I was a walk-in, so giving some grace, I wanted a regular manicure and was asked to come back in 30 mins. I did and then sat for another 40, before being rushed through the $30 manicure ($2 for the file & buffer that you keep). Then I was being rushed to pay, when obviously regular polish, you need to sit a minute. And I can usually go about 7-10 days with regular polish. I got my nails done two days ago and already had a snag, one small chip, and two that have cracks. Pricey for what is offered. They do offer drinks which is a nice touch, tho I turned it down in hopes of helping them out for quickness as a lot of appointment customers walked in. I'd consider elsewhere before trying here again. read more

Kha did a fabulous job on my gel pedicure! They were clearly a little overbooked, but everyone was very polite and accommodating. The pedicure looks fantastic! She thoroughly massaged and exfoliated, and really made it feel worth the money. Would definitely recommend and 100% will be back for Kha! My wife was searching for a nail place to replace a nail and a nail fill. She made an appointment for 3:00 on the 1st day of spring. Money is tight. But I wanted her to find a place that would fit within her budget and a business that had integrity. From the gate, her visit was one grift after another. To include upsell for the "curvature" of her nails. The curvature meant more bucks. When my my wife quoted prices from her normal nail place, she was told that it was cheaper there because "you must be a customer there and get charged a cheaper price". From the jump she got grifted for everything. Her original price quoted was 53.00 and by the time grifts ended, it was 63.00. Lets be honest here, nail salons are in deep doo doo with this economy with the rip offs that this salon employs. Obviously they are not wanting to expand their customer base. This salon will nickel and dime you until your wallet is empty. I feel bad for my wifes experience she had today. All I wanted for her was to have an enjoyable experience for the day. This business did nothing to further that experience. She went there because she was unable to get into her normal salon... IVY nails. Of course this salon will deny and deflect. I had an appointment scheduled to get a pedicure on May 9th or 10th, I believe. I came 10 minutes for a 12 noon appointment. At 12:22 I was wondering when my appointment was going to occur. They told me to come and sit in a chair where the pedicure were be given. I waited over 10 minutes before the tech began to start with me. It was a very rushed job. Hardly was a half hour long. After I was finished up my right big toe really hurt where there was an ingrown toe nail was. The tech jabbed the instruments into my right toe. My big toe on my left toot was bleeding where my cuticle was cut. I went to the owner to show her. I went in a week ago to show her where my cuticle was cut on my left foot, and showed her where my right big toe was infected and was extremely tender and painful still. I told her that they do not clean any of there instruments in between each pedicure they give. She said the clean them in the back. I pointed out while I was there talking to the owner none of any instruments were being clean it between different clients. I told the owner I could report the nail salon to the health department because I got an infection from the salon. I told her I would not. I shared that I wanted my money back. She said why do you not give us another try for free. She said she would do it or another person who worked at the nail salon. I had to repeat myself again that I wanted my money back which she ended up doing. I had been to this salon another time and got wonderful service. I told the owner I went in a week ago yesterday. I still have an infected toe and it is still red and sore to touch. I liked the owner but I realize that I need to go to a doctor cause almost 1 month later I still have an infected and sore toe. They were late for my appointment and rushed me through. They need to use cleaning solution on the instruments with each new client they work on. In other nail salons they put a shower cap type of thing in all of the tubs after each client. I am not sure if they do this. I hate to have written a bad review, but this has affected my health and there was no reason for this to have happened. read more

I made an appointment for a pedicure and a full set. I arrived ten minutes early so I understood I had to wait. I was told to sit for the full set. I showed the tech a picture and she said it was too complicated for her so instead I went with a simple French tip. The tech only made it so far as to removing old nail polish before she started arguing with the owner. The owner told me to move to her table and she was taking over. I asked for dark pink acrylic and the tech told me she wouldn't do it. I felt extremely uncomfortable afterwards it was so bad I refused the pedicure and left. Don't waste your time and money here. Go to solar nails in Keizer. I feel bad for cheating on them for this place ugh. read more

The salon was clean, staff friendly. I had pedicure appointments for myself and a friend. Don't expect your appointment to take precedence over walk-ins. 3 staff on pedis, one for manis. There were 2 already getting pedis. My friend and I were seated in the pedi chairs at the same time, however my pedi started 30 minutes after my friend. 6 walk-ins came in for pedis, as well as two friends for mani/pedis with appointments. (Their appointment ran 45 minutes late). My pedicurist was rushing, after starting 30 minutes late. It was annoying. My nails were cut crooked, different lengths and had to ask her to straighten, and even them out. I got done at the same time as my friend. All said and done, they need more staff, and appointments should be given priority. I'll give them one more chance. I understand they are new. read more
