Was quoted for $25 for manicure. Technician showed me color samples. I chose one. They charged me $40. I asked why, they said they used shellac. I asked if there was cheaper polish, they said yes but they never offered it. Kind of unprofessional & sneaky. The tech was very nice, she didn't do a 5 star job, nails are uneven. Staff is friendly - BUT they're very expensive for what you get. I got a very quick gel manicure (20minute). No cap on the gel which is when you paint the very tip of the nail edge to prevent chipping, peeling and gives a smooth clean feel. On top of that there was no alcohol wipe before gel application and no cuticle oil. Just a bit of lotion. The lack of attention and care negates the point of coming to a salon in my opinion. Also because the missed steps mentioned above I doubt the manicure will last long. Personally, I won't be back but if it's in your neighborhood then I would give it a chance. The other ladies in there were all regulars and were very happy. So I might be a little bit picky. If you're like me. Then this isn't your spot. read more

I liked the quality. She took her time with me. The other customers were nice. I enjoyed my time and talked with everyone in the shop. Very friendly and nice people! The only criticism was that advertised price of the pedicure was $35 when I called in but my pedicure was $70. So took me by surprise. Gel was $20 more and buying a nail file kit was $5 more. Definitively the most expensive pedicure I've had. read more

I love this place. I've been here about 4 times now and every time is great. They are all super friendly and it's just a really fun environment! They are also very clean and sanitary, Kevin has you wash your hands the second you get there and they all use sanitizer and cleaning solutions as you go. I came here today for a gel pedicure and full acrylic set with gel color and had the pleasure of working with Andy. Safe to say this is now my go-to spot and I'm booked for my next session. Their kindness, fun, attention to detail, encouragement for me to let them know if the shape was right, and overall quality of the entire experience was absolutely unmatched. Waited 25 minutes, when another client, who was a regular, was called up to start her appointment. I walked out. I was really happy with my gel manicure here! I made an appointment on a whim right before a vacation and hoped for the best, as I hadn't been here before. Bella was fast and did an amazing job on my nails! My manicure looked immaculate for weeks. The salon was full of regulars and the owners were really friendly and had great relationships with their clients. I can tell why people keep coming back! I went to this salon because of the reviews. Looking for a nail salon for wedding nails. So thankful I went in before to learn it wasn't the right salon. They are very personable but that is not what I was looking for. Polish came off in one day. They said, "you should have paid for the gel polish". Dropped in to have the polish removed and I was told I needed an appointment. Made the appointment. It took 1 minute to remove the horrible polish and they said, "NO CHARGE". I will also share that the polish on my toes didn't fail. Personable but they don't stand behind their work. read more

To top it off the thumbs were shorter than the rest and deformed looking-- their work looked like nails out of the 60s not cute or at all what I asked for.
