Tiffany was great! She thoroughly interviewed me before our first session to make sure all my…read morehealth needs were covered and any trouble areas identified. The room was warm and comfortable it was a little on the hot side for me but she was happy to adjust as needed. She's a very skilled and experienced practitioner and had no problem adjusting tension or pressure as needed. I got a little bit of hot stone massage mixed in with some deep tissue which was fantastic. Payment is cash or check so be prepared for that - she did mention that when I booked. This was a relaxing but therapy-focused massage which is what I was after. Not a salon guy, myself. She is a busy therapist so book early!

However once massage therapists were able to give massages again, the vendor never contacted me back like they promised they would. Furthermore, I messaged the vendor on three different occasions, and it was like pulling teeth to have them respond. They just didn't care. No response. Just terrible customer service!

Kirsten gives great massages. I went to her for over a year regularly but she often (about half the…read moretime) cancelled my massage appointment last minute. She was sick, didnt have daycare, husband had Covid, over and over. I couldnt get in to use my monthly membership. When she canceled 3 massages in a row I finally called it quits and asked for a refund of my monthly membership fees that were unused. Long story short, she still owes me $200 and I can't get the refund from her. What a scam. Stay from this business if you dont want to get ripped off. Shes changed business names 3 x in a little over a year (Cascadia, Salem Massage and now Moonwillow Wellness). Don't book with her (Kirstin Hope) if you actually want a massage and definitely don't give her your credit card number or purchase a membership or gift certificate from her. So disappointing.

She pull down my pants haft way down when there was no need. I felt like they have hidden cameras. At the end, when I payed she asked me for a $10 dollar tip, which I thought was rude. I didn't even liked the massage it was shorter than what it should've been so I didn't feel like leaving a tip and she was very upset at me for not wanting me to leave a tip. She almost chased me out the door yelling. I thought I was going to get murdered, so left all panicked. I will never return there nor recommend this place it is not safe.

Having had back surgery this past year, I began with a Physical Therapist that ,when my "paid for'…read more treatments ended, I could no longer afford traditional care and looked for alternative facilities from which to receive some care and relief. Here. There! I tried just about everywhere. I'm not intending to point out anyone else's poor service. Most providers in Salem were very good, BUT they were NOT "Annie" at Happy Holiday, and who's care and ministrations are decidedly ~extraordinary~. Sure, my back scar was a pretty obvious source of pain and stiffness, but Annie's fingers worked their magic as she seemed to know intrinsically where my problems emanated from. She gently worked the soft tissues with great tenderness but in the full scope stiffened her resolve to include my deep tissue issues and the relaxation of my whole being. On my drive home I was fully satisfied and happily content. I've been going to her whenever possible for over a year now and will continue to seek relief with her for as long as possible. Thank you Annie!!
