BUYER BEWARE! If you are a first time do it yourselfer do your self a favor and go to Home Depot or Lowes, you simply don't belong here. You will get cranky, have a fit, and then write an unnecessary newbie bad review. If you are an experienced remodeler, or Pro Contractor this is a great place to buy a kitchen equal in quality and half the price of the big box stores. BTW Elana O, plywood cabinets are far superior to the particle board ones you are probably buying at your favorite new haunt, and if you want solid wood please go to a very expensive furniture store for that. Bottom line: I just ordered another line of cabinets for my commercial style kitchen over the phone. I gave my salesman Boston the room dimensions and told him the layout I needed and he gave me the best design of cabinets to efficiently fill the space. The transaction took 20 minutes from start to finish and I am picking up the assembled cabinets on April 4th! This is my 4th purchase here and I am quite pleased with the results. If you want to have a good quality designer kitchen at a great price, and you have some remodeling experience, and more patience than a three year old this is the place for you. The staff will lay out your kitchen cabinets, show you their great looking discount accessories, and their nice thick slab granite. read more

I think these may be the best prices on granite. I agree that the kitchen cabinet quality is not the best, but I got a wicked deal on a 60" bathroom vanity with stone top and two sinks, for $630.00 - best deal I found after a lot of shopping. I'll be back for granite in the future. read more

RUN from this place! They will sell you 3 different lots of the same named granite that don't match in color at all, then tell you that's the way it works....NOT! They will cut the holes for the bathroom sinks leaving you no room to even pull up the drain plug, then tell you that's the way it works.....NOT! They will not show up when scheduled to come to your house and not even call you to tell you, not once but twice, then tell you that's how it works....NOT! There are plenty of other GREAT granite places around, choose another and save yourself a BIG headache! read more

We worked with Mike and he gave us really good service. His help felt very homey and that was what we appreciated. He worked with us enough to accommodate to our wants and needs. The kitchen is very well done, although it took a while for the cabinet sets to get here when there was given a specific date, but that was all worth it. This kitchen was what we've wanted for years. Thank you for giving us the kitchen that we've dreamed of! read more

I bought countertop slabs and had Pius install them. In-store service was really good. Selection was OK, not great. But prices were much lower than, say, Home Depot. It took them a month to install my order - long backlog. In the meantime I changed my mind on countertop material and they handled this in stride. No problems. On installation day, they didnt call to give me an arrival window. I called them and they were responsive. Installers were fine, but they used my electricity to run their powerful saws. Unavoidable. Except, they kept blowing breaker after breaker in both garage and outdoors off my den. This ended up permanently damaging the two breakers so I had to hire an electrician to come and install new ones. Plus, my computer, a newer Mac, was damaged - the entire RAM stack was burned out from the surge (and I use a good surge protector!). Apple replaced the RAM on warranty thankfully or it would have cost me $700. If you hire Pius, make sure you monitor their use of electricity and plan for which breaker they are on. Also, make sure you power off everything on the same breaker. Some slight mis-match in the man made quartz material that I chose. They accommodated this by changing one slab even though their terms and conditions said that mis matches could happen and that buyer has to live with it. Installers also did not leave enough room around the underside of the faucet in the sink they installed. They had to come back and grind out the plywood frame they built so the faucet could be installed. This created a lot of very burned smelling dust. Overall I might go back, and would recommend them with the above warnings. read more

Do NOT waste your time or money here. We ordered quartz counters and set up an installation date for 11/27. We called Pius the day before to find out what time they would be at the house and we were told the counters weren't in, nor did they even have us on the calendar, even though we had the install date on our receipt. We rescheduled again for 12/18. My husband spoke with someone from Pius on 12/15 and he was told the counters were in and would be installed in the afternoon on 12/18 and they would call when they were on their way. We hadn't heard anything by 1:30 so I called to see when they'd be here and was told the counters never came in but I could pick something else and they could "probably" fit us in the next day. So basically they were no-shows twice and here we are a week before Christmas without a functional kitchen. We will NEVER use Pius again and will be heading there tomorrow for a full refund. read more

