Went in for pedicure. I've had many many pedicures, but this one was the least enjoyable. I go for relaxation. Warm soak, nice leg massage, (as long as possible) as well as the nail care. She was rough, quick didn't even do anything to my feet other than my toes and I jumped multiple times from hurting me with cuticle scissors. Did as little as possible as quickly as possible. Was tense and uncomfortable the entire time instead of relaxed and enjoyable. The place appeared clean. But I will be finding somewhere else to go. read more

Been going to this nail salon 10 years. Owners are great & work along side their employees. They have quite a few employees so there's rarely a wait. The services they provide are Quality! I made an appointment to get my nails done here today, and instead of soaking and wrapping my nails in foil to remove my previous nail job, the tech (I didn't get her name) took an acrylic tip and removes the nails by going underneath the previous powder and lifting them off of my real nails. I asked her why she wasn't wrapping my nails and foil, and she said "because this is easier". I told her that I've never had a nail tech use that "technique" to remove my nails and it was painful. She took off at least two layers of my natural nails when she did this, causing pain. I should have gotten up and walked out but I think I was in shock. Initially I was going to get a French manicure, but I just got the pink powder and left without tipping her. She didn't apply cuticle oil and was rude. I could have ripped off the nails myself at home before going there if I didn't care about ruining my natural nails. My nails were throbbing in pain afterward. I cried in the car. I will never go back there. I saw the others getting a hand massage after their manicures, which was not offered to me. She was sitting at the second station from the door. If you're black, don't come here - I feel it's a racist establishment. Beautiful place and was attended right away. Sisters toes came out great but mine didnt. They came out extremely bubbly and the sides of my toes weren't even cleaned. Didn't have time to get them fixed but I called and they let me come the next day. So instead of taking off the gel she just filed down and shaved some gel off and repainted. I said it looked messy and I still offered to pay extra even though I shouldn't have to and she said my toes were the problem. Don't expect a decent massage from this place ever. The manicure and pedicure are always rushed. The polish are always sloppy. The only time I visit this place is when I have no other choice. Save your money for a decent salon. The massage chair they sat me in is broken or taped down. Two times this happened, just my luck. Another time, the finger nail clipping from the lady sitting next to me flew into my face. This tells you how closely you will be sitting next to people. It's pretty gross. read more

The prices have recently been raised which I'm okay with. However, I am not okay with my toes looking like this after paying more for a service that normally looks great. I tried to give the nail technician the benefit of the doubt but after forgetting to cut the cuticles on my left realizing she forgot to put the lotion on my feet and then having to take off and put my shoes back on, and finally a bad paint job isn't worth it. I asked for another appointment to have them fixed and they seemed annoyed. I didn't have time to stay tonight so I have to drive over here to get them repainted. Very disappointed. read more

I normally always go to the salon and never really have an issue I typically go for the same tech every single time because I've also never had an issue with her. But today she really messed up my nails and I was extremely upset over that I went to a different place and had gotten my nails fixed because of how bad the nails looked. I got a full set with gel polish and a French tip kind of look to them with a little ghost French tip on the ring finger and I got one hand black and the other hand white. I really felt like my entire time there was completely rushed like she did not want to completely do my nails and the paint job is absolutely horrendous. I'm so upset! After a 50 minute wait and three technicians about to take me as a client, after being told the wait was 20 minutes, I received a half assed massage and a messy paint job. When I did get a chair, I was asked if I have gel on my toes, I said no. She then asked if I wanted gel, to which I said no. For some reason, she had the audacity to throw her hands up in the, "wtf" manner. By the time she gave my the brochure, and walked away, I was at peace and closed my eyes waiting. When she came back, she hit my knee with brochure and asked me what type of pedicure I wanted. I ask for the VIP, middle of the road price wise. She looks at her friend and rolls her eyes. Yo! I'm right here. I don't want your busted ass gel because it lasts just as long as the polish. Let me save the $10+. Anyway, it's unfortunate that this is one of the closest salons to me. I use to like this nail salon. However, they now sand off the gel polish instead of using acetone. This makes my nails thinner and thinner with each removal. The last time I had gel polish applied, I had to return three times in the first week for nail repairs. So, I am currently letting my natural nails, which are very hard and healthy, grow out. I doubt I will ever use the gel polish ever again. read more

