I made an appointment several of days prior to my scheduled massage and they didn't even schedule it , asking if I made one in which I reapplied yes and asked if they kept a record of scheduled appointments (apparently not). She focused mainly on my right leg, spent like 15 mins on my left leg and 30 minutes on my right.. I got bored of the same techniques.
