It was about a 30 minute pedicure. I'm pretty sure they only offer gel but it was a $50 pedicure which I think is very reasonable. I didn't have polish on my toes before so I'm not sure if this includes removal of previous gel. If you forget your nail kit (required in Oregon to bring some of your own supplies including a file, buffer and foot scrubber) they can provide one for a small fee.

Then I was being rushed to pay, when obviously regular polish, you need to sit a minute. And I can usually go about 7-10 days with regular polish. I got my nails done two days ago and already had a snag, one small chip, and two that have cracks. Pricey for what is offered. They do offer drinks which is a nice touch, tho I turned it down in hopes of helping them out for quickness as a lot of appointment customers walked in. I'd consider elsewhere before trying here again.

Despite claims from other reviewers, the ladies at Dip Nails are always very friendly and accommodating. They do their best to fit you in if you haven't made an appointment or request a last minute appointment. They do an awesome job with all of the services that I've ever purchased (Dip, manicure, gel manicure, gel pedicure, eyebrow wax), so I'm baffled by some of the reviews posted. It almost seems that some reviewers are just being spiteful or trying to solicit free services. I've also seen this take place in person while getting my own services. 10/10 recommend Dip Nails. They always do a great job. Do yourself a favor and get pampered for a change.

I don't say this lightly - I've had my nails done at dozens of salons all over the US because I travel very frequently. I compare my finished nails at other salons and am constantly disappointed by their work (inattentive to cuticles, polish a mess, etc). Not Mary! She is my go-to girl when I'm in Salem and need perfect nails. I highly recommend her to all of my family members and friends. And all love her as much as I do.

You do have to climb up a couple of steps to get onto the recliner, but they help you and it was really comfortable. $75 for pedicures with regular or gel polish. If you have gel it is extra to remove. We got regular polish. I chose this place because I can't handle nail salon fumes and they have Zoya products here. One of the polishes from another brand there definitely had a super strong smell and gave me a bit of a headache. However, we had the room to ourselves which was nice and they had air purifiers going. The massage was gentle and wish it were a bit stronger, but other than that Lucia and Crystal took great care of us and we did feel like we had a spa experience. They offered us a second set of neck wraps mid service which was wonderful. I would love to come back and would definitely recommend Lucia and Crystal. The spa was decorated for Christmas and felt cute and cozy.

(Which in my opinion should be included in the cost of any nail service.) My French tips are a tiny bit splotchy and uneven, the top coat seemed to have some small pieces of cured gel in it. My heels were not filed very well, and my toenails were not shaped very evenly, I had to shape them better when I got home. However, I really enjoyed the salon itself, it is pretty and feels luxurious inside. Cleanliness was good, and all the staff were very nice, kind, and friendly. The lady who did my pedicure was also fairly careful with my injured toe.

In the website it says 73+, however he charged me 143$ for customizations and then tip on top of it. I have no problem for paying but he never confirmed the price until work is done. I told him that it is shocking that I'm paying twice as much as I though I would and he didn't bother to inform me. Place is clean, nails are done well. However he didn't offer to apologize and discount. Instead he said he is going to put in his notes for next time. This type of behavior - not informing price before doing the work and charging is just deception from my view So next time be aware that this is happening, directly from the owner. I would have felt better if he apologized by returning tips or discounting to ensure better customer experience. I was planning to do this for my kids and I think he now lost all potential revenue through me and people that will know this scam
