Since it was a rainy night we decided to order some pho. Our go to place is in Cerritos, but we didn't want to drive. We decided to order from Pho Long Beach, and I am so glad we did. We ordered the number 11 (noodle house special) and the number 12. They were delicious! Highly recommend! Broth was amazingly hot and flavorful! Everything came in the Togo bag, even fortune cookies. We will definitely be ordering from Pho Long Beach again! We ordered from doordash and our dasher Michelle was AMAZING!!!! read more

The food is delicious. I normally get the Pho and I go between the beef or the vegetable/tofu pho. My partner is vegetarian and when I ordered delivery, there was an option to make pan fried noodles with no meat. I added a note and they definitely paid attention to detail. They even added tofu to it and I honestly gave that many points on my end. Loaded with vegetables. That's the kind of service I'm talking about. Love ordering from here. read more

Poor service! This is why, I don't come back @ this place..... Bad service....... This guy want us ti pick our sit position, because they are going to close soon. Hell NO! You don't pick where I'm going to sit. I sit where we won't to sit, when not close to people. read more

I was in the area and craving pho so we decided to try this place out. The food was pretty mediocre nothing was tasty nor fresh and the place wasnt very clean. To make matters worse, the egg rolls had these long stretchy rubber band like inedible strings and i was just completely grossed out. This place needs to be checked out by the food dept asap. read more

The whole ambiance of the spot is super chill! The food always hits and the staff are happy to help you with anything

It was a cold night and we wanted something warm and close by and this place was in the area of where we were at. Upon walking in they weren't really busy probably about four tables at the most and others waiting for to go orders which is perfectly fine because that means no wait for us. Given menus and decided on combo 2 rice dish which comes with rice, 2 Korean short ribs, pork patty, and fried tofu cake. I didn't want the pork Patty so asked to sub grilled beef instead. At first the waiter was like no, but then said let me ask. The owner or boss behind the counter said its ok for an even trade. But when my dish came out they gave me one less Korean short rib and then cut it into pieces like I wouldn't notice. I mentioned something to the waiter to which he said it's because we substituted a meat we could've gotten more if we did egg rolls. Wait what? What bothers me is It's meat subbed for meat, it should be an even trade. Plus the owner already gave me the ok but then went behind my back and changed it up. If they would've told me ahead of time it would've been fine, but the fact that they went and did what they wanted bothered me. My friend order the shaken beef filet mignon with red rice. It came out on a sizzling hot plate and it was pretty good. Beef was tender and flavored well. Veggies to meat ratio was perfect too. Chicken pho was decent. The broth wasn't as flavorful and extra hosing sauce and hot sauce had to be added to help it out. The size of the bowl was off too. A large looked more like a small. Egg rolls were ok. They tasted kinda weird and were on the blander side. Small parking lot in front that shared with other in the plaza. It was later and most the other stores were already closed but I can only imagine having a hard time Parking when stores are all open at peak time. Overall decent food and OK prices. Would I go back? Eh probably not. read more

Solid and dependable Pho place with a good selection of other meal choices. Bún is good, eggrolls are excellent. No frills interior with a nice and efficient staff. One of the better spots in town for Vietnamese food. read more

Absolutely terrible service. Tried to call in the order they wouldn't pick up the phone. When we got there they told me I had to hurry up and order. So I tried to place my order quickly but they wouldn't help me I already knew what we wanted. After waiting and asking to place my order they helped someone who came after me, super confused about that because I was there first. Then I placed my order the guy reached for my card without even giving me a total, I'm like what's the total? After ringing me up they had cookies on the counter I paid the total no tip they guy noticed and took the cookies away I could care less about that but the fact he did it was funny. While we waited for our food we were told we can sit and wait anywhere so we did. 5 min later we were told not asked to move somewhere else mind you I've never been here and not sure the waiting layout. Either way they were rude and rushed me and my wife. Wasn't very impressed with the pho the crunchy egg rolls were good so I will give them that but based on service alone I will NEVER come back. If you want terrible service feel free you won't be disappointed read more

Clean fast efficient, great tasting food have been coming here for years when LBC was my stomping ground and great value

The veggie spring roll was pretty good. Tofu was freshly cooked and it was flavorful. Not much selection for vegetarians though. Other than that, my friend got the chicken broth with shrimps. He said it was good but the broth was not as hot as he would have liked. The soup and noodle option was good. It was good. Parking was plentiful. And the desert at the end was a nice touch. read more

My wife and I have been coming here for about a decade. It's the closest pho place to cal heights, and it's consistently good. I always get the house special pho, and my wife always gets their bun. The pho has a nice broth, and the house special comes with all the goodies like tripe and tendon (plus brisket, meatballs, and rare roast beef slices). Their fried egg rolls are always delicious too, but my favorite part of the meal is the free dessert, a warm bowl of tapioca and sugar cane soup. read more

This is one of the few places in Long Beach where they don't skimp out on meat in your pho. Delicious broth, liked the taste so much that I did not add anything to it! Although, my friends and I agree that it might be too oily. Extensive menu of great Vietnamese dishes, looks promising. Service is good, the staff is attentive and warm. At the end of your meal they bring out fortune cookies and a serving of their tapioca. Restaurant is small, parking available but limited due to shared lot with neighboring businesses. read more

Pho Long Beach - Rare steak and meatball pho $8.10 - Vietnamese Near Me - Long Beach, California

