I did and then sat for another 40, before being rushed through the $30 manicure ($2 for the file & buffer that you keep). Then I was being rushed to pay, when obviously regular polish, you need to sit a minute. And I can usually go about 7-10 days with regular polish. I got my nails done two days ago and already had a snag, one small chip, and two that have cracks. Pricey for what is offered. They do offer drinks which is a nice touch, tho I turned it down in hopes of helping them out for quickness as a lot of appointment customers walked in. I'd consider elsewhere before trying here again.

The salon was clean and organized. My favorite part was when it was time for the massage part, the lotion was warm.

The nail techs spoke among themselves, looked at both of us, and laughed loudly. At one point, they even walked across the salon to continue laughing and talking with other employees about it. The entire experience felt unprofessional, awkward, and disrespectful. On top of that, the salon itself is extremely overbooked and chaotic. They rush through services, constantly pack in too many people, and don't have enough employees or space to accommodate everyone. People are left sitting and waiting for others to finish just so they can take their spot. To make matters even more uncomfortable, they require you to say your phone number out loud in front of everyone, since that's how they track bookings. Overall, it was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and poorly managed. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon after such treatment.

Despite claims from other reviewers, the ladies at Dip Nails are always very friendly and accommodating. They do their best to fit you in if you haven't made an appointment or request a last minute appointment. They do an awesome job with all of the services that I've ever purchased (Dip, manicure, gel manicure, gel pedicure, eyebrow wax), so I'm baffled by some of the reviews posted. It almost seems that some reviewers are just being spiteful or trying to solicit free services. I've also seen this take place in person while getting my own services. 10/10 recommend Dip Nails. They always do a great job. Do yourself a favor and get pampered for a change.
