Pkease read !!! I have been coming to this nail salon since the first opened. The management has changed. At first it was ok. A little dirtier than the first owner a kept it. There's this one lady that does the feet and she always seems to get me and she scrubs my feet so hard that they bleed and then she blames me that it must've been bleeding already and I just agree with it. I'm I'm not one to argue with anything I agree so she doesn't feel bad also while bleeding and it's painful and every time there's a spot where it's bleeding, she scrubs their harder for some reason and it hurts. It really does. I'm not trying to vent or anything like that. I just would like to get it out so people could see just don't go there just don't waste your time and then also there's a lady that has my nails and she's the owner with the husband and she has my my fingernails bleeding and she just presses on it and put some alcohol. It's fine It's gonna be fine. I'm just so tired of that place. There's always an excuse. It's always your fault. Never there. I don't complain if my toenails look crazy I just go home and wait for the next time to do my nails again this last time well this one time before the man the owner I went to see him and he was running late so he halfway did my my nails, and I paid for a full set and the whole time he was just complaining that he was supposed to leave and that and I'm like should I leave? You know I asked him should I leave? He don't know I had to finish it so he finished it halfway not even a week later my nails fell off. The pieces were coming up. It was pulling my hair out. It was really bad, really bad quality and service and then also this last time I got the wife and it wasn't even week later my nails are broken and my nails last for over like three months so I'm not sure what's going on there but I just recommend it anymore. I'm going to find a new place oh and I have pictures because I asked the nail foot lady to cut my toenail as short as possible so she did until it caught like skin so she did cut it as short as possible. Well, my other toenail is a fake toenail and I asked her to replace that well. She cut that toenail super short and she said it was because I wanted it super short I wanted the real nail super short and then the other one to match it you know I think that's just common sense. I wouldn't think that that would be so hard. It's so confusing there. I actually said can you please stop saying like you're blaming me? Can you please stop saying that you just keep telling me that I said yes over and over it's just it's a mess. I don't like it. I'm gonna find a new place. let me send pictures so you can see it looks worse in person one's a big toenail and one's a short one but obviously I don't complain and I'm just gonna go to another place but I thought people should know before they go all right thank you. i been wanting to leave a review for a long time because they seem to care a lot about it, to the point that i think they might of blocked reviews in google, i just moved into the area and it was my first time going in for a pedi and a full set, everything went well other then the fact that they are VERY pushy with adding extra service, anyway johnny was nice but when he was done he asked me for a review and literally grabbed my phone took the picture and opened the google website for me to post it, i felt like i had to because he technically forced me so i did and he gave me a 5.00 dlls coupon for the new visit. 2 weeks passed and i called to schedule 2 pedicures & their true colors come out she said 3:00pm so we're there 2:55, she sat us down for 45 minutes , no service, no water offered & no warning about them being short staff, she doesn't care about customers time, she noticed i was upset and she told someone else for me to hear: people that do walk ins wait a little longer and I interrupted her saying I put my appointment and still no service you should've never taken appointments if you're short staffed, i still waited like 10 more minutes and still nothing so i got up put my sandals back on grabbed my appointment ticket & took it to johnny and said my appointment was 45 min ago and left. it was a boomer because this place is so close to my new home but I won't go back to a place where they only care about the money DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE they might be friendly at first but then they show who they really are... just money hungry read more

DO NOT GO HERE. my fiancé and I went to get pedicures 2 days ago and he got FUNGUS in his foot from the tools they used that obviously weren't cleaned. When i called the place back to tell them they told me that's impossible and it wasn't from them even though I have a doctors note stating it is from the pedicure. She said two days is to long which is bullshit cause that's how long fungus can take to show up. I spend over $120 here and will NEVER go back. The lady who answered the phone wanted me to call a lawyer rather than just giving me my $30 back that i paid for the pedicure. This place is a joke and NASTY. On and shall i put in here too that their was a cockroach in the waiting area i will attach a picture below. This place is NOT sterile. SAVE YOUR MONEY. read more

I used to go to another nail salon across front target. That seems to have gone down the tube. As I have been going there since it opened. I was hoping to find another nail salon that did great work. I found it ! Here is quiet it's peaceful & quality work ! I have had gel manicure, gel pedicure and just came in for a (new to me) dip powder manicure. I love it , Jon took his time and is so precise in his work. It looks amazing ! And Tina did my gel pedicure, it also looks amazing. Not only that but they are so nice to myself and my daughter every time we come in. For nails I would recommend trying at least. I hope and dont think you will be disappointed! read more

I have been coming here for 3 years and I absolutely love them. I've had my nails done from a full set, dipping powder to gel. Ive also had a pedicure from them with different options on the kind. I've also waxing done from them. Terry is the owner there and she is absolutely amazing! The other employees there are amazing well. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've gone to them for every occasion. They've always been able to do anything I find on Pintrest and more. read more

Let's just say I've been coming to Venice Nails before it became Venice Nails. I love the owners old and current. This is the only place I will come due to being close to home and I'm comfortable with the service I receive. I gave it five stars for a reason. I've never been treated badly or unfair. I am impressed with the quality of work Venice nails does...quality supplies, amazing nail work and impressive customer service. I came to Venice Nails because I had gone to a different local nail spa. My expensive nails lasted 10 minutes and several technicians had to redo my nails. Sadly, my nails lasted 2 days, but Johnny fro Venice Nails gave me a long lasting manicure. I highly recommend this location! read more

I absolutely love it here. The customer service is always great when I come in. Jaclynn is my girl and she always does the best job. I am always satisfied with not only my nails but the customer service. They are very personable here. Me and my mom both go to this shop. Not to mention its not packed like other salons. NEW OWNERS are great! They're very sweet and my nails came out really well! Anna is the best! Every time you go it adds point to your account which goes to a bonus or something like that. They also have massages along with their pedicures for a set amount of time so it's not rushed. They're great! I love them and will be going there from now on! read more

However, my experiences within the past year has been mediocre and my most recent visit is unfortunately my last. I went in to get acrylic taken off and get gel on my natural nails on 01/13/2025. I had a 5pm appointment with Ken who's usually my go to guy and usually does a nice job on my nails. I'm not sure if he was in a rush but he didn't remove all of the acrylic from my nails, my polish is lumpy, and it's just an overall poor job. Even if he was in a rush and ready to go home, this shouldn't be a reason to give poor quality to a customer. See the pictures labeled "01/13/2025" to see what I'm referring to. I also have a picture labeled "09/08/2024" when I got my nails done by a lady because I walked in. I asked for the color FA12 and it's a pretty fall color yellow that doesn't show up as see through on the sample as it did on my nails. When I brought it up to the lady that I didn't like how it was see through she ignored my concerns and just said "Yeah that's how the color is." She didn't try to provide a solution or anything. It's been a good run but I will not be coming back due to the lack of care the employees seem to have towards a loyal customer such as myself.