HORRIBLE!!! I have NEVER received such terrible service!! We were just buying 4 unassembled kitchen cabinets, not too difficult, you think??!!!! We were supposed to pick them up the same day we bought them, but were told to come back 2 days later (1st clue....) , we then received a call to pick them up 2 days after that (2nd clue....) So there we are, picking them up on the day they asked us to and they are surprised to see us??!!!!! We stood around the warehouse for 45 minutes watching 4 of them fight in a different language and completely ignoring us. They then loaded 3 of the 4 boxes and treated us like we should be happy we got that much??!!! When questioning about the "missing" box (that we already payed for) they got grumpy and said they would "make " us one. Well, 45 minutes later, the "cabinet" they made us didn't even come close to matching what we ordered and upon further investigation, NONE of the cabinets were actually the ones we payed for. Since we were matching existing cabinets, this was a critical detail. We went back into the showroom, VERY angry and a little vocal about the terrible service......informing all the customers in the store that they should run, not walk form this business. Well, they gave us our money back quickly, with an additional 25 dollars for our trouble. This was a very simple order, my husband is a carpenter and I thought he was going to have a stroke watching these very inept people try to run a business. I have NEVER written a review before but I felt that everyone should know that this business is one of the most poorly run businesses I have EVER dealt with. Pay a little extra and go somewhere else. read more

My husband and I are looking for ideas for our bathroom remodel so we decided to check out Pius showroom. We walked in and there were 5 different people sitting at computers around the showroom and not a single one of them acknowledged our presence. We walked around for another minute or so when I finally said hi to one of the sales people (if you want to call them that). She looked up, said hi and looked back to her computer. We then walked out. HORRIBLE customer service! Don't bother trying to do business here! read more

I would give them zero stars, but I didn't see that option. My husband and I bought a remnant and gave specific instructions (with a drawing) and ask that it be fabricated. Sure, sure, no problem is what they told us. My husband calls to see if it's ready on the date stated on our invoice and the receptionist said yes. We drove all the way down to the store to find out that it was not ready, infact they didn't even start the project because they didn't understand what needed to be done. They didn't bother to call us to ask questions. They simply didn't care. We asked for our money back and went along our way. They messed up our installation plan and time frame on a lot of things with our project. Bottom line, spend your money elsewhere and don't go the cheap route. It will give you a bigger headache in the long run. Lesson learned here! read more

As a senior who has experienced any number of "remodel" scenarios in my home ownership lifetime (more than I care to remember)..it was seldom that I found a company that (1) offers a large array of quality products (2) prices are reasonable (3) service is courteous and on target (4) follows through on original agreement plus changes (5) Confirms delivery/installation and does a BANG UP JOB right on schedule! I cannot recommend Pius highly enough! Understand our job was very simple/straight forward..one bathroom vanity top with sinks.using granite. Our rep (Diane - think she is also part owner???) assisted us when the line was long/other buyers indecisive/wandering...kind of "fit us in". It was a BUSY day..we did wait 1/2 hour for a rep...but apologies flowed/order placed/slab selected...we couldn't be happier. More to the story...but also a positive experience. We will be back when/if the need arises! read more

By far the cheapest and nicest (RTA) non custom made cabinets you can buy. Sally and the team we dealt with are fantastic. We did have some missing parts and a few backordered items and they did a great job of keeping us informed when they would arrive getting us everything we needed. Everything was easy to assemble and it looks amazing. Thank you again Pius, we will be back when it is time to remodel the bathrooms!! read more

