She was a very good communicator, letting me know what was going on every step of the way, and helped me feel comfortable even though I was quite anxious, at first. The lady at the front desk, whose name I don't recall (so sorry!), was also great. Both were very professional and personable. I will definitely be going back. They sold me a couple of follow-up care products, without pressuring me at all. I haven't had a chance to use them yet, but I really wanted to leave a review because it was such a great experience. I highly recommend EWC. Also, if you've never gotten a wax but think you might like it, go for it. Do something nice for yourself!

I got my nails done two days ago and already had a snag, one small chip, and two that have cracks. Pricey for what is offered. They do offer drinks which is a nice touch, tho I turned it down in hopes of helping them out for quickness as a lot of appointment customers walked in. I'd consider elsewhere before trying here again.

She also always remembers things about me that I would never expect her to. (Such as my husband's name, she asks about my dogs, and she remembers the hobbies I have.) She even got me a mini cake for my birthday! I have never had such an amazing stylist. If you come to Ash Studio, I would CERTAINLY recommend Leah. She is friendly, bubbly, kind, and patient. She even does my husband's hair since he has rather long hair, and it always looks amazing! I have seen some of the other stylists, and they all seem kind and professional as well. I can't say I've had appointments with them, but while seeing them from afar, I can say they really do care about their clients and do amazing work. I think Ash Studio is an all-around amazing place to get your hair done!

Be careful, I booked an apt on June for Aug while she had a promo going on. Two months later, she…read moresent a text and reminded me of my apt. The day before. I own a business and unfortunately was slammed at the time of my apt so couldn't walk out. I also forgot about my apt because of this. I IMMEDIATELY text stating exactly what happened and she urged me to rebook. Not thinking, I noticed the price had doubled, and I rebooked. Then immediately text her letting her know I hadn't seen the promo price pop up. She text me back stating that there was no promotion going on at this time so therefore the price was what it was. And that she would not refund my $35 Deposit. This is literally within one minute of booking. I don't expect to have a promotional price after I miss my appointment, but the way she urge me to rebook I just assumed I suppose that she was going to book me for that. I also assume that because of the misunderstanding she would refund my $35 deposit. I get that way appointment I missed took a two hour window of her time but I also asked her if she wanted me to come in immediately and if she had a cancellation I would come right away. Just be carful, I literally fee like I was tricked into rebooking so she could have some extra money, ‍. She's a tricky one.
