Normally, I would accept that as a sign to stay away, but my friend insisted it was great and I should make an appointment. I called ahead on a Friday by only an hour, got an appointment, was seated immediately, the staff was extremely friendly, all the customers seemed happy (half of the chairs were occupied and there were still at least 2 nail techs available) and I received an excellent "Deluxe" pedicure. Prices and options are about average. The place is clean and the equipment (including the all-important massage chairs) is in good condition. There is a sign in the window "No Public Restroom" but (thank goodness) I was allowed to use the bathroom (which is NOT suitable for the public, but, when you gotta go, does it matter?)
