Salmon Larb was perfectly cooked with fried cubes of juicy flavorful salmon. Tossed in fresh mint, cilantro, scallions, a ton of fresh lime juice, chili flakes, red onions and lettuce. The toasted rice powder was definitely apparent as every Larb dish should have. Slightly different take of Larb, bit more modernized and tweaked cause definitely a salad with the lettuce versus served with the cabbage and cucumber on the side. I sent it back and asked for additional Golden Mountain, oyster, and soy sauce. It returned unchanged. I added the entire dish of prik nam pla myself and still found the noodles lacking the depth those sauces should provide. The only dish that worked was the satay (listed as Satae). The beef was well seasoned and properly grilled; the peanut sauce was merely adequate. I may stop in later for a drink if the hotel bar is expensive, but I will not order food here again and did not take any leftovers.
