Overall I had a great pedicure and I would return. I got a gel pedicure and the nail technician was friendly and gave a great pedicure. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I made an appointment but still waited 20 minutes and we only had the option for a standard pedicure with gel or regular polish, a lot of times I prefer to have the hot wax or hot stone add on. In hindsight I didn't ask but I think it's because they were so busy and I didn't notice a menu with extra options. The salon was packed which felt like a good sign. I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this salon. I had a 2:00 pm pedicure appointment, and another woman--who I do not know--also had an appointment at 2:00 pm. We were booked separately with different phone numbers. However, the staff sat us down at the same time and assumed we were together, even trying to combine our charges onto the same tab. She requested several times for a basic pedicure, meanwhile I asked for a deluxe pedicure. As I was picking out the scent I wanted for my deluxe pedicure is when they had her also pick out the sent SHE wanted even though she said numerous times she wanted a basic pedicure. Odd to assume we were together when it was just a coincidence that they booked us at the same time slot.. What made the situation worse was how uncomfortable it became. The nail techs spoke among themselves, looked at both of us, and laughed loudly. At one point, they even walked across the salon to continue laughing and talking with other employees about it. The entire experience felt unprofessional, awkward, and disrespectful. On top of that, the salon itself is extremely overbooked and chaotic. They rush through services, constantly pack in too many people, and don't have enough employees or space to accommodate everyone. People are left sitting and waiting for others to finish just so they can take their spot. To make matters even more uncomfortable, they require you to say your phone number out loud in front of everyone, since that's how they track bookings. Overall, it was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and poorly managed. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon after such treatment. read more

I want to give no stars but had to chose at least one. I was there today. First time there. The gal that did my pedicure was horrible. She was messy. Left the salon with nail polish on the top of my feet and on my ankle. She used the cuticle trimmer on the top of my big toe, removing the top skin. Do not even ask why. I dont know what she was doing! I will not go back there again. She also wasn't very nice. I have a picture and wish I could share it. I will be documenting it and apply neosporin daily hoping it won't get infected. I'm leaving for a cruise in 3 days so it better not! I highly doubt not recommend. read more

I came in on Friday, September 5th for a set of acrylic nails, in order to celebrate my birthday and upcoming trip to Disneyland. This was a pleasant experience, and so I called in a few days later to set up a nail removal appointment for when I returned from my trip. (I only get acrylic nails for special occasions and don't leave them on for long). This nail removal appointment was today, September 13th 2025. I am not new to getting my nails done, and at other salons across Oregon, the nail tech drills off the nail polish, gently clips off your nails, and then provides a bowl of acetone/nail polish remover to soak your fingernails in, before they remove them from your nail beds. However, at Queen Nails, the nail tech named Kim did not provide any acetone, and went directly into using clippers to pry off the fake nails, and used a spare fake nail to wedge between the fake nail and my real nail to "pop" them off. This was PAINFUL. I winced and made it known that this was hurting a lot, and Kim assured me that this pain was normal. This is NOT normal. I should not be seeing my natural nails peeling up like this during a removal. During this, another client came in for her own nail removal, and Kim instructed one of her coworkers to prepare a large bowl of acetone for her. The client sat down, got her nails clipped by Kim (Kim stopped working on my nails in order to do this), and then was instructed to soak her nails in the bowl of acetone. I don't understand why this nail removal process was not provided to me, as well? There is a blackboard in the shop listing all services and prices, and for "fake nail removal" there is no "extra/special" option that you must pay for a bowl of acetone. There's only the $15.00 option listed. Once she got to my left thumb, it hurt so badly that I began to cry, and only then did she provide me a small, 1-inch diameter cup with acetone in it to soak my nail in. I told the workers that I wanted to stop, and go ahead and pay for the service so I could leave and soak my nails in vitamin E oil at home. Kim told me that I did not need to pay for the service, so I left. I will not be returning to this establishment and have informed my family members that have been going here for years, to find someplace else to go. I was able to get in day of on a Saturday! (Called an hour ahead of time) This was the best deluxe pedicure I have had yet! The staff were all friendly. I never felt rushed, but it wasn't busy when I came in. My nail tech did an incredible job on my gel pedicure, she checked with me to make sure the length and color were what I wanted. I really hate leaving negative reviews, I just know how important these can be in selecting where you spend your money. So I think it's important to share my experience. I called and made an appointment based off a friends recommendation. When I got there I was seated right away and was asked what I wanted done with my nails. I showed a really simple design and let the "nail artist" know I didn't want long acrylic nails, I wanted my natural nails. He immediately declined the design and asked me to pick a solid color for my nails to which I declined and requested a simple French tip with 2 colors (alternating colors so one color per nail). He went to start filing my nails and immediately I knew it wasn't going to go well. I had broken nails and they needed to be evened out - he didn't do this until I asked him too. None of my nails were even until I corrected them several times. He laughed each time I pointed out that my nails were uneven. The polishing was done okay - took several attempts to get the lines even and "clean". The person doing my nails was also taking all phone calls, making appointments and helping everyone who came in. There were so many workers he could have passed me on too but he didn't. So it took about twice as long as it should have to get this manicure. I declined the hand "massage" because he started making me feel uncomfortable when I just asked for the cuticle oil. He chuckled and teased me for not wanting him to rub my hands (mind you I never ask for a massage regardless so I wasn't doing it only because it was a male "nail artist"). Eventually I just stopped asking for my nails to be fixed and asked to move onto the pedicure. I was seated and he started the water and walked away. The bowl nearly overflowed and he had to run over and drain some out. He did an okay job scrubbing my heels and the rough parts of my feet (I'm a runner so I know they're rough). He again didn't even out any of my toe nails. He pretended to file them and then quickly moved onto painting. I have never had someone paint my toe nails so poorly. It was bumpy, he didn't paint the whole nail and polish was on the skin around my nail. Instead of asking him to fix it, I asked him to remove it because it looked so bad. I told him how unsatisfied I was with how he did and all he did was apologize and asked to try again. Unfortunately I was out of patience and just wanted to leave so I declined. then he gave me scolding hot towels for my legs and he laughed because I told him they were too hot. He then tried to charge me full price for the pedicure, to which I pushed back and let him know that the experience I had was horrible and I'm leaving with no polish on my toes. He agreed and didn't charge me full price because he knew I was really unhappy with my entire experience. I will not be going back. I would never recommend this place to anyone who is willing to pay for a high quality experience. I also think it's important to share that I got shellac polish because it's supposed to last longer... mine chipped 5 days after getting it done. Absolutely horrible experience. read more

