You do have to climb up a couple of steps to get onto the recliner, but they help you and it was really comfortable. $75 for pedicures with regular or gel polish. If you have gel it is extra to remove. We got regular polish. I chose this place because I can't handle nail salon fumes and they have Zoya products here. One of the polishes from another brand there definitely had a super strong smell and gave me a bit of a headache. However, we had the room to ourselves which was nice and they had air purifiers going. The massage was gentle and wish it were a bit stronger, but other than that Lucia and Crystal took great care of us and we did feel like we had a spa experience. They offered us a second set of neck wraps mid service which was wonderful. I would love to come back and would definitely recommend Lucia and Crystal. The spa was decorated for Christmas and felt cute and cozy.

I suggest the owner or managers really train and ensure everyone knows what they are doing. I hate giving poor reviews. But if it helps them get better, then it's worth it.

I didn't say anything to her regarding my shoulder ache and stiff back but almost immediately she discovered the issues and even informed me that I had a tight shoulder and back muscles. The massage was somewhat painful and relieving at the same time (agony and the ecstasy! LOL) For such a petite lady she certainly has strong hands - ouch! ha-ha. She mentioned (thru a phone app that translates Chinese to English - very cool!) that she had been trained in China - which I would not doubt! I paid for an hour massage and received an hour therapeutic massage which was very good to me. I've been short changed the hour session at other places, so it was refreshing to get what I paid for! I'll be going back soon to keep my aches and tightness from reoccurring to soon. I'd recommend a visit - Oh! Don't forget to ask for Coco!

I've been getting massages for over 40 years, and I was really looking forward to a foot soak and…read moremassage at LaLumiere after reading the Yelp reviews. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible for the following reasons: 1. On the page under "Massage Enhancements - Epsom Foot Soak" the business promises an Epsom Foot Soak for new clients to enjoy while they fill out paperwork. I arrived 15m before my appointment and asked about the foot soak. The receptionist was not at the desk, so the question was posed to a massage therapist who showed up and said that the receptionist was preparing it. I was given paperwork to fill out which I did without the aforementioned foot soak. 2. When I was shown to the massage room, the foot bath was there, and I asked whether the 15m foot soak would be counted as part of my massage. The therapist, Anita, left the room for 10m (part of my massage time now) and came back to say that the foot soak would not be offered. Instead she said she would add on a paraffin treatment for my hands and feet. 3. The actual "deep tissue" massage was a lot of petting and short superficial strokes. She did identify and dig in deeper to sore glut muscles which helped relieve some tension, but it was not the deep tissue massage I had expected, and she did not address my primary concern (bursitis). 4. She ended the massage after 50 minutes (minus the time she left the room). 5. She never followed through with the promise of a paraffin treatment. Even though I was offered a discount, I left more stressed than I arrived. This is not the way to treat anyone. Never promise something you can't deliver.

Hands down the best up-do creationist I've ever seen. She's been at the Allure Salon and Day Spa now for quite a while, and I felt like writing a review since I see that no one else has. The Salon is always clean and smells great; no overpowering chemical smells to burn your nose hairs. Staff are always available to help you set up an appointment over the phone or as a walk in. Though I would warn you that certain stylists are very popular and if you are attempting a walk in for one of them, it may not be the best idea. I would suggest an appointment personally, just in case they are slammed. Conversations around the shop are always funny; the girls have a snarky sense of humor that goes well with mine. The overall atmosphere is upbeat and positive. My daughter's hair has been cut as a walk in basis when I've set up my own appointments, and she's been seen by several of the stylists. There has been not a single bad cut on her head. Each and every stylist is a true artist and very good at what they do. When I have enough time, I set up an appointment with the resident Massage Therapist. Angeleet Betts is the most skilled masseuse I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. If I could, I would see her weekly. She has perfected the art of firm enough to actually get the knots out without hurting even a bit. I highly recommend Allure to anyone and everyone. From kids to adults, to those seeking massages to those needing a wax.
