I thought I would be fine since I spray tan every week and have the process down. I got in there and the machine had a totally different spray process than the other locations. It would have been nice if there were some directions in the room that I could've read over before I started spraying. My tan turned out really splotchy and orange. Jenny was fabulous. She walked me through all of the specials that would fit my needs; she was incredibly patient, and she walked me through everything I needed to do for the spray tan. She told me how to maintain the tan and all the tricks to make it last longer. Since I was visiting and not able to get to a shower in the time she recommended, she provided me with some items of hers to help wash off the tan so I wouldn't turn rusty. She was very patient and knowledgeable, her ability to get my account information updated and get me into a bed was awesome. She had mentioned that she was recently out of training, with that being said, she recognized what had to be done without hesitation. The lines aren't very even, fades too quickly (I know fine line tattoos fade but they shouldn't fade as quickly as mine did). The tattoo was fading while healing. I mean within days of getting the tattoo. I politely asked for a touch up and explained my situation and issue with the fading. She seemed super condescending over text about my issues and I felt super unwelcome. I was unaware that you are charged for the first touch up (she told me I may need one and every artist I've been to do not charge for the first touch up). When I went to get the touch up she barely said one word to me and her demeanor was extremely off the whole time. My request and issues were not supposed to be a dig at her work but it seems she took it that way and treated me differently than I've seen her with other customers. All I was doing was advocating for a piece that I paid and tipped for. Something that is on my body forever. Even after the touch up it has still faded beyond what I think it should have. I haven't gone back since.

I'd give a five star if some of the employees were a little friendlier and if there was a little better second option for diamond bed than the chronos. Some of the employees are awesome to give the good ones their deserved credit.
