We ordered three orders for pick up. When my husband got there he mentioned it was a bunch of teens handling the front. He waited a long time and they didn't realize he was waiting for take out even though he mentioned he was. One of the phos we wanted no meat but they rang it up as a steak pho... so my husband asked if he could just get the meat for the other pho and he was greeted with a strange look. The pho itself was a decent portion but the noodles were hard. Overall not sure if I would return. read more

My family and I used to love this place, and the food was great. But over time, the quality went downhill. One time, I received meat that was black, so I asked about it. The owner snapped at the waiter, yelling, "It went straight from the freezer, and I just cut it that's why." After that, I never came back. On top of that, she's extremely disrespectful to her employees, constantly yelling at them. It's so loud, and since I'm Vietnamese, I can understand everything she says. It's really sad to see. read more

Stopped by here to try out their Stone pho. It was meh. The broth came out boiling but before we could even take pictures it was already calming down. They did give you a note with a warning on it lol. They do give you a lot of noodles. We had to order all the other meats extra. The service was lacking. The staff was sitting down and playing on their phones and had to be constantly told to do things. I'm not sure if the girls were paid employees or family helping out. I tried the hot stone pho, and it was amazing. Definitely will get it again but I will skip the noodles and veggies, carnivore style. Service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. Restaurant was clean and well kept throughout my visit. The hot stone bowl did a great job of keeping the soup hot, it was almost too hot to begin with but several minutes later it was cooled down a bit. The bahn mis were great! Tons of flavor, super fresh vegetables and bread. Perfect amount of sauce and mayonnaise. Definitely 10/10. And the pho was great as well, I got the short rib. Delicious, the broth was so flavorful didn't need to add any sauces just added a dash of chili oil for spice. But recommend. Great attentive service. read more

We finally found our local pho place here in Auburn. The owners are Jade and J (I don't remember the husbands name), but our first time coming here the pho had a lot of flavor and it wasn't bland and we have been here several times already. The service is okay, I can see them trying to perfect your order and if they make a mistake they acknowledge their error and will help w/ anyway. They make sure that our water is always filled. Saw this restaurant on TikTok and thought I take my parents there for early dinner. Located across from Auburn SuperMall there's ample parking. Decided to try their famous hot stone pho that is served in a boiling broth in a hot stone bowl. The meats are dipped in the soup to cook. My parents loved it especially my dad who's finicky with his pho. The pho was served traditionally with a side of thinly sliced onions marinated in vinegar and a side of green onions in oil. One bowl is $23 but was enough for 2 people to share. You can ask for extra noodles or extra meats. Next time will come back and try their brisket bone pho. Ordered their Bun Bo Hue to go and their Combination rice w pork chops and Eggrolls. Service was very friendly, the owner walked to each table to check to see if everyone enjoyed their meals. The restaurant was clean and had ample seatings , no wait. Highly recommend the drive down. One of the best pho in town. read more

I recently began working near the Auburn Outlet collection and I'm not yet in a place where I can meal prep regularly to pack a decent lunch - so I've been trying the local places to find 'my spot'. If my lunch today is the only example I have to go with for Top Pho, I cannot recommend them to anyone. While I love a hot bowl of noodle soup, it wasn't in the cards today so I chose rice instead, BBQ Pork Fried Rice specifically. I feel bad giving this location a poor review, because the staff/owners seemed plenty nice enough, but the BBQ Pork in my dish was inedible. After picking all of the chunks out (pictured) along with the very clearly previously frozen Lima beans, I was left with a less than exciting mix of egg, carrots, corn, & peas. I ate all of that - because hunger & 30 minute lunches. That said, I personally believe that what I ordered was thrown together with little thought to anyone noticing how gross the BBQ pork would be as it's a rice dish so everything is, obviously, tossed in a single pan/wok. However, if you don't have the protein in stock to serve (at least an edible version), just call the patron and explain that item is unavailable/out of stock -- don't just make it anyway and then bag it up for a to-go order hoping no one will notice. If I had been the one boxing my own food up, I'd have been embarrassed for how it looked. I cannot in good faith suggest this restaurant for your next meal. read more

The pho is definitely the best part. I was not a fan of the rice plates as I felt for the money you're paying it wasn't worth it. I order the Saigon combo rice dish. I did get the listed items.. I merely receive two pieces of each of pork chop, chicken thighs and beef short ribs. I would recommend skipping on the rice dish but instead order the pho which is delicious. read more

