Complimentary water greets you with a cute sign, large mirrors for a before and after shot, and they even have swings for your pedicure needs. Behind the pedicure station are sinks for hair washing and down the hall behind the sinks is the bathroom (essential for COVID protocol - wash your hands before your visit starts.) Came to see Katie for a cut and color and she can NOT disappoint. No matter what mix and match looks I bring in she makes it come together like magic. Truly a pampering experience. Normally, I would accept that as a sign to stay away, but my friend insisted it was great and I should make an appointment. I called ahead on a Friday by only an hour, got an appointment, was seated immediately, the staff was extremely friendly, all the customers seemed happy (half of the chairs were occupied and there were still at least 2 nail techs available) and I received an excellent "Deluxe" pedicure. Prices and options are about average. The place is clean and the equipment (including the all-important massage chairs) is in good condition. There is a sign in the window "No Public Restroom" but (thank goodness) I was allowed to use the bathroom (which is NOT suitable for the public, but, when you gotta go, does it matter?)