I am thrilled with my new cabinets. Randi my salesperson made sure that I had all the parts and pieces needed. This is to update my last review from non star (if there is a choice) to a two stars. The staffs who answered my calls didn't know how to handle this situation and didn't bother to escalate to upper management. After I have emailed them and asked for 48 hours turn around otherwise will seek for legal advise, manager name Diane replied back to my email. I sent her all the pictures my sister took and within the next day, she called back and help resolving the problem. Within few days, she got a hold of the contractor and scheduled to install the black splash that my sister agreed with the contractor. Pius covered all the fees for the black splash. But unfortunately they have hired / delegated the project to the worst contractor I have ever deal with. Just a heads up for everyone, the contractor's name is Justin and he is from Diamond edge design. Pius also said they will credit our account with $200 as inconvenient and the hassle we been through. We never asked for any credit or pay for all the materials throughout. Diane's brother came in for a followup after the black splash installed. He sent another crew of people to re-cock the whole surface. Overall, the detail of the job was bad but that's the contractors and the wall of the kitchen too. Don't know how cheap this project to me but I have paid more than $3K for it and my kitchen is not even big. How big can a kitchen be for a 800 SQFeet condo? read more

Wow, I am amazed to see all of these bad reviews. I just finished a remodel project with Pius and I saved a ton of money. I got a great product, and I highly recommend them. I have already recommended them to all of my family and friends. I was quoted over $16,000 from two different contractors for custom cabinetry. I got cabinets installed from Pius for less than $5000. The cabinets I got are complete hard wood all the way through with soft closing doors and drawers. We got quartz for counter top and it looks amazing. We dealt with Jon and he was good enough to give us his direct mobile number if we had any questions. I have sent him several text messages and he always responds promptly. We also had a mix up with our order because we kept changing which cabinets we wanted. Pius was completely professional about this and finished the job with no problems. I will be using them again for our future remodel projects. read more

Pius has helped me on multiple properties and took great care of me and my family. I have recommended PIUS to many friends and they have saved thousands of dollars and got a higher quality stone than I would of got. The install was PERFECT! Also, on my last project I gave them 24 hour notice and they got the job done. The communication was crystal clear and the prices were unreal!! I worked with Miko on my new kitchen design. She was very helpful and patient as it took 3 revisions to get everything to fit properly to my liking. I ordered the cabinets and had them delivered to my house in Eastern Washington. I installed them myself and had Pius install the counter tops. The new kitchen looks GREAT. I've have plenty of good comments on them. The quality was better than IKEA and I also saved money, compared to other stores. I highly recommend Pius if you need a new kitchen. I don't know if it is just coincidence, or my last yelp post got their attention. The day after my last yelp post, I finally got a call regarding the where abouts of my cabinets that were supposed to be delivered the day before. Apparently there was a mix up at warehouse, and they finally tracked down my order, ready to be delivered. They delivered 2 days later, and the store called multiple times on the day of delivery to make sure everything went smoothly. Countertop installation was rescheduled, and had since been done. I would say they have logistical challenges because of their popularity and growth, but they are willing to work to redeem themselves. If you are willing to deal with that kind of stuff...long wait time during weekend, hit-n-miss on return calls...you can save a bundle. Wall and base cabinets for my 18' kitchen plus 6'x3' island is $2700 in cherry shaker style. Add granite and installation and a 16 gauge one bowl undermount stainless sink and the total is $4400 tax included. You can't beat that. Not even close. BTW, their cabinets are all solid wood construction, not the particle board MDF garbage that disintegrate in a year or two. The low end ones I got did not have dovetail construction, but they do come with soft close. You owe yourself at least checking it out. Do it on a weekday and you can avoid long wait. read more

Went here yesterday, the sales associate was so condescending and rude to me. was treated as if i wasn't good enough or had enough money to be shopping here. i asked for help on a quote for a bathroom vanity and the first thing out of her mouth was "there's a minimum $754 labor charge for any work we do here" without ever even trying to listen to what i wanted done, as if hearing what the cost of labor was would scare me out the door so she wouldn't have to deal with me. the stones they had on display were nice but I've seen much prettier stones at other stores. i will never come back to this store or do business with this company for any future jobs i have planned, and will tell everyone i know that this company looks down on customers as if they're better than them. read more

