They look fine when I left but within a matter of three days I put on different shoes and my big toes completely smudged the polish off then everything started peeling and wrinkling on my fingers. Never have I had this happen in any other salon when I contacted them they told me it's because I'm putting my hands in water, they are the worst. They don't want to do anything to fix the problem. Nice enough people, but oh my GOD this place has horrible nail health practices! It seems like they use MMA acrylic which is super damaging to your nails. And even if they don't use MMA, they snap and pop off your acrylic when you need to change them which is SOOO DAMAGING. And they file down your natural nail soooooo much which is horrible horrible for your nail plate. Plus, they have you wash your hands with water which makes your nail plate even weaker. Dry manicure techniques are the most healthy for your nails. If you care at all about the health of your nails, stay far far away from this place and all the places in town like it. I recommend you to go on Instagram and find some local private nail techs. It might be more money, but oh my god my nails were shredded to pieces at this place and I couldn't use them for months. read more

Unfortunately staff is often unfriendly to new customers and lack of warmth. Disregarding of customers needs or questions, poor customer service seen repeatedly that is unfortunate for new clients and extremely uncomfortable. Called last minute, mid-day, on a very busy Saturday for a gel manicure. Got an appointment for 45 minutes later. Only waited 10 minutes to sit down in a chair after arrival. I went in to get a full set of acrylic nails, because my natural nails keep breaking and are different lengths. The sweet lady that did my nails talked me out of it, because she didn't want to damage my nails. We opted instead for gel polish to help with strength. I'm so glad I listened to her. They look amazing. I'll definitely be back! UPDATE - 2 weeks later and my nails still look great (except for the outgrowth). The polish hasn't lifted or scratched. I'll add an updated photo. Truly the worst manicure/pedicure I've ever gotten. They didn't remove a single cuticle, the guy cut my skin and I bled, my nails looks terrible, and their dryer made the polish crunch up. There's nail polish on my skin too. Truly terrible and i won't return. I advise you all have your small children or nieces/newphews do your nails rather than coming here. This is my go to place for shellac pedicures. I was able to call same day and get an appointment a couple of hours later. COVID protocols were in place with temperature screening and a plexiglass divider between myself and nail technician. I've been here a handful of times before and will continue to be a customer as long as they keep up their great service! read more

The ladies here didn't speak more than a few words of English but they were so sweet to my 4 year old daughter and I! We will totally go back. The only reason they lose a star is because I was really confused with the pricing and the communication over the phone when I made the appointment. They treated my daughter like a little princess. She was scared at first since she had never had a pedicure (because she's only four, you know!) but they worked hard to make her feel safe and comfortable. This place is OK if you just want a quick basic pedicure with no extras. Unless you but the deluxe package, that is all you get. In and out in 30 minutes. Although I felt like an inconvience, they were able to accommodate me as a walk in, hence the 3 stars. read more

I went in to get my wedding nails done and wanted to try the new sns nails. I went in around 6:15 and the lady I had help me was extremely rude. She sat me down and immediately started to dip my nails. I've never had this done before so I wasn't sure if that is how the process was supposed to happen so I asked her if she was going to do a manicure too (cut cuticles, etc). She said no that I had to ask for that first. I was a little confused since I made it clear these were for my wedding and any other time I went anywhere for my nails it's a given that they at least take the time to make them look nice. I eventually gave up arguing with her since she was certain I could not get the manicure part now since she had already dipped one hand so I let her continue. She was in such a hurry that even the dipped part did not look good. At the end she charged me $50..... i could not believe that it would cost that much without a manicure! Although they seemed nice and the pedicure was one of the best I've ever had with the exception of the guy making sexual jokes the whole time. I give them a two start due to the environment feeling tense between the coworkers. The full set with design I had done was very poorly done. The person who did my set was newer and still learning. I was pretty obvious since he nicked several times on the cuticles with the grinder that caused me to bleed. The undersides of the nails weren't cleaned out either so the super glue and nail stuff was stabbing me. I was picking it off the underside of the nail all night. I ended up having to go back the next day to have them fixed and was charged dispute the sign saying touch ups within the first week free. During my second trip in while getting them nails fixed the gal I that was fixing them was clearly upset about something she kept standing up and yelling across the salon at other coworkers whom yelled back and she would get worked up and say things under her breath while working on my nai. For someone who goes to the salon to escape that type of environment and to relax it made it a very awkward and tense visit. I do not think I will be coming back. For that reason alone but also my nails look awful underneath and weird still despite having gone back twice. read more

I called on a Sunday morning (10:30 am) to schedule an appointment. I got scheduled for 1:30 pm, knowing that they close at 2 pm. I arrived on time, was told to pick out my color, and was ignored for 20 minutes. There were others getting their nails done, so I figured they were busy - but really I got the sense that nobody wanted to be there on a Sunday. As technicians finished with their clients, I was not acknowledged - everyone proceeded to talk to each other in their native language. Finally someone decided that they would do my nails, 10 minutes to closing, and proceeded to file off my skin around my nail bed. I got cut twice by the file and all of my fingers hurt. If my nails didn't look so crappy from the previous shellac being removed, I would have left mid-manicure. On the positive side, once the service started, it was relatively quick. Also, their prices are very reasonable. However, I do not recommend this place if you want to be treated like a human being. I was just a paying set of nails. read more

I have been here 3-4 times now for dip (SNS) manicures. I have had a few different nail techs and they've all been great. The color selection is massive. I have to brag about my last experience, specifically, though. I called late evening and asked for a morning appt the next day. She didn't have anything available and offered to come in an hour early to take care of me. I definitely can't expect this to always happen, but I SO appreciated her going above and beyond. DO NOT GO HERE! I called to get a same day appointment for a full set of natural acrylic nails. Luckily they were able to get me in but I wished they hadn't. The woman was incredibly rude, rushed and unprofessional. She was pushy in trying to have me agree to gel polish because it's faster. Every single nail came out uneven. The acrylic was left lumpy. She spent maybe two minutes buffing and filing them after the acrylic was applied. I wish I had taken a picture to add to this review but I had my nails removed the next day. I was excited to get my nails done by professionals after doing them myself because of the pandemic. I went in without and appointment, so I didn't mind the wait and I appreciate that they squeezed me in. However, the tech was super distracted. She was watching a Facebook live video on her phone and she actually cut my finger when she was trimming my cuticles (yes, there was blood). I was not to thrilled with the end result. It looks like if I would have done it myself. Some of the nails have thicker layers of polish near the cuticle lines and they look bubbly. I don't think I would be returning to this shop.
