning and no taste without the animal style extras. The milkshakes are just soft serve ice cream. And the have the standard selection of Coke products, tea and lemonade. The only things that make this place standout as a burger place is the spread, the animal style offerings, and the prices.
