During the time of Covid 19, I was searching for a small nail salon in Keizer with few chairs…read more Stellar Nails has just one chair. My daughter recommended this salon. This is a local" Mom and Pop business. Loc, the owner, was there to give me a French Manicure with a black line. Loc did an perfect job. I Enjoyed the conversation with him throughout the hour. Will certainly return to Stellar nails, not just because of few chairs/ safety, but of the quality of his work. When asked if he enjoys nail art, he Said he could do flowers, lines, and a few simple shapes. Should you be in search of a more entailed piece of nail art, it is possible to request Loc wife. This family is a couple with a 1 year old son. I encourage you to give this local business a try.

O. M. G.!!!!…read moreI went to Tracy as I've been going around switching to more local providers (used to travel to Corvallis regularly) due to health concerns. Tracy gave me a pedicure like nobody else I have ever been to. I have been on cruises, the Bahamas, several ports in Mexico on the Pacific side. Not one would begin to stand up to the careful work and concern Tracy exhibited attending to my poor ingrown toenails (and yes I've had the surgery). Expensive but for the comfort my feel now, totally worth it and I have more appointments booked. Tracy was very relaxed, welcoming, and we had much in common to talk about. She took a very long time w my feet and legs scrubbing, lotion, massage, wrapping one foot while she worked on the other one so the lotion had a lot of time to soak in. My feet are sooo smooth now, and they will be even better after she works on them again. Thank you so much, Tracy. I'm so glad I found you! :D

She doesn't do acrylic nails, it's all gel (light elegance, I think) and gel polish. She's fun to talk to, doesn't smack you with the file, and hasn't drawn blood (like some of the quickie shops tend to do). She has been able to do everything I find on pinterest, and makes suggestions when I ask. She's at a new location - 4198 River Road N, Keizer, 97303 (same parking lot as JC's Pizza) - on her own now. I love Tracy as a person and as a nail tech, and the only reason I would be hesitant to recommend her to others is because I don't want her to get too busy for me! haha

I had a great experience here and will definitely be coming back…read more Michelle (with two L's) did my nails, and she was incredibly detail-oriented. I'm very particular about shape, length, and overall consistency, and she took the time to get everything exactly right. She even measured to ensure each nail was uniform, which I've never had done before. The (dip with tips) finish is clean, smooth, and perfectly shaped. The color application is even, and the nails all match exactly, which is important to me. If you're someone who values precision and wants a technician who genuinely cares about the outcome, I highly recommend booking with Michelle.
