The overall concept of Fuddruckers is great! After a long road trip, we needed a quick bite to eat before completing the last leg of our journey. This biggest issue I have with the restaurant itself is pricing. I ordered the chicken finger combo and paid quite a bit. We also ordered the back cheese burger only to also pay a lot. The burger comes plain but there is a free salad bar in the restaurant with all of the extra toppings you may want. I also paid about $5 for a soda but the fountain was out of order for almost every flavor expect 2 and the flavor I picked, was almost out of syrup because the drink was gross. I think we just came at the wrong time and I do think there is great potential here. The place is really clean and inviting. Service was also very nice.

Great deal!

Time for an update!! Hubs and I have been going to Fudds since the 90's. They are slowly disappearing and this is one of the few left so we try to visit whenever we travel to Reno. There use to be one near Scheels and it closed. This one is a full sized restaurant connected to a gas station. We came today for lunch around 1pm. The food is on point. We both kept saying Mnnnn. I like that the burgers are well seasoned and the burger bar to build your own parts. Love the cheese sauce to dip my fries and the pico de gallo was fresh. Only thing negative change was that they chopped the lettuce instead of keeping it as a large piece to cover my patty. The prices are VERY reasonable. You can easily get fries, burger and a drink for $15. Then to top it off, the service was excellent. Amber took our order at the front counter. She is a one woman show! She is the ONLY employee I saw besides the cook. She takes the orders, delivers them, and busses the tables. Even though this is a place where most of it is self serve, she still came by to check on us and refilled our drinks frequently. We had a very memorable lunch today. Thanks Fudds and Thanks Amber!! you are a shining star!

Man I love Fuddruckers. It will always be a staple for me. I'm so glad there's one in Sparks. There was only one person in the front and she was great at handling the small rush they had for just opening. Food is always amazing. The store was clean and all the ingredients at the toppings bar were fresh. Love this place! The place is decorated like a diner. Definitely one of the last burger diner experiences you can really get out here. 10/10

I grew up coming to their old location, and I haven't been to this place in years. We decided to go here during Mother's Day, and it was quite clean here! The only downside was it smells like smoke inside the restaurant, but that's because it's in the same building as a casino. I wish they could find a way to control the smell but alas. The employees were super nice and gave our food in a timely manner. I believe my burger was a build your own, and it tasted quite good. They have a self serve table for condiments, which included the usual ketchup, mustard, mayo and even hot liquid cheese. Their milkshakes are good too! Just the right amount of thickness. I wouldn't really come back here on my own, but if my friends or family want to go, I'll definitely tag along.

Elizabeth's customer service was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, she greeted me upon entry , let me know she would be with me in one minute, took my order, and checked in while I ate. Did not expect that from the setup of this place. I am from out of town. First time visiting but I will be back! Food was great.

This is the only photo I took, 'cause I never had desire of taking more.

I don't recommend this, especially the one in Sparks. The guy in the cashier named Glenn was unkind. I don't usually eat in a fast food, but since my parents are here for a visit, and my dad reminded this restaurant in his younger years, we dined in. His face was already sour when I ordered, despite giving him a pleasant smile. He never looked at me and was frustrated when I could not make up my mind if I went for sodas or shakes. This was my first time to dine in this fast food, I don't know the drill of ordering here, so I only told him what I see in the menu box "I would like a medium burger combo, then regular fries and drinks". I even asked him to be more patient with me, but he was making a face and said, "You are confusing me!" -- "what do you want? A combo or an extra?" For me, I just need a medium burger with medium drinks and fries, but he was so frustrated. It was a hostile feeling for me. I will never go back there. I'm sorry but I didn't give a tip. The ambiance of the place was really sad, and since it's near a convenient store with slot machines, you can smell the scent of cigarettes when you enter the premise. The burgers are not the best as well, so not worth coming back.

I love how you can choose your own toppings. Were typically a togo people and this is a great option. Service was great on all ocasions. It is connected to casino and gas station and a perfect stop for truckers.

Why would anyone think it's okay to serve these burnt onion rings?

We were in town as a family for a youth sports tournament. We were so excited to see a Fuddruckers because we love their burgers and shakes and many in our area have closed down. 1. The area is sketchy. There are people that appear to be living in their cars in the parking lot and congregating in the area. Cigarette smoke from the connecting gas station seeps into the restaurant. The bathroom is in the hall that connects the restaurant to the gas station. Glad we went during the daytime. Do not send your children go to the bathroom by themselves - but that goes for any restaurant. 2. My burger was unseasoned and my onion rings were burned and inedible. I had to use extra salt, pepper, and A1sauce to make something out of my burger. 3. The only plus was that the woman at the counter was super nice and helpful. Not sure what this place is, but it's not a Fuddruckers

Amazing burgers! They have vegan options too. Delicious potato wedges. Glenn is an excellent cashier. Great service. Come here if you are at Western Village, it's a close walk! Ambiance is laid back. Bathroom is in the casino gas station spot. Come here for burgers! :-)

9/5/2022 We've passed by so many times in the past five years and never came in.. Okay, so don't judge a book by the cover.. Yes, it's in a busy truck stop.. lots of truckers and leftover burning man customers.. Shocked because it was larger inside and a really nice restaurant.. The last time we had a Fuddrucker was in 2010 (Emeryville, Ca.)... Amber -cashier-food runner-busier.. doing it all... Amazing service! Amazing food-love the onion rings- not greasy and crispy I love the buns and all the condiments! So glad I got my Fuddrucker! Next time-probably the smaller burger.. I'm bringing my youngest next time and actually the vegan son too! Glad they have the impossible burger so everyone can enjoy!

