It all depends on the person you go to. Today I had this lady and I do NOT recommend her. She rushes through the pedicure and makes it so you aren't relaxed. This is supposed to be a relaxing experience and she did everything to assure it wasn't. I was the last person to sit down on all 8 chairs and was the first to finish. I can't even begin to tell you what an amazing and wonderful experience my acrylic fill and gel pedicure was. it was my first time in and holy cow. The manager literally goes above and beyond. she literally BOILED A KETTLE of water to make my pedi water warmer (I did not complain). She took the time to match a gel color I showed her from the Google. the tech who did my manicure was Te and although she did not speak any English she was so amazing and sweet. the gal who did my deluxe pedicure - I could cry. she did such a thorough, slow and amazing job. great scrub and massage. chills! Last time I was here I sat with my feet in the foot basin for 45 mins, until water turned cold, waiting for a nail tech to become available, my toes were very wrinkled. And I had an appointment! I said to myself I wasn't going to go back. I only do pedicures for special occasions. Today I went back, had an appt. Only because they are conveniently located near me, and they do DO a good job, they LACK client time management. ALL pedicure chairs were filled, only 5 people working, bouncing back and forth between clients. I don't find this relaxing. I had 4 people doing my toes today, I'm sure if their staff reads this they will know exactly who I am. Doesn't matter, I'm really NOT going back after today. First the massage chair was broken, only works if you hold the button down, they are still using the old Covid plexi shields which mine looked like covered in snot, one person cut and filed, one started started a massage on one leg, one did the painting and one finished up.then when I asked for a flower on the big toe they had to ask another person to come do. I had to remind them that I never got the bagged hot wax on my heels and only a partial massage... she had to go verify with the other three where they left off. New customers still kept coming in... and they would let me sit while they started new customers only because they wanted to lose customers and because two of them couldn't get their nails done at same time... so they made me wait.... Pedi.25 minute wait After appointment time. I had to ask the girl to put water in. They had me sitting in a chair with no water. She pours cold water and I asked could you warm that up. She had a little warm water but didn't ask if it was o k , it wasn't. I literally got up and walked out with wet feet and flip flop. read more

I had someone at a volunteer site talk about a recent pedicure she had. I was concerned about the breathing ability and room inside some of the salons. She reassured me that Le's Salon in Keizer was large enough and had great ventilation. They also followed all protocols for safety. I decided to go the next day and was so impressed by the cleanliness, professionalism & skills of the technicians. I had the sugar scrub treatment and my legs were so tight before going in, but after they were so relaxed. My technician was very meticulous with my feet & nails that I felt truly pampered. And my feet looked amazing! When other customers came they set up dividers between everyone and every technician. I felt safe and appreciative of their concern for each customer. I got a fill on Sunday and my nails are so thin from over filing and I've had two nails literally snap in half within 3 days!! I'm very disappointed. The lady who did my nails I believe her name was Helen must have been having a hard time doing my nails because she took a very long time and my hands hurt very bad after she was done. I've been here twice for pedicures. It has recently been updated and smells better than other nail places. As a duder this place has made me feel the most comfortable and least judged. It's the only pedicure place that I have felt relaxed. The phone is answered with strong English making me feel confident about setting an appointment and having it occur on schedule. A friend recommended this place because after a few disappointing places out here i want to find somewhere good i can keep coming to. Of course it's not perfect like I'm use to back home but i was satisfied. Le did my nails & she was pretty good at listening to what i wanted done. Please note: I only have pedicures done. I am not a fake nail or finger polish kind of girl. I like Le's. It's a pretty quiet place and although the ladies don't do much talking, they do a great job and are friendly enough. They could buff a little better, but they are spot on with the nail polish and they double coat. Hint: ONLY choose bottles of polish that have enough to do your toes twice. Otherwise, they dilute it to make it work. I feel like Le's is cleaner than other places. Their sanitizing machines are upfront, their tools are sealed and opened at each use, and they use a bag in their foot baths. Maybe it's just appearance, or maybe not. Either way, it makes me feel more comfortable. Very reasonably priced. read more

The first picture is what I asked for, with a deeper red and pointed tips. The second picture is the mess I was given and they were not even pointed. So I asked them to fix them. The third was the fix but also a mess. You can see how bad the blending is and I still had to go back a sharpen them and blend them myself. They had the never to charge more money the second time I had to go in. This was a mess. And because I asked for a fix, they clearly were not happy with me. Would you pay for this mess? read more

