I went in for the first time today to get a full set and a pedicure, they generously squeezed me in right before closing. The overall ambiance of the salon was beautiful, noticeably clean and well kept, not even the "salon smell" of monomer but instead a fresh and clean aroma. The staff was very friendly, it felt like I was hanging with the girls though they were professional; they didn't make me feel out of place and did an absolutely fantastic job on both my pedicure and full set. I felt heard when asked details of how I'd like them and got exactly what I asked for. The pedicure was so relaxing, and the massage chairs gave me lifeeee. 100/10 will be recommending this salon to friends and regularly going here for my nail maintenance. read more

I always feel so blessed when I call or text and ask for a pedi or my dip nails and I GET IN SOON! Anyway, "last minute me" got in with Khelsi and I feel brand new! Previously, I went from square nails to pointy ones. Not for me. Felt like I had my mom's hands and nails (love my mom, but she passed 3 years ago) so it was making me sad. So, went in tonight and got my "old" square nails and LOVE them Had a blast sitting and visiting with the girls too! It's just the best in there! Great service and prices! My only complaint is that it's not super clear the difference between their pedicure tiers. It would have been nice to read online what each service includes before booking so it wasn't a surprise on arrival. Even asking upon arrival I didn't get a super clear answer of what the service included. All in all, a deluxe pedicure with paraffin wax & French tip was $65. Filthy/Not sanitized/gross salon. You walk in and it literally looks like a salon in SE Portland or in the ghetto. It is disgusting. Looks like they haven't swept or wiped anything down in years. Honestly I'm not sure how they're still open? Probably should report to the health department it's that bad. I paid $85 + $5 tip (didn't want to tip but felt obligated) for acrylic full set and this design exactly 1 week ago. Two of my nails all of a sudden just popped off?? I've never had this happen. I would like to start by saying that I very, very rarely write negative Yelp reviews. I don't think I've ever written a one star review prior to today. I am in a wedding in three days and unfortunately, my flight was switched last minute and I was left scrambling for a nail apt. It's Labor Day today and just about nobody is open. However, I called this nail place and told her I needed a regular pedicure and gel manicure and asked if they had any available appointments. She asked if I wanted gel on my toes too, I said no just my hands. She double checked and everything. Then told me I could come in at 12:30. I was so stoked. I walked in at 12:30 and they were very clearly overbooked. I was not going to make a fuss since they squeezed me in last minute and I desperately needed my nails done. I waited until 1 and then they were able to start my pedicure. While getting my toes done, I noticed the owner continually making apts for every person who called and walked in. They had people waiting for over 20 minutes, and even the staff was complaining that they were told it would be a half day, then that they could leave at 2, etc...and still, she kept booking appointments. My toes were done at about 1:25 and I waited to get told where to sit for my nails. She kept taking appointments. People kept waiting. And at 2 pm I finally got up and asked if she still had time to do my nails. "Oh, I only had you down for a pedi." I paid and left. I then sat in my car and called every other nail place in Salem and Keizer desperately trying to find some place that could do my nails. The shops who were open didn't have any openings left and one even said "you should've called earlier". Yah, I wish I had. I've never seen a nail salon so overbooked and staff overworked. The owner was so busy packing appointments in, that she failed to take care of the clients she already had in her shop. I don't know how this place hasn't been shut down yet. read more

My observations: new on the inside, very nice design. We had appointments and they started 15 minutes late. My sister and I got pedicures. I had Cat, she was very kind, gentle, and took her time. My sister had Kelsey (I think her name was) she acted as if doing this pedicure was an inconvenience for her. She did not make much eye contact, didn't smile, she rushed through it, was painful, treated her co-worker Cat with disrespect, and didn't finish the sale. She didn't say anything like say thank you for coming or Cat will take your payment. She just walked away. She did not deserve a tip but I know my sister gave her one because she is a kind person. I know that people have bad days but there is no need to be disrespectful. I am not sure if I would go there again. read more

Overall great first time experience getting a pedicure here at this salon. Staff was lovely. Great and funny. I enjoyed my pedi. Place is a little messy in my opinion, they could tidy up a bit more and make the place look a little nicer, but it is very small. The massage chair is ok. I'm glad I found a place closer to home. I usually go to my lady in Tigard, but wanted something closer to home. Prices are reasonable. Great attention to detail on my pedicure. For being someone out of state and fully unaware of laws, Id say the tech was rather passive aggressive when asking if we had our own kits. Not sure how Oregon runs their places but in Cali, the techs provide a color nail book, where we can choose from all sorts of colors. I would say our tech was rude when it came to asking, instead of telling/showing us, simply just stated "well you can put your shoes back on and choose a color." I'm super disappointed in this places customer service. I had an appointment at 4pm. I walked in barely got greeted. I said hello she said hi. That was it. No communication after that. Not a "hi what are you here for?", "Do you have an appointment?", "how can I help you?" NOTHING. I sat there waiting...then asked if I could look at the colors. She stops, looks up at me seems to roll her eyes and just says "yeah". Continues her conversation with her customer. She was helping another gal yes but STILL it doesn't take much to communicate to your customers. I can clearly see you're busy, that DOES NOT mean all customer service and communication is out the door. When I have an appointment I expect it to be honored. We both have lives and are managing our days around these appointments. To be BLATANTLY IGNORED is NOT something I'll stand for. So 10/10 DONT RECOMMENDED. read more

I came a week ago and got a full set. They turned out okay even though I waited an hour to get them and it took almost 2 hours to complete my nails. Today, 7 days later, 2 nails fell completely off. Yikes. Only one week and they are coming off. Anyways, I call this morning and they said at 2:30 I could come get them fixed. I drive an hour here and now all of a sudden the appointment is 3:30.
