A great example of what a well run store looks like. Food and service are always 5 star. The lines are long but oh so worth it.

This In-N-Out is always very clean and welcoming. I love that you can customize your food to fit your diet needs. The burgers are always cooked just right. The employees are friendly and you see that they are hustling in the back to get your food out as quickly as possible.

What else can be said about In-N-Out that hasn't been said already? The quality of the food is always top-notch. I have never seen a deviation in quality across numerous locations in multiple states. I have been able to adjust my orders to fit my dietary restrictions. The price of the meal is still so much lower than almost anywhere else too! The service is always friendly and helpful. I always enjoy stopping in for a fresh burger and shake!

We were in the mood for some burgers and haven't been to a few In-N-Out burger locations below, we decided to give this one a try. Here's my take on the experience: Quality of food: Great. We had their two single cheeseburgers and side of fries. We added grilled onions to our burgers to make them even tastier. We dipped the fries in the animal sauce. Everything was done to perfection and satisfied our craving. Decor : Every chain looks the same inside...white with red accents. It's a classy look for sure. Cleanliness: good. All the tables were being regularly cleaned. Service: good. The cashier was very friendly and quick. Price: cheap! Our burgers were $4 and fries were $3. Talk about a steal. If you're in the mood for some great cheeseburgers that are expertly prepared and served with a smile then checkout this location.

Although they did mess up my order... they were quick to fix it and make me another hamburger the way I ordered it originally. Their customer service is always great. I went right when they opened and didn't hit a long line either which was a plus especially for this location! The fries and burgers were made fresh and yummy!

Gena M.

The burgers are good and so are thr fresh. A little too much salt on the burger, yet still good. I would probably ask for no salt on my burger next time. Good place to take the kids, prices are still reasonable. Very nice staff and they go through the waiting numbers fairly quick. Always busy. Food is fresh . Oh and love the peppers and self serve ketchup.

We showed up at 1 AM to get a burger and they turned us away and they were completely rude even though they say it's 1:30 in the morning they started shutting down at 1 AM what a disgrace why even say you're open at 1:30 in the morning if you're shutting down at one what a waste of an experience. this in my first time at In-N-Out and I was so excited to be here, but the employees were extremely rude to me I am extremely disappointed. Those I put down below are the employees ignoring me after I asked to order and they close the door on me .

I came here after going to Kings Beach in lake Tahoe.I got the number 2 which is a cheeseburger, fries n a diet Coke.to go The employees were nice n there was plenty of parking

Always solid. They've got good fast service even when it's busy. My go to is a Double Double Animal Style with chopped chilies. Sometimes the chilies are really spicy, sometimes they're mild. It feels seasonal. No complaint though, solid 4.5 stars. Bumping to a 5 because you can't beat the price. Great late night hangout.

How did I miss this review? Quality/Quantity - 1/24/24 Just left an amazing Yelp Event. The event had two seatings; I was in the first. There was not enough time to order extra foods or drinks as they needed to set up for the next wave of Elites. So I left with a decent buzz and the munchies. In N Out, here I come! Got my usual cheese burger, no fries. Yes, you heard correctly, no fries. Trying (but really failing) to eat healthier. Oh, while I am trying to eat healthier, should I add drinking less??? Atmosphere - Consistent with the brand. Not as easy in and out as many of the other In N Outs. But not too many customers this late at night. Open 7 days a week from 10:30am to 1am or 1:30 am. Limited small parking lot, but again, not an issue late at night. Service - Good. Price - $4, what a great deal! Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1948 with your 387+ locations and still keeping it within the family!! Thanks for keeping it simple and good!

Service gets slow easily but other than that it's your basic in-n-out with mediocre food and and Californian vibe.

That sirloin was so well done they must have cooked it twice. It was like eating a middle school burger with a knife and fork. This place is decent. She made sure we were taken care of, and everything came out in a timely manner. Definitely a spot we will go back to and I highly recommend.

