Absolutely awesome!!! I am VERY picky about my nails and they did such a great job. I had a fill and a pedi and I have to say...one of the best I've ever had. She was detailed on my nails to make the shape and color right. Used cuticle oil and lotion to make things soft. My toes, such a relaxing experience even with her picking at the nooks and crannies that most places miss. Gave me a hot pack for my neck and rubbed all the good places in my feet! The lady takes her time and massages for a while, started to doze off a little with the back massagers and foot rub etc. Was about $103 for both. Definitely would go back. I tried the dip nails and just came back in as my natural nails had grown out so much in a month. I do a lot with my hands and they look as great as they did a month ago, aside from the grow out. Don't GO HERE!!! Price: My full set of nails cost $60. This is ridiculous because the nails look like a beginner nail tech did them for practice. The cost breakdown, she charged me $10 for gel nails. $2 for a nail buff, nail file, nail bristle brush, and ziplock. Items that cost cents. She charged $5 per decal sticker, I got two. The rest of the $38 went to the worst acrylic full set I have ever seen on my hands. My pedicure cost $40. It includes regular nail polish, leg scrub, foot, chair, and leg massage (which is included in any $12 pedicure.) $5 decals, which I got two of. In all, I feel like I was taken for a clown. Time: I made a 2 pm appointment and left the nail salon at 5:25 pm. I guess the upside is she began the work right at 2 pm. In all my toes should have been done in 20 minutes. My full set within 40 minutes. It's by appointment only. Experience: The whole time she was digging to find out what my job was. Why I was there on a Tuesday and not working. She kept asking me to direct her on how to fix my nails. Which was pointless because I WOULD TELL HER WHAT TO FIX and it would fall on deaf ears. She didn't trim my dead skin so to properly paint around the cuticles. My full set came out HORRIBLE. *WARNING* She should not be trimming my feet nail sides. She is not a podiatrist. She said she had to do it to clean the sides of the nails. The reality is she didn't want to deal with taking the nail polish off the sides of my nails because I noticed she left my original nail polish. My podiatrist said to never let a nail shop cut the sides because it creates ingrown nails. I have been getting my nails done since I was 15 years old and have years of experience. I've traveled to Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and other places. I have only had one worse experience. Which says a lot. read more

My normal nail salon girl was out for the week so decided to shop around for a place that could help me out. I had partially removed my old nails and relayed that info when I made my appointment. I was initially phone quoted 65 dollars to include the removal of the rest of my old nails. I requested acrylic nails with one color. Upon arrival, the "language barrier" flim flam began. Once seated, and the process began, I wss told that it was best I did this "dip" process for my new nails. Upon trying to ask what this was, the language issue reared its head and the bait and switch ensued. Keep in mind that I have had nails for YEARS and know the process. I have never paid more than 50 dollars to have a full set done from scratch. I was quoted an additional 10.00 to remove what remainder I had left of my old set. 65.00 was quoted. Now this "dip" thing emerged. The nail lady tried communicating the benefits of the dip process all the while continuing to work on my nails. Once everything was done, my bill ended up at 80.00. Sticker shock set in and an immediate explanation was asked for. As you can expect, the "so called" language barrier happened again. Now, when the appointment was made, no language barrier was present. When the initial sit down occurred, no language barrier. Then halfway through the appointment and the switch started to occur, language suddenly became an issue. I will not return as this was a place to go waiting for my normal salon lady. I am writing only to inform others that this business uses bait and switch tactics along with language shortcomings to extract more money from its customers. Buyer beware! Very disappointed with my nail service, especially for the price. I got a dip manicure and ended up going to another salon the following day to get them redone because I couldn't stand how bad they looked. Very thick, bumpy and looked like they were already a couple weeks grown out. The shape was lopsided on each nail and the shape of each nail looked different from the next. Also the technician doing my nails did not listen to me about the length or shape I wanted when I tried requesting my nails shorter and almond shaped. There seemed to be a couple regulars while I was there, so I'm assuming some of the technicians must be a lot better than others. read more

My mom is an aesthetician and she's a big stickler for sanitation, (we went together) and omg this place GLEAMS! Literally, shiny bottle tops, no smudge marks anywhere, and they 2- step sanitize instruments with both a UV and an autoclave. Included sugar scrub with pedi, very nice chairs, heated neck wrap (if you want), warm lotion (usually these are in winter) so the whole experience is very soothing. I had a pedicure on A Saturday where the technician took over an hour, with tender loving care, treated My feet so gently the meticulously painted my toenails perfectly. She was very kind. Then 4 days later went back and Lena who is a doll, put on gel nails perfectly. She spent 1 1/2 hours to make sure they were the best! I recommend this salon to every woman! Customer service is superior and the nail techs are outstanding. They just opened in July during Covid pandemic and are struggling to stay open. Period. No chip for over a month, I've been to so many nail salons in Portland and trust me when I say, it's worth it the drive. I went for my birthday with my best friend who shared my birthday. The place was clean and the lady's working were very nice. The only thing we did not like is you can not get the same service done together. They will only let one person in your group get a pedicure done, so you can't really enjoy the time with your friend. The customer service was great. However, I think the person who did my nails was new to doing them. She used way too much acrylic, so I have acrylic going past my nail bed onto my skin.
