Odd to assume we were together when it was just a coincidence that they booked us at the same time slot.. What made the situation worse was how uncomfortable it became. The nail techs spoke among themselves, looked at both of us, and laughed loudly. At one point, they even walked across the salon to continue laughing and talking with other employees about it. The entire experience felt unprofessional, awkward, and disrespectful. On top of that, the salon itself is extremely overbooked and chaotic. They rush through services, constantly pack in too many people, and don't have enough employees or space to accommodate everyone. People are left sitting and waiting for others to finish just so they can take their spot. To make matters even more uncomfortable, they require you to say your phone number out loud in front of everyone, since that's how they track bookings. Overall, it was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and poorly managed. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon after such treatment.
