Poor customer service and very difficult to schedule if you only have weekend availability…read more I have had nothing but issues with this location since moving to the area in August of 2025. Ultimately decided to cancel due to how far away the location is, the awful weekend availability, and how poor the customer service is. Several of my appointments have been cancelled with very little notice. The most recent time I received no notice and only found out after driving 30 miles. I received no apology and was provided several pieces of incorrect information. Since cancelling my membership I only have 60 days to use 4 credits and will not be able to use them due to the limited availability and the unreliability that the appointments will actually take place. The manager told me that there was nothing they could do because my membership was not with their location. No apology and no attempt to rectify the situation. I then received an extremely awkward and unprofessional phone call from the COO of Massage Envy in the state of Oregon. She asked how my day was, but apparently didn't want the real answer. I had to ask who she was because she never introduced herself or gave her title. There also didn't seem to be a point to the conversation as there wasn't anything she could do for my situation either. If you have to go to this location, good luck.

Natural Recovery Massage is a part of the Back to Health Clinic, a chiropractic office. I found…read morethem because my insurance has a small benefit covering massage as a basic wellness service offering providers through the ChooseHealthy network (choosehealthy.com.) Natural Recovery Massage also offers very competitive self-pay rates as well, if you don't have insurance. The chiropractic office handles scheduling and payment. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and their system utilizes automated texts for appointment reminders. Interacting with them is always friendly and efficient. There's a small waiting room for the massage area; I can't tell for sure how many LMTs they have working but I think it's probably like 3-4? I chose one and have stuck with them, but in listening to others make their appointments, it sounds like they all are wonderful; most people find a favorite and stick with them. The LMT I see has been with the clinic for a long time (8 years, I think), and that longevity and consistency says a lot. Treatment rooms are a nice mix between spa-frou-frou and clinical, always cool and comfortable with nice sturdy tables with warmers. I've been a 1-2 times a month client since January or so. I'd recommend them -- and others would as well, as they were a winner in the Best of Mid Valley this year. (Here's proof! http://best.statesmanjournal.com/2015/winners/14745151/best-massage-natural-recovery-massage ).

My only complaint is he is supposed to get massages along with his chiro but the massage place is always booked so he rarely gets them. Technically the massage place is a different business but it's all owned by the same person and they work hand in hand. If that one is so booked, they could at least refer us to another therapeutic massage parlor.
