I would never recommend this nail salon to anyone! My aunt and I had an appointment at 5pm for full sets and pedicures, they sat us down right away but after waiting 15mins they turned my water on and took my aunt to apply her tips for her acrylics. After waiting another 10mins for them to finally start my pedicure they sent my aunt back to have a seat to get her feet done because the man that started her nails had to go pick up his son. I finished my feet and the man was already back by then, and my aunt was still getting her feet done, mind you while we are getting our services done there was another person getting services done as well. Once I got done with my pedicure I was supposed to get my nails done next because my appointment was at 5pm the man ended up taking another customer and when I told him that I was next he said no because her appointment was at 5:30 and I said ok and mine was at 5pm. By this time my aunt was already done with her pedicure and we were both waiting and they ended up taking another customer for their nails who had no appointment! At this time it was already 7:30 and they had asked us to come back tomorrow. We said no we couldn't and my aunt ended up telling them to cut off the tips that they had glued on because who wants to walk out of the nail salon with just the damn tips!? The man was super rude arguing with my aunt telling her to come back tomorrow because he doesn't want people to "blah blah blah" even after trying to explain that we were here before everyone and we had an actual appointment! 2 1/2 hours just for a pedicure, disrespect from who I'm guessing was the owner and attitude from the employees! Never again! And still charged us full price and the removal of my aunts tips that they failed to complete! There is WAY better places, do not come here if your new to the area. read more

My original esthetician was great overall, but she accidentally missed a very small section on one side during my Brazilian. Mistakes happen, so I called and was told coming back to fix it would be complimentary. When I returned, a different esthetician saw me. The fix literally took maybe 3 minutes total, but instead of simply correcting the issue, she insisted the hair was still there because that area "isn't included" in a Brazilian service. I've been getting Brazilians for over 12 years and have never once had that tiny section intentionally left untouched..... just on ONE SIDE MIND YOU...so the explanation honestly felt dismissive and gaslighting....actually it didn't feel that way. It WAS that way. What made the experience worse was that after fixing maybe 10 hairs, she tried charging me $25 for a "touch-up" that was clearly correcting an honest mistake from the original appointment. The employee I saw around 1 PM on Saturday the 23rd of May seriously needs better customer service training. Customers come back when businesses handle small issues professionally and respectfully -- not when they're made to feel like they're wrong for pointing out a missed spot. Really disappointing experience this time. Train your employees how to handle this better and take accountability.

DO NOT GO HERE. my fiancé and I went to get pedicures 2 days ago and he got FUNGUS in his foot from the tools they used that obviously weren't cleaned. When i called the place back to tell them they told me that's impossible and it wasn't from them even though I have a doctors note stating it is from the pedicure. She said two days is to long which is bullshit cause that's how long fungus can take to show up. I spend over $120 here and will NEVER go back. The lady who answered the phone wanted me to call a lawyer rather than just giving me my $30 back that i paid for the pedicure. This place is a joke and NASTY. I used to go to another nail salon across front target. That seems to have gone down the tube. As I have been going there since it opened. I was hoping to find another nail salon that did great work. I found it ! Here is quiet it's peaceful & quality work ! I have had gel manicure, gel pedicure and just came in for a (new to me) dip powder manicure. I love it , Jon took his time and is so precise in his work. It looks amazing ! And Tina did my gel pedicure, it also looks amazing. I have been coming here for 3 years and I absolutely love them. I've had my nails done from a full set, dipping powder to gel. Ive also had a pedicure from them with different options on the kind. I've also waxing done from them. Terry is the owner there and she is absolutely amazing! The other employees there are amazing well. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've gone to them for every occasion. Let's just say I've been coming to Venice Nails before it became Venice Nails. I love the owners old and current. This is the only place I will come due to being close to home and I'm comfortable with the service I receive. I gave it five stars for a reason. I've never been treated badly or unfair. I am impressed with the quality of work Venice nails does...quality supplies, amazing nail work and impressive customer service. I came to Venice Nails because I had gone to a different local nail spa. My expensive nails lasted 10 minutes and several technicians had to redo my nails. Sadly, my nails lasted 2 days, but Johnny fro Venice Nails gave me a long lasting manicure. I highly recommend this location! read more

I absolutely love it here. The customer service is always great when I come in. Jaclynn is my girl and she always does the best job. I am always satisfied with not only my nails but the customer service. They are very personable here. Me and my mom both go to this shop. Not to mention its not packed like other salons. I work with Peter every time I go in. He always gives me the best acrylic sets and every time i get them done, i'm in love with my nails! He's so sweet and patient and he does a great job! NEW OWNERS are great! They're very sweet and my nails came out really well! Anna is the best! Every time you go it adds point to your account which goes to a bonus or something like that. They also have massages along with their pedicures for a set amount of time so it's not rushed. They're great! I love them and will be going there from now on! read more

I've been coming to Venice nails for over a year and I love it.... Terri is brilliant at what she does. I always get the dip powder and pedicure, but I recently had eyelash extensions done by her and I'm very happy I did. I would highly recommend this place. read more

The jelly pedicure was so lovely -- you always know you're in a for a good treatment when they bring out the fresh fruit and cucumber slices. They had a better color selection for polishes than most other places I've been to. Overall, I was treated to a great service that was very relaxing, thorough, and well done. I went in for a fill but it was her day off so they paired me with Stella. I was blown away by her skills and praised her work. While she did beautiful nails her rudeness intensified with each appointment. On my 3rd appointment I requested she use the same gold sticker art she used for me 2 weeks prior. She flipped through her book, while I watched and proceeded to tell me "I can't find the sticker. I lost it" I told her I believe I saw it, and she snapped at me "that one is silver! You said you want gold!" I asked to see the book so I could switch my design and lo and behold I found the gold sticker. I pointed it out and she scoffed and proceeded to use more pressure on my nails to the point it hurt. Despite all this I wanted to give it another shot because I loved her work and scheduled a fill. When she saw it was me she gave me a cold look and walked away. The receptionist then told me Stella is refusing service and another tech would assist me. I was paying ~$120 + tip each visit and to have this type of treatment and embarrass me was hurtful.