We ordered our kitchen and granite from Pius after comparing the prices of the similar offerings. We decided to go with Pius after our first encounter. We had really good discussion with folks in Pius who helped us to map our cabinets and suggested what type of granite will work for our color and our use case. But the big unpleasant surprise was ahead of us. Pius outsources the granite work to a few installers' teams, and one of them came to our place to put the granite we ordered. It was an unhappy experience, from how difficult to reach agreements on where to leave the cuts, to how to ensure that the proper polishing will be done on the cuts so they will not be so visible. When I came back after the granite installment was completed, I found a few serious issues: one of the cuts was made in the area that had no support (underneath a dishwasher) and was really rough, visibly uneven than the rest of the surface. To add to that, the cut cracked in a few days. We honestly did not know what to do, so we turned to Pius for help. I sent the mail to Jennifer from customer relationship team and received an out of office reply. We were in trouble! Next day, we received the mail from Jennifer and things started to unfold. Our installer was asked to visit us and right away attempted to negotiate with us that he would glue the crack again, but it would not solve the underlying issue. One more mail to Jennifer, and despite the fact that our original installer went on vacation for a month, a new installer crew came in a week later and demolished the old granite and put a new one in. Our kitchen started to look really amazing, exactly as we hoped it will. We were so impressed by willingness of Jennifer and her team to go the extra mile, how well and timely they responded to our plea for help, and how quickly they resolved our issues. Having someone by your side during the entire project is a huge advantage. Thanks! read more

Holy Lord this company is ridiculously unimpressive. I am still in awe of how terrible everyone involved with my situation was(except James). First and foremost the color of the countertops was not what we paid for. I ordered calacatta quartz because I was told that it was one of the whitest materials for countertops in stock. When it was installed in my apartment it was yellow. I already had a calacatta bar counter and you can easily tell the difference between the real one and the material that Pius used. The installers were beyond rude and nearly shoved my contractor out of the way, they left a huge mess, did not put any caulking in the backsplashes, and scratched a cabinet door(that I had to have replaced). These thing I could maybe grumble about and overlook but the main countertop had the hole for my kitchen faucet cut in the wrong place. The installer offered to recut the hole and fill it in, but my contractor and roommate insisted on getting a completely new countertop. This obviously causes a delay and the new countertop was cut 2 inches too short. On the day that new installers were supposed to come replace the short countertop(2weeks after the installation was supposed to have been done), they didn't show up and would not answer calls from me or Pius. In addition, the backsplash for the bathroom was also cut incorrectly, left too long initially then cut too short. Overall terrible experience, the only good thing that came from it were the cabinets themselves. Update! The new countertops are here(supposed to be delivered Thursday, got here the following Tuesday) and they are cut correctly. Although it was a little off that the installer just let himself into the house without anyone letting him inside. Took a while, but we made it. Thank you to James and all his hard work with us. read more

My husband and I had.a very good experience with Pius. We worked with Anastazia in the showroom, and she was very responsive and attentive to our questions and needs. We were even able to add some backsplash to our order after picking out our stone! We decided to go with Pearl Fantasy Quartzite, and found the selection and pricing of Pius to be some of the best in the Sodo/George Town area. The reason it's not a 5 star review is due to the wait we experienced at the warehouse. We made an appointment to go pick out our stone and had to wait for over an hour to get helped. Apparently it had been a very busy morning that Saturday and the person that was supposed to help us went to lunch at our scheduled time. No one in the warehouse really spoke much English, so it was somewhat frustrating to get a handle on the situation. However, we were able to get an update with the help of Anastazia at the showroom and it all sorted itself out in the end. The team was very patient with our choosing process when we finally got our turn. The installation itself went off without a hitch! 3 crew members showed up on time with all the materials in tact and ready to go. They were fast, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves very nicely. We are quite happy with the results and will return to get more of the same stone for our next remodel! read more