Bad area and would not recommend. Food was not worth the drive. The receipt did not specify my order. And seem to have over charged.

I made the reservation on Opentable which asked if we wanted the brunch menu or the regular menu, except that It was a buffet and the regular menu was not available. This restaurant is too cramped for a bunch of food stations. Customers and staff walking back and forth to the deck and in some cases into each other, no room to wait in lines or to walk around looking at the food stations while looking for the little signs to tell you what was where. Then the most disappointing part: the plates were really hot but the food was not. Lukewarm eggs benedict (ick) and potatoes and breakfast meats. Some of the non-breakfast dishes were flavorful like the chicken (very flabby skin but easy to take off) and the pork, but again, not hot and the rice that came with the chicken was crunchy as though it had been sitting on a counter top and not under the chicken in a chafing dish. Our check showed two buffets, one coffee and one iced tea and each of us paid 87.59, plus tip. Never again.

Then there were the desserts, panna cotta with berries and mocha bliss, a brownie with ice cream. Both fantastic! The small restaurant foot print adds a feeling of an intimate experience. The lettuce was quite fresh as were the vegetables. For dinner, I had the papparadelle & burrata brisket in a spicy tomato sauce. The pasta seemed to be homemade and the brisket had a nice heat to it. It was flavorful and delicious. The service was also very good. Our server checked back on us several times to see if we needed anything and to make sure our water glasses were filled. It was a very nice meal. I will certainly go back!

I can't believe I haven't updated my review…read more Brought a friend here for dinner. There were three of us. My friend and I had the 6-oz Filet Mignon USDA. I got mine with caramelized onions, baked potato, and fresh veggies. We both got it medium rare. She got hers topped with Point Reyes Blue Cheese crumbles. Her daughter got Filet of Petrale Sole Meuniere. First came a basket of bread. But, two of us are gluten-free. The Waiter made a point to check with the kitchen on all our meals. The steak came out smelling like garlic. It looked so much better than the picture I posted. It was so tender it cut with a butter knife. The color of the steak inside was perfect medium rare. The flavor on the taste buds is what dreams are made of. Some meals we remember for a lifetime. Because every bite is just that scrumptious. I can still almost taste it by just thinking about it. For dessert, we got the classic Bananas Foster, which is made tableside. It is dinner and a show. Bananas Foster is such a decadent treat. The show begins with the melting of the butter, and the aroma will still your breath away. Then add in the brown and white sugars. Several alcohols are used. I believe they use Banana liquor as well as rum. Then a fire is lit in the pan. It sparks when the cinnamon is added. Then the bananas are cooked ever so lightly. Sometimes, too much liqueur is added, and the flavor is off. However, on this night, it was spot on. The sugars and liqueur create a caramel sauce for the bananas, and vanilla ice cream is added. The ice cream that was used tasted like a French Vanilla ice cream with little flecks of vanilla. Each bite was a walk on a cloud. My friends had never had Bananas Foster before. I think they will be back if only for the Bananas Foster. The bananas and caramel with a kiss a vanilla ice cream just send your taste buds to heaven. Each bite will have you desiring more, even if you are beyond full. Each bite is so divine. It tastes so decadent that your mind will be blown that it is bananas and vanilla ice cream. I can't remember the name of our waiter. He was such a delight and made sure we had a great time. This was a meal I will remember for a long time. Thank you to the staff at Duke's Steakhouse. Adrian knows us and we are very good customers there. I think some things changed in management, Kevin the waiter who has been there since it opened is no longer there and you could feel a different vibe going on in the restaurant. The happy hour menu has changed and my husband's favorite Chardonnay is no longer included, but Adrian bought him a lovely Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc which was very tasty for $8. Adrian is a wonderful bartender and we enjoy his service! Sad to hear Jenna moved on too! Why is it all the good people leave, but then you have Quincy at the chandelier bar yelling at customers, not serving customers, telling you he won't serve her until it's convenient for him. Thank goodness Larry was working at the sports bar after happy hour! He is a great guy and works so hard for the casino and his customers!

It was such a beautiful day.... where can we eat outside?…read more I found "The Spot", its in the old Smee's location on the river. When we showed up, we asked if we could sit at a table outside, the guy was a little overwhelmed, he said "I can sit you in 10 mins". I said "can we have this table". OK, but....just know I'll be with you as soon as I get caught up, I'm totally fine with that I said. . He bought us a couple menus to look over.
