Cassia has magical, powerfull hands. My muscle near right shoulder blade were so sore andd tight from playing badminton. She found out there is lots of muscle knots buildup tthere caused the pain. I was in Salem for 2 days and needed a chair massage desperately! I hopped on Yelp and after reading reviews I called everywhere but here. Nobody could get me in right away, so reluctantly I called this place. They could get me right in and my thoughts were, " hmm... reading reviews I can understand why!" But I went because any work on my shoulders would be better than none! I arrived she (a younger woman, sorry to say I didn't get here name) seated me immediately and started to work. She worked me over! I need very deep pressure and she did not disappoint! I felt amazing when I left! My only complaint was that I didn't have time for an hour massage!! Not sure what all the negative reviews are about, but the next time I'm in town I will be back! Update: In town again for a few weeks and called. They got me in within 20 minutes. It was most definitely worth the wait. Cassia (got her name this time), worked on me again. She is so strong and works diligently to pay attention to your needs. I needed some major deep tissue and she worked me over! I have bursitis and tendinitis in my right shoulder, and I get large knots in both traps. She worked SO hard to get them out. I will be scheduling with her two or three times a week while I'm in town to get these flare ups to calm down. I have been to MANY massage therapists, and she is by far the most attentive, deep tissue work(er) I have ever been to. I needed a massage a couple years ago, so my mom found this place as I moved away from the area years ago. It was the best massage I'd ever had. I came back again last year and the quality was still top notch. I went to stay with my mom again recently and I really needed a massage, so I called them and they had availability. It was amazing as well. I wish they would have worked just a bit more on my neck, but I'm sure it's hard to know when my entire body has knots and is super tense all the time. This was the first time I had a bit of an issue with the person understanding me to the point we had to use a voice translator app to be able to get a fairly simple question to be understood, and I still don't think it was super clear. But I would 10/10 recommend this place anytime. Great prices, and a great service every single time. My only regret is that I live so far because it'd be nice to be able to go for more regular massages there. read more

My foot massage lasted only 50 minutes. I sat there while my feet soaked for 10 minutes and it was 15 minutes from the time I arrived until my massage even began. The one hour foot massage is advertised as some time on head neck and arms (see Photo). I've had dozens of foot massages over the years and this has been typical while your feet soak, they spend a few minutes on head and neck. At check out, when I told the other employee that my masseuse did not do head, neck, or shoulders (or even arms for that matter--just a brief hand massage), she said they don't do it anymore because they "don't want to get in trouble." I mentioned it's still advertised as such (again, reference photo) and she shrugged and said yeah we don't do it anymore. Mediocre massage, not a full hour, and not as advertised.