I've been getting pedicures for about 8 yrs now..been going to the same one for about 4yrs so I'm used to a great pedi ure with zero issues. My regular pedicurist went out of business so I tried le nails...what a freaking huge mistake...my nails are serrated at the tips a majority of my nails are half cut cuticles are in rough shape and weren't paid much attention to so I'm out $41 and two pairs of sox cuz my sharp edge toenails got caught in my sox trying to get them off my feet...so what ever you do...DONT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND THEY DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. I have been here 3 times. The first time I wasn't incredibly thrilled about the results. But I gave them a second chance, and returned because my other/regular nail salon was booked and I needed to get my nails done stat. The second time, Thi (older woman), did my nails. She asked what shape and color I wanted. I told her almond shape with white tip, and shellac polish. That seem to irritate her. I soon found out that they do white tips the old fashion way-they paint the white polish on the tip of your nail and then use nail polish remover and a brush to shape the polish. That was upsetting as it took way more time. But I went along with it. She cut me 3 times (3 different nails) during my session, to the point that I was bleeding. When putting the powder on... she seemed to question herself and seemed uncertain about the job she was doing. Overall, a super long, painful, irritating experience. My nails weren't great looking... And I had to do some touch up after I left the salon... But I dealt with what I had. I returned a third time (crazy, I know), as my usual nail place was booked (I'm horrible at making appointments). But I specifically told the person on the phone that I didn't want the same lady. The man said "oh she's not working today". Cool. I get there, and it isn't until we are several minutes into my session that I realize... I got the same lady as I had last time! There was no one else there that I could switch to either as they all had customers. She asked me if I wanted to cut my nails down shorter. I said no. She seemed relieved. Then she asked me to pick a color. I told her I want the white tip again. That seemed to irritate her, just like last time. It probably irritates her because it's more work doing it the old-fashioned way that they do. Most other places anymore either have white plastic tips or they use white powder. They don't use white polish and do it the old-fashioned way. She burned me when using the electric spinning file tool. When she had me put my hand under the blue light, there was nail glue (mixed with something else) on the table top where my hand rested. I got that all over my fingertips. I tried to explain to her that she needs to wipe down the table before I put my hand back down, but she wouldn't understand anything I said because she didn't speak much/understand English. She then had a coworker come over to try and understand, who also didn't speak any English. So I literally had to demonstrate what I needed her to do before I would put my hand back down on the table under the blue light. The fact that there wasn't really anyone there that can understand, and speak, English was super frustrating. She did a much lazier job with my nails this time around. The white polish looks terrible and isn't even. The overall dried powder was not filed smooth. My nails are all lumpy bumpy looking. She left acrylic overlapping on my skin to dry, rather than removing it from my skin. The outside edges of my nails were not evenly filed. When I left the salon, I had a use my own nail file to file the sides and top tip so they are smooth and even, with the tip having an even curve. It's really hard to get just how bad of a job she did, to show in photos. But I've posted what I can. I will definitely not be returning! Any more, getting your nails done isn't cheap. It's a lot of money spent every two weeks. For the price that one pays to get them done by a professional, The results should be to the customer's satisfaction. You should get what you pay for. And on top of the standard fee you pay, they want a tip too. She did not receive a tip from me this last time. Shame on me for giving them 2 other chances after the first visit. This place has been my go to for pedicures for YEARS. They do a fabulous job at getting my feet soft and smooth. They take the extra time to remove all the dry skin and then the massage is always amazing!! But then I tried my nails there and my goodness they were so amazing not only did my nails turn out exactly how I asked but they helped with my two toddlers that I HAD to take with me. Single moms need pamper days too. Judge someone else. Love love love this place I will always return back!!! Plus they took my business cards and helped me promote my business. I visited here 3 weeks ago for an SNS manicure and got an ombré style pink to white. It was my first time trying SNS so I didn't know what to expect. The lady who answers the phone did my manicure. I showed her a picture of what I wanted (a manicure from their own Facebook page showing off their work) and it didn't come out very good. It didn't look as nice as the picture and she didn't get the product close to my cuticle so they looked grown out from day 1. Also they left the product super thick and strange looking on my nails. I went in for a pedicure about a week ago and the lady who did my pedicure cut my nail too short on my right big toe and it has been throbbing for days before hand it was the left big toe that was throbbing but not as bad. Don't worry about making an appointment they are never running on time and always take walk ins even if you have an appointment. I waited 25 minutes today before just walking out. I also waited 35 minutes the first time I got the nails put on which a pedi and full set took 3 hours. Hopefully you have more time than I do. Between working and having 3 kids I run a tight schedule so for them to run so far behind and not tell me when I walk in is so frustrating. On top of that do not believe their prices they will find a way to upcharge everything. read more

