During the time of Covid 19, I was searching for a small nail salon in Keizer with few chairs…read more Stellar Nails has just one chair. My daughter recommended this salon. This is a local" Mom and Pop business. Loc, the owner, was there to give me a French Manicure with a black line. Loc did an perfect job. I Enjoyed the conversation with him throughout the hour. Will certainly return to Stellar nails, not just because of few chairs/ safety, but of the quality of his work. When asked if he enjoys nail art, he Said he could do flowers, lines, and a few simple shapes. Should you be in search of a more entailed piece of nail art, it is possible to request Loc wife. This family is a couple with a 1 year old son. I encourage you to give this local business a try.