This salon has horrible customer service. A friend of mine paid $120 for two gel pedicures and a gel manicure for herself and her daughter. They charged for gel on the toes but didn't cure it and when she went back to ask them to do so they refused her and removed her daughters nail polish on one foot and sent her out of the salon that way. To file the nail 5 more times? Every single mail is bumpy and rough. One of the nails has a big fuzzy hair on it she just painted over. In addition she was extremely rough and not friendly. Took one visit and will not go back. Every employee was on their phones constantly. They even interrupted servicing a patient just to check their phone. My daughter and I got our nails done here and we both got fills with gel polish and both of us broke a nail within only a few days of getting them done and then we each broke another nail before we had even reached a week with them. Just got a gel mani pedi and I'm unimpressed. My pedicure was the basic and I added paraffin wax. I have callus dry patches still left on my feet. The water used to soak was like warm and I asked for it to be hotter is was barely warm. The paint job on my hands is not good and they didn't so any cuticle clean up. I asked for the paint to be cleaned but he didn't really do much to change it. They are friendly but my tech barely understood me which could be why I'm unhappy. I was charged $61 for what I consider to be a lackluster experience. Won't be returning. The only good thing is the spa is clean, friendly staff and good choice of TV but that all doesn't matter is my nails look like crap. read more

This is the most racist nail place I have ever been to. I arrived at 5:01p, three other people walked in after me who were also "walk-ins". They all received assistance before I did. The only difference between me and the others was skin color. At 6p I decided to ask the manager why I was still waiting while others received help. He stated that there were no techs available that could do acrylics. How is it possible that no one on your entire staff can do acrylics? it's nothing special. At this point I just left the shop without getting my nails done. I will never ever go back here and I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. I am from out of town. I will be relocating here in a few months. My sister recommended this nail salon and my first visit last week with my four year old niece was fantastic. I promised my 6 year old niece I would bring her as well since she was in school the day I brought her sister. So here I am, happy to bring my niece for a mani pedi. Last week it was $30, but when I got here today the nice lady told me it will be $48 dollars now. I said I was just here and it was $30 for the same mani pedi, she said it's now $48 and I could see it on the menu. I asked if f I could please get the same price for my niece this week that I paid for my other niece last week, she would not budge. It is never about money for me. I don't mind paying what is fair and I tip 20% or more EVERYTIME. I was looking for a new place to call home. I am a very loyal customer. Too bad this salon will never get to know what they lost. Started out nice. The lady that did my pedicure was so incredibly sweet and just amazing. I lost my son this year and I never got my nails done. I showed them a picture of a pink and white ombré from the beginning. The lady that was doing my nails I told her that to. I realized that's not she was doing so I asked her again after she did 1 nail and she said yes. I thought they do the ombré at the end then. Nope and when I said I'm so sorry but this is not what I asked for she said so a ombré now and got up raised her voice and speaking in another language. I felt sooooo incredibly embarrassed and uncomfortable. The manager I assume came by and said next time they will do that and it's my fault I wasn't clear? I am so confused about this and taken back by it I told her how they are making me feel. When I checked out the price was $115 and wouldn't fix what was there mistake and yelled at me and just didn't care. I don't think they are going to care about this review either but it hurts so much knowing my son is dead and I do something for myself once and I get yelled at too. I still can't stop crying about my nails, the fact they made it seem like it's my fault even when I tried stopping her, getting yelled at, and yeah I did start to tear up and they still didn't care. They are horrible and I really hate saying that. I showed them this Pinterest picture and then I get this. Went in a Sunday afternoon, and there was a wait.... which should be expected because we didn't have appointment. The atmosphere is typical for a nail salon. The workers were courteous and polite. My gel manicure came out great, as did my daughters. My husband was extremely satisfied with his pedicure! We will definitely going back on a regular basis! My ring finger developed an odd bubble first and then it just flaked off and then some other nails followed. I wound up peeling and picking it off. I went back to the salon and got a dip from the same person. Extra cost, their color selection is garbage. I didn't feel as though I could tell him what I wanted so I settled. On THURSDAY afternoon- not even 24 hours later- I saw that my middle finger had chipped and then began painfully chipping off throughout the day. On Saturday, I saw that another nail had cracked. I'm researching online and it says that dip nails last up to or longer than 2 weeks. I'm a teacher so it's not like I was doing something that should have caused this. I am going back today to have them fix the 2 nails and then I will be finding a new nail salon to take care of me. I really wish we had nicer options in the west valley. read more

