Went with my mom to get pedicures. We both picked a higher priced one. I especially since I was 9 months pregnant. I picked out my gel as any other salon would ask...then she told me I owed $95!!!! THEY CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL $15 FOR GEL!! Of course they don't tell you. Absolute bull shit. I will NEVER EVER step foot in that salon again. Idk how this place has customers. Extremely disappointing experience , twice! I came here recently with my sister-in-law, and honestly, it was one of the worst nail salon experiences I've ever had. The first time, I got my nails done while my sister-in-law got a pedicure. I brought my 6-month-old baby with me (she was just a little fussy, not crying or anything), and the guy who did my nails was super rude about it. He started talking to another worker in his language, clearly complaining, and then he suddenly let go of my hand mid service, telling me to "take care of the baby" in a really dismissive, irritated tone. It made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. My sister in law was also overcharged, they told her the pedicure would be around $35, but she ended up paying $55 just because she asked for French tips. Which is okay but they never mentioned that would cost extra until the end. read more

I feel like my service was so half fast when one of the employees there were doing my nails he didn't tell me to go wash my hands. Instead he just brushed the powder off my hands... when I got my pedicure on each foot he scrubbed the dead skin off for only 10 seconds on each foot ...When going to cut my cuticles. It took him a second on each foot and he didn't even get everything ...same with my hands, instead of cutting them telling me to clean under my nails he went straight to putting acrylic on. 2 of us went in for Spa pedicures. My girl was in such a rush she finished 10 minutes before my friend's pedicure. And I had even added callus remover service. I got home and my rough feet snagged on my carpet, horrible. I went back the next day and asked her to smooth out the rough spots. She spent a few minutes filing the obvious spots. I have been a customer for over 14 years. I always get a mani/pedi and waxing. The quality of their products, service and experience has always been top notch. I switch between gel and dip for my manicures with a beautiful finish every time. Never an issue with waxing. The shop is clean and the tools are sanitized. I've never had a problem communicating what I want and I am received with a friendly welcome. I have recommended many friends and they have the same experience I have. I noticed some of the reviews comment negatively about the staff talking in their native language, who cares. If I want to have a conversation, I am spoken to in my native language. If I could give zero stars I would. I called, to see if they had any availability for a dip mani and pedi. Was told yes and to come right in. Within 5 minutes I was there, checked in and told to have a seat. Was moved to another chair with what was warm water set up for the pedi, and ordering me to take my socks off. Which is what I was going to do, however the chair was not even set up and didn't feel comfortable. No one bothered to set up, nothing which I'm fine waiting. However, 15 + minutes goes by and someone else checked in. She didn't have an appointment, had asked if they had availability for a pedi and they told her yes. They sat her down and immediately began working on her pedi. At this point, I had every right to be upset. Why tell someone yes they have availability only to have to wait a while? I could have stayed home till they actually had availability. At this point the water became cold from sitting there. I decided to take my business elsewhere with no services rendered, stating this as I decided to walk out. Honestly, there's better places to go, 2.5 miles down the street. If you're considering this place, don't. I decided to try a new place which I should have stuck to my gut. The reviews alone speak for themselves, despite trying to give them a chance. read more

Went after work to begin the weekend, it was my first (and last) time there. They were good at seating me right away, I went for a mani pedi and they had me in and out in less than an hour. No I did not have two people working on my nails at once, the one guy did my gel nails and pedicure. Beautiful place and was attended right away. Sisters toes came out great but mine didnt. They came out extremely bubbly and the sides of my toes weren't even cleaned. Didn't have time to get them fixed but I called and they let me come the next day. So instead of taking off the gel she just filed down and shaved some gel off and repainted. I said it looked messy and I still offered to pay extra even though I shouldn't have to and she said my toes were the problem.
