This place used to be my favorite pho place. In my opinion, it was the best in South Bay. I recently visited there after a long time as I moved out of Long Beach 1.5 years ago. I ordered pho tai (slices of rare steak) . I'm so sad to say this but I don't think I will go back again. It changed drastically. The biggest difference was that they changed pho noodles to vermicelli noodles that I usually see in bun, the vermicelli dish. The texture was much softer and mushier. I saw a similar review about the noodles being too soft, so for whatever reason, they changed the recipe. The broth was mediocre too. This restaurant saved my life in Long Beach 2011-2022 by offering good authentic pho and I thank them for that. If you are not so picky about pho and don't really have an expectation on what it should taste like, the restaurant may still be good so I will still rate 3. read more

Once again, this place never disappoints. Their commitment to consistency is truly remarkable, and it's a guarantee that you'll have a good meal here every time. Parking--it can be a bit challenging during peak hours, so keep that in mind. However, the culinary journey at this place is well worth the effort. I've had the pleasure of trying many different dishes here, and almost all of them have been a hit. What's particularly impressive is their service. It's lightning-fast, and the staff is always kind. It's surprising how they manage to deliver such high-quality food so quickly. Whether the restaurant is bustling with lots of people or relatively quiet, they consistently excel in speed and service. Also, everything is always served piping hot. The dedication to maintaining the temperature of their dishes adds to the overall dining experience. The prices are also amazing considering the high quality food you get. read more

This is the Pho spot!!! I've been to multiple pho restaurants and this one is my favorite I order the #12 the meat the consistency of the broth like everything I cam say about it is amazing. The Thai Tea is one of a kind as well. You have earned a customer for life. Also the music was so relaxing read more

The chicken pho is amazing. Shredded chicken with noodles. Other pho locations don't shred their chicken. This is why this place is one of the best. Take the time to try their Thai tea as well. Service is always quick it doesn't matter what time of the day you go. There is parking in the front and also on the side of the donut shop. Ambience is great because the food is great. read more

This is a great hole in the wall pho spot! I came here years ago when it was a different name, with different owners, and wasn't impressed. However, I was impressed with my experience recently. It's a small spot with prompt friendly service. I ordered pho tai (rare steak) and Vietnamese egg rolls. The broth was savory and the meat was tasty. Love to dip the meat in a mixture of chili sauce and hoisin. My only criticism is that the noodles were a bit overly starchy. Seems like they forgot to rinse them after cooking in this instance. The egg rolls...Lord have mercy. They were so crispy and delicious. I love Viet egg rolls and the ones here are amazing. I ordered a serving of 4 and was very pleasantly surprised they were 4 very large eggrolls cut in half. So it was basically an order of 8 regular size egg rolls. I would go back for these alone, sooo good! Savory, uber crispy and the dipping sauce is lovely with a bit of chili added. They are served with large lettuce leaves, cucumber slices, cilantro and pickled carrots/radish. The pickled veggies were new to me to enjoy with eggrolls....but a very, very delicious touch. If you've had Vietnamese Bahn mi sandwiches, you will recognize this tasty crunchy condiment. Overall great spot, and I highly recommend supporting this small business. Parking is adequate, they are located in a small strip mall...so I would recommend going during off-peak times, or plan to possibly park outside the lot. I went on a Friday around 6pm, and there were several opens spots. When I left, the lot looked full. read more

They do not have vegetable broth. They put chicken broth in my vegetable pho. The vegetables are delicious fried tofu, carrots, broccoli, coli flower, mushrooms red bell peppers, baby corn and the noodles are good. The service was great. The ambience was cute old school. Over all it seemed authentic. They gave a fortune cookie at the end. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My family and I came here to enjoy a meal together and were swindled. The establishment stated our card was not read by their machine and we ended up double paying for terrible service and bland food. If you take the time to read reviews you'll see that service is terrible at this establishment as well as the food. This wasn't a first choice for us our regular pho restaurant moved locations. We made the mistake of trying out this establishment and will never be returning in the future we will be making the drive to Gardena to have an overall better meal the restaurants name is Pho Daily. We would have never received such terrible service at Pho Daily and the food is a lot better as well. read more