Nail tech kept pointing to a poster on the wall which had different prices. I had to say, just the basic, twice. After the service I was given a bill for $42. I said to the manager, "you told me $38". She said the extra charge was because I did not bring my own tools. When I told her she did not tell me this, she said sorry, then turned away. Great nails start with great product and of course a good tech! My natural nail beds are thin and weak, probably need a break every so often but I refuse to go without nails for any length of time.. my technician was very knowledgeable to use a specifically soft and flexible tip on me and really barely on my nail so that it it did break it wouldn't take my nail with it.. I prefer curved slender coffin shaped exotic length nails. He did an amazing job building each nail up to accommodate my request. I'm going back in today for a fill (Milky white acrylic powder) I might have them shortened today, might have them painted.. or not idk yet. Anyways I won't go anywhere else.. I've gone many times for pedicures and getting dip in my nails or fills for acrylics. however I went again and this time I was unsatisfied. my nails are all uneven, have product stuck on my skin and cuticles, and my nails just generally hurt after excessive filling trying to fix the unevenness. I will say the lady who did my nails did try to fix and make them look nice but in the end the over filing just couldn't be fixed. Disappointed. First time going here. I booked my appointment Tuesday February 16 for February 18 @4pm. I get there early @3:40 thinking they were going to start @4. Since I had made appointment. But From what I saw All the techs were just starting with new customers when I got there. By 4;15 a really nice tech came to cut down my natural nail & file them maybe that took less than 10 min. @4:45 another tech started with my nails. I showed her the picture of shape and what I wanted I also mentioned I had an appointment @6 which I knew at that point that I wasn't going to make it. In the end I told her to just put shellac since doing a French tip would take longer. Even like that I left the salon after 6. My nails look nothing like the shape I showed her. It's frustrating that you book an appointment and don't get seen almost an hour later. They have to manage time much better. And nail shapes. Don't get me wrong they are lovely ladies. Quite the unsanitary nail salon. Dirty towels used. Someone took of his gloves and did not wash hands when doing the next customer. Had to leave after witnessing poor cleaning and lack of sanitation standards. Has the board checked on them lately. Disturbing. I had an appointment and when I arrived all of the pedicure chairs were full so I ended up waiting which was fine. But the technician I had was tired and did not do a good job on my pedicure.
