Nail Boutique - Festive fingers! - Nail Salons Near Me - Salem, Oregon

Was quoted for $25 for manicure. Technician showed me color samples. I chose one. They charged me $40. I asked why, they said they used shellac. I asked if there was cheaper polish, they said yes but they never offered it. Kind of unprofessional & sneaky. The tech was very nice, she didn't do a 5 star job, nails are uneven. I will Not go back. read more

Staff is friendly - BUT they're very expensive for what you get. I got a very quick gel manicure (20minute). No cap on the gel which is when you paint the very tip of the nail edge to prevent chipping, peeling and gives a smooth clean feel. On top of that there was no alcohol wipe before gel application and no cuticle oil. Just a bit of lotion. The lack of attention and care negates the point of coming to a salon in my opinion. Also because the missed steps mentioned above I doubt the manicure will last long. Personally, I won't be back but if it's in your neighborhood then I would give it a chance. The other ladies in there were all regulars and were very happy. So I might be a little bit picky. If you're like me. Then this isn't your spot. read more

I was just in Salem for work but had some extra time. They took me quickly and did an excellent job - pedicure and gel nails. Very relaxing and perfect work! read more

I liked the quality. She took her time with me. The other customers were nice. I enjoyed my time and talked with everyone in the shop. Very friendly and nice people! The only criticism was that advertised price of the pedicure was $35 when I called in but my pedicure was $70. So took me by surprise. Gel was $20 more and buying a nail file kit was $5 more. Definitively the most expensive pedicure I've had. read more

I love this place! Been going to Andy for years. I drive to West Salem from Jefferson and it's worth the drive. Andy does a great job on my nails and everyone visits with each other. Getting my nails done is very fun. I'm moving to Missouri and I'm going to miss Nail Boutique a lot! read more

I love this place. I've been here about 4 times now and every time is great. They are all super friendly and it's just a really fun environment! They are also very clean and sanitary, Kevin has you wash your hands the second you get there and they all use sanitizer and cleaning solutions as you go. Today I had a gel mani and pedi by Bella and she is awesome! She does great work and left me with pretty feet and toes. read more

I live in Los Angeles and this is still my favorite place to get my nails done (yes seriously, in Salem, Oregon, of all places), so that's saying quite a bit! Kevin is one of my favorite people in the world. My mom has been going to him for about a decade and I go to him when I have the chance to come in. The nail salon itself is beautiful and well-kept. The services are amazing and I have never had anyone else do as good of a job on my nails. They always come out absolutely perfect. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself the next chance you get. read more

I'm new-ish to Salem and was desperately trying to find a regular nail salon. I also wanted to get my acrylics back on after some months without them. I came here today for a gel pedicure and full acrylic set with gel color and had the pleasure of working with Andy. Safe to say this is now my go-to spot and I'm booked for my next session. Their kindness, fun, attention to detail, encouragement for me to let them know if the shape was right, and overall quality of the entire experience was absolutely unmatched. Getting a full set is a commitment, so finding a great salon was a priority for me. Not only did they squeeze me into a packed schedule, but my nails look outstanding. Beautiful salon, very clean, and staff is just wonderful. I'm so happy I found a new place to call my nail home here in Salem!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience. read more

Nail Boutique - Nail Salons Near Me - Salem, Oregon

I came across this nail salon back in June so I decided to give them a try. I have hit my nails done 3 times already at this place. Staff is always friendly, and respectful. The quality of their work is great and they actually listen to what you want, not to mention their prices are great too. I will definitely be using this place as my regular nail salon for my manicures and pedicures. :) read more

Found this gem on yelp and called. They took me as a walk-in which worked great for me. Bella was so great. Listened to what I wanted and helped me find great colors for my mani/pedi. So happy with not only the service, but the place has a great vibe. Every customer that came in after me was a regular and I loved the familiarity they share with their return customers and as a customer, that's reassuring to see. Definitely coming back in three weeks for my fill. Thanks Bella! read more

I've been getting my pedicures and manicures here for over 10 years. Friendly staff and my nails always look amazing.

Went for the first time today. Decided to get the gel polish. I got what I asked for, Bella was polite and friendly. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she copied it easily. I had an appointment, I got in the chair right away but soaked for 30 minutes which seemed long, but still enjoyable. read more

Made an early morning appointment two weeks ago. Arrived 10 minutes early. The only greeting I received was "Do you have an appointment?" Waited 25 minutes, when another client, who was a regular, was called up to start her appointment. I walked out. So, if you are not a regular but have over an hour to wait without an acknowledgment, go ahead. I hear they do a good job. read more

I've been going to this nail salon for quite sometime, but the last few times I've made a appointment I've had to wait past my scheduled appointment time. I understand waiting a little bit. It just is a little frustrating. But other then that I think they do a amazing job. My nails have never looked bad & I refuse to go to another place. I only let Kevin or Andy touch my nails tho. read more

Nail Boutique - Full set of acrylics - Nail Salons Near Me - Salem, Oregon

Was here visiting my mother in-law from Portland and needed to fix a nail. Kevin is a cool dude - I will come back to him. Also, let's talk about the vents at each station so you cannot smell anything (I typically walk out of nail salons ready to faint from the smell) super dope & evolved!! ......the floor is pretty cool too. read more

Great!! Awesome job. Beautiful salon and friendly staff. Close to west Salem and easy to find.

I went and got a full set of acrylics this week! Called the same day right after they opened & they got me in an hour later! They are the best & make you feel very comfortable! I really enjoyed it & absolutely love my nails! read more

I was really happy with my gel manicure here! I made an appointment on a whim right before a vacation and hoped for the best, as I hadn't been here before. Bella was fast and did an amazing job on my nails! My manicure looked immaculate for weeks. The salon was full of regulars and the owners were really friendly and had great relationships with their clients. I can tell why people keep coming back! I will be making this my new nail salon for sure. read more

Love this place. Everyone is so nice and they do a great job. My go to place in Salem

I went to this salon because of the reviews. Looking for a nail salon for wedding nails. So thankful I went in before to learn it wasn't the right salon. They are very personable but that is not what I was looking for. Polish came off in one day. They said, "you should have paid for the gel polish". Dropped in to have the polish removed and I was told I needed an appointment. Made the appointment. It took 1 minute to remove the horrible polish and they said, "NO CHARGE". I will also share that the polish on my toes didn't fail. Personable but they don't stand behind their work. read more

I found them scrolling through yelp and thought why not! I called and they got me in same day no problem at all. I walked in and it was such a positive vibe, everyone was joking with each other and extremely helpful. I got a mani/pedi and they were so great with every step. I have nothing but positive things to say and I've been recommending them to my friends since my visit! Definitely going to be my go to from now on. read more

Love love love. Andy, Bella and Kevin make up the dream team!!! So much fun with tons of experience!! Anything you want=they deliver. They know what you want even before you do. Very clean! I have never had a problem. If you have a mistake, they will fix, even a week later! If they had 6 stars, I'd give. read more

I really liked this place. The only reason I am giving it four stars is because the shop wasn't perfect, it needed a little bit of work and could use a little bit more decoration. However, the staff was super friendly and made me laugh quite a bit. They also do a great job with the pedicure massage. My nails look stellar! This place is bright, clean (bring your own kit) and they aren't too expensive. read more