Me and my little girl went this past Friday and got our nails done... my daughter only got nails painted she about 3years old here's $8 about 5min, so they didn't take long with her and I got dipped white tip extra length nails for $50, 35 for solid color 40 for white tip and 5 each had for extra longer... she always only able to do one hand at a time because I was holding my 10 month old. Took about hour total and not bad.. so went back to get nails refilled and man not good... had to pay, only took 10$ off and not what I asked just wanted a good place... sorry not too back. LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Went there for a girls day with my mom and sister and loved every second of it. We went in for a pedicure and ended up getting a manicure as well. We were there for 2 hours and not once did we feel rushed or feel like we were taking up space. From the second we walked in we felt right at home. Everyone was so nice! I love the designs they do. The second time I brought my daughter and again, they seemed angry you were there! I asked if we both could get pedicures with gel polish and they weren't going to let my 6 year olds sit in the pedicure seat at all, they were just going to paint her toe nails! This cute little nail salon recently opened in the Super Target shopping center on the northeast corner of Yuma & Cotton Lane. When I walked in, I was excited to see a nail tech I've had before at another salon. Today's visit was arduous. I needed some gel polish removed from my nails. My tech, Jade, was really fabulous and took very good care of my nails. It would have been easy to sand them down to nothing, but she was very careful and my nails look perfect (after a fresh manicure, of course). While I was there, Jade showed me how she had been practicing making the AZ Cardinal logo on some nail tips. I was amazed - I would have sworn they were decals on the nails. Nope - she hand painted them! We started brainstorming other logos she could do, and with the help of her iphone, we had run searching the net for pictures. She's super-talented, so if you have a burning desire to have something extra special painted on your nails, bring her a photo or a web link. read more

This Nail Salon is pretty decent. I went here from the one-single photo and review that I found here on Yelp. VERY friendly, attentive service. Good prices. Very nice looking decor and very clean. I like the fancy hand painted designs they offer for your nails ($10)....a nice conversation piece about having fancy designs on your toes. They also offer different levels of pedicures, depending on how crusty your feet are. The massage part of the pedi was ok, maybe it depends which person you get. They do end the pedi massage with hot stones. Of course, they offer gel nails, manicures, fake nails, fills, etc...plus, I think they wax eyebrows too. I'm very picky about which nail place to go to, esp with all of the scary germ-infection stories you hear about. This is my NEW favorite nail place to visit. read more

I have noticed the service going downhill on my last several visits. I continually get nail techs that are not very good and take forever. I usually also come here for my pedicures but after the last one I had which was rushed to the point that she hurt me, I won't be going back. I thought I might continue coming in to get my nails done but I am tired to trying to be friendly to techs that are more concerned with getting you in and out than found a good job. Things that irked me: Lack of customer service-although we were seating pretty quickly--my pedicure was rushed and the hot stone message and sea salt scrub was lackluster.