Pho Long Beach is one of two places in the area (work) that I don't mind going to for Pho. Of course, I'd love to be able to just go to Little Saigon but my lunch break isn't that long. The servers here are always friendly and the service they provide is always fast. It's great for when I don't feel like taking too long of a lunch hour. The Pho isn't bad here (I haven't had anything else) and it's fairly inexpensive. I would rather have the broth served piping hot but it's not cold. I alway order #11 - Dac Biet and I've never seen any scrimping on the meats. For me, I wouldn't recommend it unless you need a quick and inexpensive meal because there definitely are better Pho joints around - in the same breath though, i will say that there are definitely much worse. read more

Craving pho and not down to drive to OC? This place will do for a quick fix. My bowl was served warm, not piping hot. The flavor and feel of the broth was comforting - not too oily, not too salty, or too heavy. The noodles, while at a great ratio were overdone. The beef, perfect and surprisingly in excess (but the good kind of excess). I had hot tea as an accompaniment and it easily became a favorite (I believe it was green Jasmine). Service was nearly nonexistent, but really, I don't hold a high standard for pho restaurants with it. As long as my food arrives to the table, I'm happy. read more

Hey I was looking for a nice place to have soup and my family just loves going to places that specialize in pho. I looked this one up and didn't think anything of it bu just wanted to support a small business and so we came and we were definitely pleased with delicious food. Their Pho is just as delicious as something like sup noodle bar. My son ate his noodles too fast and it was nice that they brought us extra noodles when we asked and I don't think I paid anything for that. Still it's a nice little family owned restaurant by the looks and we would definitely come here again. read more

This is our first time here at Pho Long Beach. I ordered the House Special Pho which is number 11, my husband ordered the Chicken Vermicelli, and we also got egg rolls for our appetizer. As I was almost done with my Pho and stirring it to eat the rest of the meat a dead fly floated up to the top of the soup! I was so.... grossed out and disgusted with what I saw that I went to the bathroom and just started gagging! This is horrible!! This will be the last time we come here!! read more

Fried rice was really good price was right on time. Another customer suggested the egg rolls, which I will be trying next time.

Gotta start my day off right with a Large bowl of tasty pho for under eight bucks ! The bean sprouts and mints were fresh. The broth was light but had a good flavor. Definitely not on garden grove level but still good nonetheless . Very generous with the meat portions although the large sized bowl was a bit on the smaller size. A lot of noodles were present . Lastly complimentary che dessert! read more

Not sure why this place is not getting good reviews... but I think it's A LOT better than Pho America! Service here is fast and friendly. I almost always get pho with rare steak and tendon. Of course not the best pho place, but it is closer to home for those cold lazy days we don't want to drive to Cerritos. read more

Upon my return visit today, I am once again impressed by the service and the quality of the food. The pork vermicelli was bursting with flavor, and there's no dearth of pork in my bowl. DON'T COME HERE by any means. I found two bugs in my food. One inside my pho and the other in my egg rolls and the lettuce. This is VERY disturbing when your eating and you continue to find multiple bugs in your food. The guy at the register was EXTREMELY rude when taking the order and we waited like 25 minutes to get our ToGo order. I DEFINITELY won't EVER be giving them my money again. And I advise NO ONE ELSE will either. If I can give ZERO STARS that will be my option. read more

I don't even need to explain myself just look at this. A BUG cooked with my noodles !!!!! I've always wanted to try this place but never had the chance until yesterday and now I wish I never tried it. I spent nearly $50 at this place and literally threw everything away after just 1 taste. The pho was disgusting and the chicken tasted like frozen chicken. I don't even want to remember because it makes me gag. So bad it makes me not want to ever eat pho again read more

Great spot. Been going there for 10+ years but what I witness last week has been bothering me all week that I had to write this. The owner/manager tries to short change people on their change. I Was eating there last week and a man got in a heated argument for 5-10 minutes about not getting all his change back. I mean the guy was really passionate about it. Wanted to look at the cameras etc. said it was his bosses money and was just making a run for food for his job. He eventually got his money. 15 min later when I go up to pay with cash he does the same to me and and is $5 dollars short ! I immediately called him out on it and he gives me a $5. I'm sorry but that was not a coincidence. It just felt like that's the game they're playing. Beware. read more

I love coming here because it's down the street from my house. Typical Vietnamese menu with great pho options. Both the beef and chicken broth is flavorful. Been a long time customer to this place. My wife and I wanted breakfast, so we arrived there and walked in a guy appearing from the back. He said something along the lines of "we're not open until ten minutes" and shooed us out like he's talking to a dog. It's very upsetting as a long time customer to be treated that way, especially when the door was unlocked and the sign said open. There is a more respectful way in letting us know. But in the end, we went somewhere else and pledged to never return to a place that doesn't value their customers. read more

Ok I just walked out of this place. Worst customer service ever. Upon walking in the place was not overly crowded and there were a few empty DIRTY tables. We picked a table away from the nearest couple to b spread out and asked the guy at the counter to please wipe down the table. He rudely said no and pointed at a table directly next to a couple and told us to sit there. I replied no thank u I want to b spread out. He said NO SIT THERE. I again asked him to wipe down another table. His reply was NO. COVID IS OVER. SIT THERE OR U CAN LEAVE. I chose to left. I refuse to eat at a place that refuses to clean their tables. It's a health hazard and it's just plain disgusting. I CAN ONLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO HEALTH DEPARTMENT. read more
