Another nice walk with my friend and it ends with us going to a food place I've never even heard of before. The interior was surprisingly small and simple with a small amount of wooden tables and nice benches and metal chairs. The booths were nice but I'm not a fan of metal chairs. I was quite surprised to see a small little arcade near the entrance with like 6 machines or something? I didn't play on any of them but it's really cool to see something like that there! I ordered a build your own burger with bacon and it was pretty good! The burger was nice and juicy and all of its toppings went on it very nicely! The fries were pretty good, leaning a little towards the plain side, but not bad at all. I also got a root beer float, and it was ok. The root beer they use was okay, far from bad but I personally wouldn't get it again. Overall, it was pretty good. Nothing to complain about, and decently priced as well. Came back in today to place an order - my son was super excited about getting a strawberry milkshake today with a kid's slider meal. Luis took my order patiently (we had some quirky specifics) and when I told him about the specific comp offered from the last order that didn't go quite as expected, he was super happy to look back for the info and made good on the promise offered by the manager the night of "the incident." Everything was looking clean inside the restaurant today, it smells great in here, and the employees were welcoming too. Great ambience, if you want to eat here in their building. Been here a handful of more times since the summer and it has been consistently great. Their "Big Dippa" is probably my favorite dip or at the very least, top 3. Decided to go here on a whim of constantly seeing the sign off of I80. It definitely didn't disappoint. I went with a friend and they got the smash burger and I got the turkey burger. Both were good size burgers. We also got the garlic fries which were delicious! The staff were also very patient with us as we had never been there before. I also made a mess with my soda and the guy was so understanding as I felt horrible for spilling. All the staff that we encountered were friendly as well. It was a little pricey which is why I didn't do 5 stars but definitely highly recommend for a solid good and fresh burger. read more

Very tasty food. Got the mixed greens salad. It was very big & the vinaigrette was nice & tangy. I have the ahi tuna burger. It was HUGE! They asked if rare was good & it mostly was but I think next time I might get medium rare as some of it was hard to chew through the bun & toppings. Speaking of toppings the wasabi dressing has quite a kick! Would get again for sure. Other 1/2 got a classic cheeseburger & she loved it. The patty was very big & juicy, bun nice & soft. Fries were very good. The ranch dressing was quite lackluster though. & the soda machine...something was off. Too syrupy not enough bubbles. Would get a shake next time. We stopped by here after church one day because I really wanted to give their garlic fries a try. Let me tell you. Those fries (only like 4$!) include ample amounts of real garlic! It was a garlic lovers dream, although a little much for me personally. The onion rings were super unique. They had a puffy batter around them like nothing I have ever experienced. I was left wanting some more flavor in them though. They do get mad props for real onions and thick ones at that. Their malts were good, but too thick for their straws. Jumbo straws are definitely warranted here. Being a ketchup girl and having a ketchup kid, I was very happily pleased with the pump ketchup in cups. Packets are just too much work for the amount of ketchup we need in our lives. Overall it was a fun quick stop of treats. The kids were happy and I took home a lot of garlic fries, which I continued to eat for many days via my air fryer. Oh and PS. The spot was popping with the after church crowd. Whenever I would order my food they would forget to give condiments I would ask for or mix up my order. Today was no different coming back from out of town and I tried to give them another shot. I placed a pickup order, decided to pick it up through the drive-through (which I always do), and had to wait over 10 minutes, because there was a car in front of me. You would have thought the staff would have asked the car in front of me to pull around to the front, and they would bring the order out to them (like Jack in the Box does), but they did not. And many other options besides burgers. All are delicious. And they have daily specials. My all time favorite is the Reuben burger on a pretzel bun. Sooooo good. Try the chocolate malt. You won't regret it. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. They greet their regular customers by name (that's me--I go at least once a week) Mackenzie is especially great and provides the best service to us when we're there. Best burgers in NW Reno maybe all of Reno now that I think about it. Haven't tried the one in Truckee off the main street however. They have plenty of options in the menu even an amazing assortment of buns and you chose how you want your meat cooked. The staff is very friendly some of the customers are very picky and take up a lot of time in the line I don't know how they can keep the smile on their face but staff is very nice. Excellent onion rings and french fries just tell them how you like things and they accommodate. Service is fast and ingredients always fresh. Onion rings tasted like plastic, there were no grilled onions on the burger, although we asked for them. They are skimpy on fries and the burgers were just average. First, let me warn you that the prices as of Tuesday are much much higher than you'll see on the menus posted here. I ordered the fish Sando. I was really looking forward to it, but I was not happy at all with it. It mentioned coleslaw on the menu, what it didn't tell you was that the coleslaw was in the sandwich. It was super messy to eat so I went and asked for a fork. The fish was very boring. There was absolutely no taste of seasoning nor did there appear to be any seasoning. It was not blackened, nor was it even browned. I added salt, pepper and lemon, and it still had not improved. The coleslaw seem to be just cabbage and mayo. I also wish the bun had been toasted. It became very soggy with the coleslaw. And I never did taste any tartar sauce. Good morning All in all, I was super disappointed. My husband ordered some kind of burger. I think it was a cowboy burger. He was actually really delighted with his hamburger which made me happy because he's been hungry for hamburgers. He did share a crispy onion and it was pretty tasty. There were no fries included with either of our meals, those were extras, and our meals still cost us more than $30 for the two of us. The iced tea was weak, diluted. If you want a real burger cooked somewhat fast, come here! They ask how well done you'd like your burgers and are seasoned well. My son could almost eat two whole burgers. The fries are crispy and done well. Garlic fries have a ton of garlic, if that's what you're into. Been to both Reno locations and they do a good job with service and cooking. read more

The food is good. I had the gyro burger and my wife had the fish sando. The gyro burger was delicious, the bun was soft and moist, and the lamb was cooked perfectly, very moist. The fish sando was crispy and flavorful, with the right amount of tartar sauce and cabbage. The sides, fries and onion rings were good but just too much on the greasy side. Customer service was good, cashier was pleasant and brought the food to our table. The ambience is nice, traditional burger shop with wooden tables and metal chairs. Stopped in for a mid week late lunch to this mid sized restaurant with booths and tables, TVs (mostly showing current sports) and enjoyed a big dippa and fish sandwich accompanied by the garlic fries and onion rings. Overall lack luster. Think along the lines of farmers boys both ambience and quality so if that's your cup of tea this may be the spot for you. It's got a drive through, you order at the counter, food is served on a silver pizza tray and they call out your name. I had high expectations due to ratings and was definitely let down. I got the gyro burger which is listed as a "favorite" item, meat was good but burger was lacking in terms of sauce and cheese, there just wasn't enough. I was 3-4 bites in before I got my first taste of feta and the bun absorbed most of the tzatziki sauce . Also got garlic fries which I again would consider subpar. They use fresh garlic which is a plus but they either need to marinate or cook it longer because it still has a strong raw garlic burn fully over powering the Parmesan and make the fries one note in terms of flavor. Definitely order them crispy if you go this route. Overall decent place but nothing spectacular which is why I'm going 3 of 5. I wouldn't seek it out again because of other better options in the area but if it was convenient stop or I was on a time crunch I would eat here again because the service was fast and better than a McDonalds. read more

So after finishing up at the Apple Store, across the parking lot, I wandered over by the theatre in search of some late lunch. I'd not heard of Burger Me before and knew not what to expect... WOW... was I ever pleasantly surprised!!! The young lady at the counter was polite and helpful to a new customer. It was 2 pm on a Monday and the place was pretty full... always a good sign.
