Nothing like what I expected especially after reading the comments and reviews. I went in for a powder dip and was not happy at all. Their technique was all wrong and the nail tech was very rough she over filed my nails and now my nails are starting to grow out and snagging on everything. Called to schedule an appointment for my girlfriend, the lady on the phone was horribly rude and pushy. She also didn't want want to quote me on the cost of anything, likely just trying to get an appointment on the books so they could make more money. Horrible customer service, I wish I would have read their response to actual clients before bothering to call. Their customer service is a joke. read more

First of all when I had a manicure I noticed that my cuticles didn't go through a battle for life and end up on the loosing end. They were nice and trimmed and normally looking, not red and inflamed. After two weeks the manicure still looked fresh! No chipping or wearing down, also I did have gel polish applied. My pedicure was fantastic and the chairs are nice and new, not worn down with horrible a massage feature. My feet felt great and it was a real treat. I decided I liked this place so much that I went ahead and got acrylic nails for the first time in 20 years. Absolutely highly recommend them for that as well. It's a younger husband and wife team and so sweet to see them work alongside one another and grow a respectable, clean and kind business. 10/10 recommend first time here and absolutely loved it. I had some acrylics on from another salon, and it took her forever to get them off (cuz they were so crappy).. but I told her I was on a time limit cuz I had to go to work.. and she took the acrylics off and put these powder dips on in under an hour ! soo sweet too! made me some delicious tea and was very chatty and attentive during my whole visit. First time there and chosen for their reviews. Scheduled for 4 then called to come at 3. One busy with nails, the other with 2 in chairs. Told to sit and wait with nail color menu. Large print on all the beverages offered. Never offered anything. Should have been put in a massage chair with a drink but wasn't ready for me to do so. Zero conversation. Only concern was nail color. Finally asked for a drink and was given a very warm Sprite. Yes, love my nail polish job, however will never go back. Not expecting much, I called around Keizer salons to try to get an appointment for a desperately needed pedicure and nail fill. Talk about a peaceful and relaxing environment The salon is beautiful, clean and well maintained. My only regret? I didn't find them two years ago when I first got to Keizer... but have definitely found my new salon. I selected the regular pedicure due to being short on time and it was Heaven... and included hot rock massage and oil treatment... so nice! I will take advantage of the deluxe on my next visit. As far as the fill, it was perfect!!! Nails look great even as short as I like them... Have zero complaints and just an amazing experience!!! read more

I mean, i've definitely had worse experiences at nail salons. However, this one was not the best either. I drove all the way up from Eugene in hopes that this nail salon would exceed my expectations. It didn't. First, my pedicure was great until it got to the point of the nail polish. My one toe nail is all dis formed and the nail polish is so uneven because of all the polish piled on top of it. When i said something about how dis formed it was, they didn't fix it and said i should have said something earlier. It's all over my skin and cuticles so it looks like my 4 year old niece did it. Definitely not worth $40. I wish the pictures fully showed how bad they look in real life. Also, my nails are fine but they look nothing like the picture.(expectations vs. reality picture included below) I would honestly just save your time and money by going somewhere else. The only good thing that came out of this visit were the other customers i met while i was there. read more

I've been following Kam around for 9 years now. She finally has her own salon. Love her work; she's the best. Her place is very clean and since she's the only one there, you don't smell the heavy fumes like other nail salons. It's quiet and relaxing. You have to make an appointment with her, since she's solo, but she's always on time. Highly recommend it! read more