Dont go here, dont give them your money. Yelp had me come in, my biggest mistake. I couldn't even get my order in because my server was so focused on making sure the table next to us tipped him as they were leaving. I asked about a couple items on menu and instead of answering my questions he wrote it down and said "what else". I said no, I am asking. Then he got frustrated and said "what" with an attitude. I put my menu down and walked out. Ill take my money and tip to my favorite pho spot in Gardena. read more

Order Pho and Shrimp Appetizer through UberEats. I don't know if the pho I received was not the best batch or if it is always flavorless this way. But the broth tasted like beef broth. It did not taste like pho broth. I can't even taste any pho spices or aromatics. If this is how the broth always taste, I highly suggest adding "Quoc Viet Foods Beef Flavored "Pho" Soup Base". This would make your broth go from bland to tasting like it took hours to make. Very disappointed maybe other items from here are good, but definitely do not come for the Pho. I will say tho that the shrimp appetizer was good and the meat serving for the pho was very large. Also order came with all necessary toppings for soup package nicely! read more

The sign said best noodles in Long Beach. Had to check this spot out for myself. AMBIANCE: Parking: Plaza parking for a few cars like about 10. Seating: Seems like seating but due to COVID-19 there's only outside seating. Feels: It's in your casual plaza of Long Beach. Not your touristy area but just around the Memorial hospital and Transit station. The space itself is COVID-19 safe. You get to space yourself as you wait for your order. Feel free to watch the news on the telly. FOOD: House Special Pho (Recommend) A reasonable portion that required me to finish in two sittings. The broth was flavorful and rich and the portion of noodles, steak, brisket, flank, tendon, tripe, and beef ball were fair. Topped with some onions and green onions and it comes to perfection. As for their "famous" noodles, it was pleasant so be sure to eat it fresh. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Awesome! Friendly people and quick service. They said nine minutes ready for pick up and boom! It was there! TL; DR OVERALL: 4 Stars. Great! Pho spots are scattered in Long Beach but this is a pretty solid spot. I dig the eats and wouldn't mind coming back here if I'm in the area. Tips: * For all your quick Vietnamese cuisine needs: Spring roll, fried rice, and of course pho! read more

I love Pho restaurants. My husband and I always eat and try different pho restaurants, but the one on Willow and Magnolia food isn't the same as before. I asked him if he had a different cook, and he said no, he had no other. I did a Takeout, and the Thai Combo was so dry that I took it back and asked for a refund. He asked me not to come back anymore. I have been going here for years, and because I wasn't Happy with my food, The Owner told me not to come Back. What Kind of Service is that? read more

I dined on 8/23/25 and had the vegetable pho. the food was standard until i go to take another bite and I see a tiny worm on my noodles. I've seen these kind of bugs before and it's usually on unwashed fruits and veggies. I put it on a napkin to have my boyfriend show the workers and they immediately try to argue and tell me it's not a worm and it's "from the bean sprouts". As most know, the sprouts come on the side and I did not put the bean sprouts in my soup. Another guy comes over and tries to keep telling me it's not a worm but I'm not backing down. He pulls out his phone to get a closer look and then says that he'll take the soup off our bill. All while he's doing thing I noticed his hands were extremely dirty. Black fingertips and under his nails. I wasn't going to finish my meal anyways after seeing a worm in my food, but I was especially disgusted after seeing his hands. Please be aware. I barely ate my food and I was really looking forward to a good bowl of pho. read more

This review is for the banh mi. We expected traditional Vietnamese banh mi, that's not what we got. We got tasty meat inside a long skinny mediocre baguette. It was a meat sandwich. Something new they have implemented is they include a 25% tip to your bill. We were a party of 5, maybe that was it? Food was still good but we found the compulsory big tip sly. read more

Great little spot in Long Beach. Recommended by the locals. Been here several times. The parking is atrocious very busy strip mall. Watch out for people double parking. Great customer service here you feel welcomed by the employees too. The food is legit from what I have tried off the menu. Spring rolls are a great starter or the egg rolls. The Pho is always a must. Today I tried the #53. Crispy rice noodles with chicken. Imagine a cup o noddles but on a plate. The chicken and vegetables cooked in sauce and placed on top of the noodles which then start to soften the noodles to eat. Its a great alternative if your not feeling Pho. And its a big portion too. You won't leave without a fortune cookie and an empty stomach. read more
