This place is very peaceful and the nail tech did a great job on my nails. I was a walk-in and immediately was seated and she got started on my nails. I honestly thought I would've been there for an hour or longer, but no she only took 45 minutes to do a gel manicure. She did an amazing job with what she was working with. (My nails were broken and short from picking off my last gel manicure.) The nail polish selection was great also. A friend and I came here after the bitches at Designer Nails (Keizer Station) turned us away. There were two customers in the shop when we arrived, and only two employees, but unlike Designer Nails, they were able to fit us in after waiting 30 minutes! The woman doing my nails was the owner of the store. She was super nice and engaged in conversation the whole time. The only draw back was that, even though there were two employees, only one could actually do nails, and because my friend and I were both getting full sets put on, one had to wait until the other was finished. At the end of the day, I was pleased with the service... my nails look great! I am definitely coming back! And the best part is that the store is located between Starbucks and Jamba Juice. I been there twice. First time was for a pedicure, and second was for a manicure. My first experience was pleasant, they have comfy chairs, the guy that did my pedicure was nice. But my second time was BAD. The tables and the floor was dirty. I can see nail clippings on the table, it was nasty. I got an french tip and the guy did a terrible job. There was spots that was not painted with the clear coat, and it was starting to PEEL the next day! It was so bad that I had to go back to get it fix. This is the first that I ever go back to get my nails fix. While a different girl was fixing my nail, the guy that did the terrible job just give me the DEATH GLARE! It made me feel very uncomfortable. To make matters worst, the day after it started peeling!! not chipping, but peeling starting from the back of my nails. I feel like i wasted my money! The pedicure I received was pretty good. My biggest concern was more about the cleanliness of the facility. It looks like they haven't swept the floor in quite some time and I had to walk barefoot across the floor to get my toenails dry. It would behoove them to take a day and clean the facilities. I did appreciate that they were wearing masks and also had this plastic sheeting up between the pedicure stalls. read more

Got my nails and pedi here for the first time. I'm not ever going back. I came in to get a patriotic design and was promised I could until the end when I was told they couldn't because they ran out of stuff. I asked for my nails to be shaped oval and they were so badly done I couldn't believe it, I ended up re-shaping them and they ended up so short. I paid a lot of money and didn't get what I wanted, plus got attitude when I asked for the to clean the polish off my skin. Within a couple of days one of my nails broke in half. When you pay that much you should be happy with what you get, the whole experience was uncomfortable and irritating. read more

That was the best random decision I have ever made. I called ahead and was seated in a comfy massage chair in less than 2 minutes after I walked in. The lady that did my pedicure was young, and had the gentlest hands that have ever touched my feet. She was super sweet, engaging in small talk about school, our future educational plans, and how nice the weather was getting. The pedicure was gentle,thorough, and relaxing. It was a bit more spendy than other pedicures I have received but it was by far the most worth it. I could tell that there was time and care put into my simple french tip pedicure. This place is okay. They have lots of colors to choose from but the quality of work is bad. I've gone to other places that have only charged me $38 and here I had to paid 51$ for something so simple. Other places I have been you make an apt and get there on time and still have to wait a half hour because they took someone a few minutes before your appointment. So to start off me and my best friend went to go get our nails done this last Monday and our appointment was at 11am. As soon as we told the owner what we wanted done she very rude and snappy towards us. She thought we wanted just gel polish on our natural nails but we wanted acrylic full set manicures. She then gives us both horrible attitude saying we never told her that over the phone ( which she never asked about specifics over the phone only if we wanted a mani or pedi then hung up). We were right about to walk out and cancel but she ended up fitting us in. The business owner did my full set. As soon as she saw my nails she said "wow your nails are pretty bad. Very short. Do they even keep fake nails on for long?" This made me feel super self conscious and uncomfortable. When I asked her if 2 tiny flowers could fit on top of the fake nail she then laughed and said no like it was a joke. On top of it all she kept stopping in the middle of doing my nails to answer her phone, assist other customers and text people back on her personal phone (without even saying a word to me let alone an apology). She was very rushed with my nails and they turned out not matching and thick when I asked for thin. I was done way before my friend and she went first about 10 minutes before me. The owner charged me 70$ which I feel was a complete rip off. My right thumb nail has already broken off after only 3 days... Crappy work and customer service. I love Phong Shui Nails. Her shop does an excellent job of manicures, pedicures, solar nails etc. Although she did have a guy working for her that was detrimental to her shop he is now gone. She is a very honest woman whom called me to tell me I had calculated wrong on my bill by $10.00. WOW, I told her to keep it anyway but she had already put it back on my card. The new crew that works for her are excellent easy to get along with nail & pedicure technicians. I have tried other shops but she is the best in town. Her shop is always clean! read more

Great service, fast and efficient. What I really appreciated is that when I dropped in I wasn't told it would be a couple of minutes and then left to sit for 45 minutes. I had a great experience here. I got a shellac manicure, done by the woman who owns the salon. She was very friendly, we had great conversation during my manicure. I have had some bad experiences with shellac elsewhere (people not painting neatly so it gets stuck to my skin, under my nails, making my cuticles bleed, getting bubbles in the shellac, painting it on too thick, etc). This was not the case here. My manicure was perfect, and still is two weeks later. I will definitely be back. They were fast, efficient, kind, and well priced. read more

Horrible and inept, overpriced service. Had appointment and they still had me wait 30+ min, which I could live with if the service wasn't so bad. Told them I wanted mani/pedi, only got pedi and did not have patience to wait/correct any more. Overcharged for tip put on, design is terrible -like they've never done nails before- asked for sugar scrub and callous remover, got a 10 second sugar scrub and NO callous remover, wth am I paying you for?? I could have done a better job myself, would have been more relaxing than having to continually repeat my request and STILL not get what I wanted. I will never return. read more

I came here with my niece and was treated very rudely. We needed an appointment which I understood, so they could only see one of us. My niece had a gift certificate, so I had her go ahead. The owner was very condescending, still talking about people just walking in without appointments. While I sat there waiting, she began to take walk-ins, ignoring me. I finally told my niece to just meet me at another nail salon in Keizer station and left. In the end, her nails had to be redone (at a different salon) because they were so poorly done to begin with. It's sad that because she had a gift certificate she received terrible service. No one in my family or our friends will go here again ever. read more

I'm only giving two stars because my girl friend and I walked in and we're seen immediately. But there wasn't much other plus sides to the salon. Neither of the worker spoke to us except to ask what are color we chose. The leg massage was half par, they did not offer any additional services such as hot wax or sugar scrubs. And it was $45 each person! I've never paid that much for such a low-end pedicure. I don't know how they were voted best in 2016 but I will not be going back. read more

Really liked this salon. Owner was very clear on how she books appointments which is important. My only complaint was her prices are not updated. So the prices you see on the wall ARE NOT ACTUAL. Where it was 20 before for a solar fill, it is now 40 with Shelac. Seems high but may possibly be worth it. The other thing was that when she had my total, she asked me how much I wanted to run it for, basically asking how much I wanted to tip so she could add that in the total amount. I work in the "tip" industry and know that taxes are higher when you have a tip on the credit card so she was avoiding that by getting me to allow her to add it to my total. I get it but on a customer perspective, shady. Won't allow that again. read more