I got a full set of medium length coffin acrylic nails with gel polish, and I'm pretty happy with the results! There are one or two nails that are just the slightest bit crooked, but that's my only complaint about the actual nails. I had the man who was working there do my nails and I showed him a picture of the shape and length I wanted, and he did it almost identically. The price point was a little bit high, I think I paid $44 dollars for my nails including the gel, but not so high that I'd never come back again. read more

This was the first time I have ever been to Le's. I had the deluxe pedicure and shalac manicure. I was very pleased with the pedicure. The water was the perfect temp. My tech did a great job with the paraffin wax and ped all together. And I Loved the massage chairs. My shalac manicure was good too. The tech was very detail oriented and wanted to make sure I approved the manicure. I will definitely be going back again. read more

I usually go to a different salon to get my face waxed but I was in a hurry and had to go here in a pinch. I'm usually nice about these sorts of things, but this place was HORRIBLE. There was zero ventilation and so the place reeked of chemicles and seriously nobody there spoke English. I normally don't mind that sort of thing but when I get things like this done I'd like to be able to ask questions and have the employee understand what I'm saying. Updated review from four yrs ago where I thought this was the accidental gem of Keizer: Recently there has been a mode of "slam business". What used to be a luxurious pedicure has turned into an express pedicure (for the same price). Herded like cattle, it is down to 29-mins in and out, the workers appear pressured to move fast. -Gone is the "hot" water "soak" (water too cool to be useful for moving back cuticles and exfoliating...probably because there are now maximum chairs in use). -Not to worry though, because also gone is the rasp they would use to take off your callouses and hardened heels. -The parafin wax treatment is now under 5 mins, and served up in a Winco Foods bag. The bag somehow bothers me...I understand economy ingredients but that was just wrong. -They have also always made you walk the clearly unclean, bare floor over to the fans. Plus my favorite tech Ann has been "her day off" the last three times I've asked for her. Time to move on. I think there are enough clues to do so. read more

Well.. let's just say I have been waiting for an hour. I made my appointment for 6pm. I showed up five minutes early. Waited for 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me than they tell me they couldn't do mine today and to come back tomorrow and I told them that wouldn't work. They told me to wait 30 minutes and so I waited and than I waited an additional 20 minutes. Finally got in a chair and the lady couldn't even do my nails straight. Someone else had to come do them. The green i wanted that they had was completely dried out. So I went with a different green. But when she put the gold stripes on my finger she couldn't even put it straight, she did some lines thicker than the other finger. Not even straight. So if you want to spend a total of 2 and half hours for a fill be my guest and go there but I highly do not recommend this place. Especially having me pay 55 for nails I do not even like at all. read more

I read the other reviews and just shake my head. I've been going to Le's Nails for several years for pedicures without any scheduling difficulties or pedi problems. Yes, there is limited English but many nail places have similar communication difficulties. Thus, there isn't a lot of chit chat which is fine by me as I go there to relax. They have remodeled and are very hygienic. I've never had an issue. I can't speak to manicures, but they have regulars who go often and they are frequently busy. For those who want a super spa experience, they can pay the $75 prices elsewhere. Sometimes, I think these reviews are written by trolls or the competition. read more

My frustration with Lee Nails is that you come in, sign in, and write down what you want. I will write down "Regular" go to pay and it was over $38.00. I had brought enough cash to pay and tip...now not only am I short money, I can't tip. So they said " you go to bank and bring back" I think they do an ok job, but this money thing bothers me....I am going to try again today and see how it goes. I probably will be looking for another Salon. One time I was there and the women doing my pedicure and the lady next to her were talking native tongue and they started laughing at me. I went in just for a regular pedicure and my daughter for a pedi mani. They didn't have children prices listed. I wanted to get just a basic pedicure when I went to go pay my daughter's was $30 (she's 7). I just wanted a basic pedicure which they had listed for $28 I didn't ask for anything more. they charge me for a spa Deluxe pedicure which I didn't ask for. the water was cold, I got French tip nails so I assumed they would be a little bit extra but they are absolutely horrible.