It was such a beautiful day.... where can we eat outside?…read more I found "The Spot", its in the old Smee's location on the river. When we showed up, we asked if we could sit at a table outside, the guy was a little overwhelmed, he said "I can sit you in 10 mins". I said "can we have this table". OK, but....just know I'll be with you as soon as I get caught up, I'm totally fine with that I said. . He bought us a couple menus to look over. Then a table on the railing with shade opened up, I didn't care about the table was dirty with dishes, so we decided to move. I love to look at the river and watch the people go by. The server said, I'll be over soon! He was never so happy when Sierra showed up to help him out. He came over to our table I said "I hope you don't mind, I moved to be in the shade, I know I'm one of those pain in the ass customers". Then he started joking with me and it was the perfect ice breaker. My server and part owner's name is Casey! He is an awesome guy and such a hard worker to ensure his customers are taken care of. I love that. We had a couple beers, he has quite the selection of beers on tap, he supports the community breweries such as Lead Dog and Revisions. My husband had the breakfast burrito $13, it was huge with homemade tortilla chips with salad and guacamole. I had the fish and chips. You get three large pieces of fish, fries and yummy coleslaw. I love how they put the tater sauce and ketchups in personal cups for you that shows class. My fish was absolutely delicious better than the old Smees and especially the new location. You get a nice meal for $20. They have indoor, outdoor, bar seating. They have a little merch area and a gaming bar if you feel lucky. I know the Open Championship Bowlers are in town, if you're looking for nice comfort food "tavern style" location this is the place for you on the Reno Riverwalk 50 N Sierra. It upstairs.

Out food was very good and we loved the French fries. It got chaotic at the end, as a bar crawl of some type showed up and overwhelmed the staff...not their fault. It got very rowdy in there so we left. I will come back during better weather. I only suggest you fix your website to be more current.

Ended with dessert cocktails and I loved that my espresso martini came with lady fingers, such a cute and tasty touch. Overall, I'm really glad I got to try it. Definitely feels like a special occasion spot and I'd come back again!

It was our 1st time eating there however it had been on our list for some time. We started with the PULL-APART GARLIC CHEESE BREAD which is Focaccia, mozzarella, marinara, parmesan, frico crust and also ordered the WOOD FIRED OCTOPUS with crispy gnocchi, tomatoes, red onion, basil, arugula and topped with a Calabrian chili aioli. Both were fantastic, seasoned nicely and cooked to a perfect temperature!! For our entree we hate the BEE STING pizza. Make with a 72 Hour Fermented Organic Dough topped with Salami, red onion, basil, serranos, mozzarella and honey. The crust was delicious, crunchy, thin and when combined with the sauce, seasoning and toppings, an excellent pizza. Additionally we ordered two of the in-house, housemaid pasta. The ARRABBIATA , a roasted red pepper campanelle, with Calabrese sausage, garlic, chilis, broccolini and topped with Parmesan, pecorino. The other pasta we tried was the BLACK SPAGHETTI, mixed with clams, scallops, shrimp, hot chopped peppers, white wine, butter and lemon. It was fantastic!! Cooked al dente and packed with flavor. I enjoyed the bee sting pizza, hot and sweet, and I love the combination. When I go back it will definitely be pizza, salad and cauliflower. The sever was a sweet young man. He was attentive to our needs and patient with all our questions. The restaurant is a good size, the bar area was busy and filled with conversation and laughter, the booths looked cozy, we chose a table near windows for outside lighting. The outside tables looked great for getting some warmth and fresh air. Many options and different settings. Sorry, I forgot to take pics.

Before you go in, there is signs that says expect a 20 minute wait or more for a burger. If that is an issue for you, this isn't the spot for you. I've gone here a few times. The most recent time with my parents and aunt. I was a bit skeptical taking them to a dive bar for a burger since I wasn't sure how they would react to it. I didn't know until after the meal that they had a whole back section that would have been a lot better of an experience for them. They have a lot of tables and room back there whereas the front is either a bar, one table, or more a a lounge set up. There is also a outdoor area, but it had been a bit windy and sprinkling throughout the day so that isn't an option. I've done the Frenchified burger and the chile burger. Both times i opted for the fries over the chips and feel like I need to try the chips. Burger comes with two patties, a great bun, than the rest is up to you on which you choose. The fries are what I would consider shoe string fries, but maybe slightly thicker. I'm usually not a fan of shoestring fries, but I polished them off easily both times. My parents and aunt are harder to please. They like ingredients that speak for themselves and don't like too much sauces. All 3 of them really enjoyed it and I'm sure they will all be back. They have been looking for a good burger in Reno and I think this was it for them.