I'm new to Vietnamese cuisine, more specifically Pho soup. But I have been to several other locations and I have to say their broth at this location was DELICIOUS, I always try the broth first, I'm not sure if I was simply hungry, but so far this was my favorite pho that I have tried, yet!! The food took a little long to get to me(Which to me personally, in most restaurants, that's a good sign! It means the food is cooked fresh to order). But I realize they had a dinner rush cause I overheard from another booth that this was the busiest that they have seen them, I'm assuming that couple were regulars at this location. LOL!! This place is a joke!!! We drove from Seattle all the way too auburn for their hot pot pho.. guess what.. ITS NOT EVEN ON THE MENU! The owner posted a instagram post of it . Pho broth was SUPER BLAND! The pho was bland and my soup came out way too cool. Not even warm... and I'd like my soup to be hot. I'll give it to them tho, the pho is pretty big, lots of noodles and meat. Probably explains why 99% of customers I saw there that day were the same people who you'll see at all buffets. We also ordered their grilled chicken rice plate but it wasn't grilled..?!? It was deep fried! We also ordered their che ba ma, so so so Disappointing OMG!! I'm diabetic and I think it was bland! They also use regular milk when it's suppose to be made with coconut milk. I can't find anymore words to describe how bad this place is without being mean. Lucky they opened in auburn and there isn't much of a Vietnamese/asian crowd around to eat because we know how it's suppose to taste. If this place was open in Seattle I guarantee they'll go out of business for their half ass cooking within a couple months. Put some heart into your cooking man! Best Vietnamese restaurant in town since the new owner took over. You need to try their Bun Bo Hue and Bo Kho, the absolute best dishes! The owner is very nice and friendly and accommodating. You can tell she prepares the food with her heart and pays attention to detail so the food is close to what we have in Vietnam. As an example, she will make different sauces for Nem Nuong and Bo Bia while other restaurants will just make the general dipping sauce for everything. She also has seperate herbs for each soup while other restaurant will just have basil and bean sprouts. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in Seattle area. read more

I've been a loyal customer since the restaurant first opened, and at the beginning, the food was amazing. It quickly became one of my go-to spots for pho, especially since it was so close to home. However, over time, I noticed a decline in the quality of the food, which was disappointing. Things took a turn for the worse when I witnessed an incident involving the staff. One of the cooks yelled at the team over an order issue, and while conflicts in the kitchen are understandable, doing this in front of a restaurant full of customers was completely unprofessional. From that point on, it was clear that the front-of-house staff wasn't being treated well, and it made me question whether I should continue supporting the business. During my most recent visit, after a long day of work, I decided to try something new-- a meatball sandwich I hadn't noticed on the menu before, though I'd had it elsewhere and was excited to try it. Unfortunately, it was a letdown. I received the meatballs on the side, but the dish itself was mushy and lacked the quality I had come to expect. I recently visited a lovely mom and pop shop for a busy Saturday lunch. Having heard great things about their stone pot dishes, I decided to give it a try. The stone pot keeps the soup nice and hot throughout the meal, which is perfect for someone like me who enjoys hot soup. The dish comes with uncooked meat, meatballs, and tender beef that you toss into the hot stone pot as soon as it arrives. As you walk into the restaurant, you are greeted by their three beautiful fishes, which adds a nice touch to the ambiance. While it took a bit longer for our food to arrive, likely due to being short-handed that day, the chef (who is also the mom) came out to apologize and informed us that her husband was on his way to help. It's refreshing to see such responsible ownership, and she mentioned they are working on improving their process and delivery. The broth was acceptable in terms of salt level, though I felt a bit thirsty afterward, which I attributed to MSG. tone: I had an amazing experience at Pho J in Auburn, WA! I ordered the beef short rib pho with steak, and it was outstanding. The meat was high quality and incredibly tender, the broth was rich and flavorful, and the produce was fresh and crisp. You can really taste the care put into every bowl. I also ordered a Thai tea, which was perfectly made and absolutely delicious. The food felt very authentic, true Vietnamese cuisine done right. On top of that, the owner genuinely cares about her customers, which made the whole dining experience feel personal and welcoming. We tried Pho J in Auburn and were absolutely blown away! We ordered the oxtail hot stone pho and the beef short rib hot stone pho, and both were incredible. The broth was rich and flavorful, the meat was tender, and the presentation in the hot stone bowl kept everything warm until the last bite. On top of the amazing food, the owners were so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