They were more than happy to take our money for kitchen cabinets & countertop. Also installation fee. Totaling about $14000. We were promised delivery in 2 weeks because they assured us items were in stock. On delivery date I called 4 times asking for time of delivery. They couldn't provide that info to me for some reason. At 5pm was told it won't be delivered because the cabinets weren't ready. They changed sizes of cabinets because some weren't in stock (reason for non delivery) even though originally was told these were in stock. Waited another week for next delivery date, again a no show. Went back to store and was told by Ako (store mgr) that cabinets aren't ready. I demanded refund, I don't want to deal with these people. Another mgr came back and promised delivery in 3 days but some cabinets won't have doors. Said it could take a couple weeks. I told her I want a refund because I don't trust a word that comes out of her mouth. Read other reviews of this store, my experience is they are unethical and lie to your face. My husband and I are retracting our great review, with our great sales person. We have had our bathroom and our kitchen done by Pius. Our bathroom installation process was a waiting game, and then they never showed up, and did not tell us until the end of the day. We thought we could get over that, so we ordered our kitchen, because our bathroom did look great. As we went to go select our kitchen, every stone we wanted or picked out, was not in stalk, so we chose our 3rd option. Our sales guy was a little wishy washy during the process but all in all okay. Our cabinets got installed (they looked great). The DAY of waiting for our countertops to arrive, We get a phone call from our sales rep stating that our slab was damaged and that they could not install it.... better yet, now they were completely out of stalk from what we originally wanted. We had to go back down to the place to pick out a different stone.... the DAY it was suppose to be installed. But again they didn't have the choices we wanted. Long story short. I have a kitchen, but it is unfinished and missing a pieces to the cabinets. And now our sales rep is not getting back to us, and it has been three weeks. Most likely will not hear back from them again. They could care less and it's unfortunate when you pay and re do your whole kitchen. Do not go to them, unless if you want to make your life more difficult ! read more

We worked with Pius based on the recomendation of our contractor who has worked with them for years with very good results. We had a positive experience. We visited both the showrooms numerous times, if it was very busy we sometimes had to wait a little, but the staff was helpful and courteous. The day of installation was a little stressful because we were in the yard, picking out our slabs, but once here on site, the installation went very well! We have had numerous problems during our remodel, but none of them were because of Pius. And you can't beat the price and selection. PS We did kitchen and laundry room granite, and white shaker cabinets in the laundry room, plus 2 sinks. read more

We were a little nervous about going with Pius based on reviews here. Leading up to the install we were given some inaccurate information about the slab dimensions and installation process so when the installers showed up, it was apparent that the gap between our cabinets and wall was too large to perform the work. We were told that they would scribe the counters to the wall which would cover the gap; this was not the case. The slab was only 25.5" wide so they couldn't cut lengthwise to fit. We had to make some adjustments before the counters could be installed. That being said, they came back out 2 days later and everything went well from there. The second time they came, the slab was plenty wide to cover the gap. Communication and customer service is not up to par with the more expensive places. If you have nice and plumb walls and your cabinets are snug to the walls then you're going to be fine in the end with Pius - if you need the peace of mind that comes with a well-explained and executed process, go with a more expensive place. The price here can't be beat! read more

Pius Kitchen & Bath is #1 in my book. We worked with Jason and received SUPERIOR customer service for our kitchen and bath cabinets as well as countertops. Jason communicated with us throughout the process and went out of his way to get cabinets we realized we needed at the last minute. When it came to measuring and fabricating the countertops we realized we couldn't cut the stone on site but the team at Pius said "no problem" came to the house to measure, went back to the shop to fabricate, then came back at 5pm to install. The Installers were top notch as well! I can't say enough about Pius and the excellent customer service. Not to mention that the cabinets look great and the marble counters are incredible. Believe me - you can't beat their prices and customer service anywhere. read more
