My boyfriend found ants in his food from this restaurant... this is so gross and extremely in healthy!

My boyfriend ordered from this restaurant today and there were ants in his food! I posted a picture to show it! This is extremely gross and very unsanitary! We will not be ordering from here again.

This Vietnamese business is located south of Seattle amongst many of the warehouses and industrial parks. I accidentally found this location recently and had a few visits here. Small mom n pop location with friendly staff. The chow fun is quite good with a decent portion offered. The pho is average and just good enough for a quick eat. Put some more Sirracha sauce to liven it up! They do offer Banh Mi (Vietnamese sandwiches) to go only but I have yet to try those. A variety of items like rice dishes and stir fry is also available. I think I will go for the fried rice or the vermicelli noodles next time. 3.5 stars rounded to a 4 for service with a smile. If you don't feel like driving too far and you are in around this area, give this one a try.

I have been a regular customer here for a long time. I can't recall how long for sure, maybe 6 or 7 years. Having hunted down and tried the Pho at maybe 10 or more different places around Seattle, I don't understand how Pho Ld has managed to pretty much stay under the Pho review radar for all if these years. Why? Because it is exceptional and genuine, run by a very nice family. In addition, I have been seeing the same familiar core group of regulars like me there for many years as well. My usual is the tofu with vegetable Pho, but I have enjoyed many other menu items including curry chicken with vegetables and stir fry chicken with vegetables, both of which are very good.

I came here on a lunch break recently after having a craving for Bun Thit Nhuong and having my co-workers tell me that they come here sometimes. No one had a to go menu and they didn't have one listed on their Yelp page (or their own webpage). I walked over around 11am and the parking lot had a few cars in it. I should've driven but after reading the reviews & seeing how the parking lot was, I thought it was easier to walk up. The restaurant itself is basically a converted house into a restaurant. I walked in and found 2 other tables seated and pretty dead. I was greeted and seated fairly quickly with a menu. Hot tea was brought out (although no water was offered or asked) and I placed my order for a #51 (Bun Thit Nhuong) and asked for the veggies to be excluded. As I sat and waited, I looked around and noticed the big sign on the register/entry which had posted that they now charge $0.35 for any credit card charge under $10. Kind of a downgrade when it's a single person eating lunch but what can ya do? There was one TV in the corner (showing Maury) and it kept cutting in & out. It kept freezing and glitching out which was kind of annoying (not that I was watching Maury_ but just more of a background noise. A group of 3 was seated shortly after I was and started to get their appetizers and drinks. I thought "Well, perhaps because they ordered Pho and spring rolls; they could beat my service since their food is quicker to prepare." After 10 mins though, my server came back and asked me "You ordered a #51, right? I just needed to confirm." This annoyed me a little as it took 10 mins for her to check and they still had to make my order. So my order finally came about another 10 mins later and it was right for the most part (no veggies, etc). I'm sure my waitress/hostess thought I was needy because I went up to the counter to ask her if they had any cucumber. This particular dish usually comes with cucumber, peanuts, etc and I know I asked for no 'veggies' so sometimes they count cucumber as veggies. I wasn't blaming anyone. What was odd was she stared at me and went "Yes." and I had to awkwardly ask her if I could please have some to go with my dish. She stared some more in thought then said "Uhm, sure." She eventually brought me a few small slices which I put into my noodle dish to try to even it out from the salty meat. The dish itself wasn't bad although it wasn't the best I ever had. I would say that their menu seems legit and the Pho around me smelled good but the service from dining in just seemed 'off'. I don't believe in taking Pho to go as I tend to love the hoisin/plum sauce and they never give you enough when you're to go. I might come back just to try the Pho to see if it's any good but I'd say the food is ok but definitely don't dine in.

Been a long time customer here and it's always great. Today I noticed they're under new ownership. Mostly the same, although a slight change of decor, new faces, and the Pho broth was a bit tastier than before. Definitely a good place to stop for lunch when you're craving Pho.

    3. Spring Roll

Smallest spring rolls I've ever seen and they weren't wrapped very nice either. The lettuce broke the wrapping. Also, it doesn't look or taste like there was any condensed milk in the Vietnamese coffee.

I walked in and decided to give them a shot. Try something easy ..I got the wonton soup with egg noodles.. the broth was umami and garlicky, and warmed up my soul. The wontons were nice and tender, flavored with shrimp and pork. It was like a warm hug. Hit the spot! Second, I ordered the crispy spicy fish. It was an extraordinary presentation even my Chef friend was delighted to see the culinary expertise of the Chef. And it was also very reasonably priced. The service was excellent. They were very welcoming. The decor of the restaurant is super upscale. It looks like a fancy club. This would be a great place to bring a first date. Overall I was super impressed and very happy that I stumbled into this delicious restaurant. 10/10

He offered great menu suggestions and shared the story behind the restaurant--his brother designed the space, and he built it with the help of friends, which made the experience feel even more special. The menu is Thai-forward with a few standout dishes from other Asian cuisines mixed in thoughtfully. The décor is gorgeous--an elevated, glamorous tribute to the water buffalo that feels bold yet refined. We ordered the Miang Kham, Crying Tiger, and Mango Salad. I always order Miang Kham when I see it since it's such a rare find, and this one was excellent. The Crying Tiger was tasty but came out more well done than the medium-rare we ordered. That said, we still finished it because the dipping sauce was fantastic and the purple-and-white sticky rice was delicious. The Mango Salad was beautifully prepared with shredded mango that had just the right crunch and tartness. Generous portions served. Even during a busy late afternoon, the chef handled guests with ease and a big smile, serving beautifully executed dishes and cocktails. Very impressive. We'll definitely be bringing friends here next time we're in Seattle. Tip: They do true Thai spice levels here--proceed with caution."

Back to my rave: this place is comfy and a great place to just sit in when it's chilly outside. There's a comfy couch near the entrance, many knickknacks strewn around the inside and it's brightly lit to the point where you feel like you're at home instead of a cafe. The owner of the place is very sweet and welcoming, and the pastries shown around the area looked so delicious. For this visit, my friend and I got the Thai green tea latte, key lime tea, egg tart and a slice of tiramisu crepe cake. The egg tart was warm and yummy, and quite big too so it has a mochi-like layer inside it. The tiramisu crepe cake had tons of layers of crepe and cream along with the tiramisu powder sprinkled on top. This was creamy, delightful and calming all around, that's how good this cake was! My key lime tea is a mix of Thai tea and fresh lime juice, and I'm surprised that neither part interfered with each other too much given one is sweet and the other relatively sour. The Thai green tea latte was just as great to drink. This place is so cozy and cute, and the owner gave us great service. When you do find parking, come here for some drinks and desserts, it'll be worth it!

On the bright side, there's a clean washroom, the space is small but cozy, and they have wifi plus available. Solid spot to lounge. Would consider coming back crossing my fingers for a crepe cake. Strawberry Snowie Frappe - it's a solid dessert. Very sweet and likely double blended because it's not super icy, rather the liquid collects at the bottom. However the icy blend at the top wasn't watery either, there was still some flavor. Overall, it was as expected, but a decent refresher on this street.

We were greeted immediately as soon as we walked in and because we had reservations, our table was immediately available. The menu is elevated Filipino food that lived up to its name. This place is definitely more on the expensive side though, especially since they automatically added a 22% service charge and still prompted us to add additional tips.
