Clean, modern, new, larger. My nails were done by a male tech named Ben I think, and he did a great job and exactly what I asked for! Nail Salon social contract has changed in the years I've been away, and I popped an earbud in to listen to a podcast- which was totally fine and chill and relaxing! I was offered a beverage when I sat down, which was a fun little upgrade from before. Some were free, some had costs. I just went with water, but I think Diet Cokes were free too. If I had to pick one thing that they could improve on, it would be booking appointments with an app. They're old school and you still have to call from what I can tell - it seems a bit discordant contrasting with how new and modern everything in there seemed! If they added an app for booking and payments? Five stars! All in all, I'm very pleased and will be back for sure!

He was very rude and treated me with contempt. Did a bad removal job as well. I'd really like the business to improve their cleanliness too. (Which in my opinion should be included in the cost of any nail service.) My French tips are a tiny bit splotchy and uneven, the top coat seemed to have some small pieces of cured gel in it. My heels were not filed very well, and my toenails were not shaped very evenly, I had to shape them better when I got home. However, I really enjoyed the salon itself, it is pretty and feels luxurious inside. Cleanliness was good, and all the staff were very nice, kind, and friendly. The lady who did my pedicure was also fairly careful with my injured toe.

During their COVID-19 shutdown the business changed ownership and it was a very welcome change. The place is arranged to have more space, which is a nice comfort during these crazy times. They have easy and ample parking as they are located at the base of a parking structure. I would follow my stylist pretty much anywhere and she is totally five star. They have a couple of other stylists with questionable mask practices which cost the salon itself one star.
