By far the best subs money can buy. I love how they cut the meat fresh for each order

Good Sandwiches as always. Service doesn't take too long even when they are busy so overall a 9/10

Jersey Mike's makes great sandwiches and awesome customer service at this location here in Puyallup, Washington.

Such nice people at this location! They were out of gluten free bread that I ordered for delivery, they called me right away with a solution. I ended up canceling my order, and they still sent a bunch of coupons for my next visit. So thoughtful and kind! I will be coming back very soon! read more

I have Jersey Mike tubs to maintain a low carb keto diet. They're great for that(I've lost 47 lbs in 6 months) The store was very busy with one person on break and a ton of people came in. I ordered using the app thinking it would be more efficient. The shift leader spotted me and asked if I was there to pick up an order. I said yes and she pulled the receipts of about 10 orders that were in before mine. More people walked in. I don't think I waited more than 5 minutes. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Tidy. - Sandwiches Near Me - Auburn, Washington

Ordered a California sub at 10:04 am today, after the employee took my order they were preoccupied putting bread away while apparently the manager was making my sandwich in the back. I opened my sandwich and found it was not made to order at all. Lettuce, tomato, mayo, and some weird pieces of chicken were present. I drove back to Mike's and said I ordered a California sub, the employee and manager argued that this is California sub. I showed them a picture from the website and they said it depends franchise to franchise what a sandwich is called and how it is made. I said I have ordered this before here at this location and this is not an California sub, but they disagreed saying what I meant to order was a Turkey sub. So the manager made another sub, but when I opened it, it was missing bacon, avocado, and was made with sweaty meat. She never even asked if I wanted it toast the first or second time. Very frustrating experience. I'm not returning to this location. Very rude employees, bad sandwiches even when corrected. I have sent a review on Jersey Mike's website as well. read more

My sandwich was delicious. My order was ready on time. I ordered to go in the middle of the day on a Thursday.

The workers need help with at least 3 workers not 2 so long of a wait 30 minutes for a pick up order that was place 45 minutes before arriving to the store. Crazy how walks get there food first. 4 Customers are crazy. read more

This place shouldn't offer online ordering. I placed an order at 11:25, was told it would be ready at 11:40, and walked in the door at 11:45. At 12 pm, my order was printed out and I was told it would "be a while." I got a refund and appreciate that they didn't make me wait for that either. Understaffed and overworked people here deserve better. read more

Couldn't have possibly been slower. Employees are more worried about chatting than working. Disappointing experience here today.

What a treat today to have amazing customer service. My daughter has a food allergy and Parker was so awesome accommodating it. Everyone was so friendly. You could tell the staff worked well together and really enjoyed working there. Parker was checking in on customers- and had the biggest smile as well as everyone else. Great experience. read more

Ordered and the website said it would take 40 minutes, which I thought was weird. When I drove by a little early I noticed the place was empty, so I walked in to see if my sub happened to be ready. The staff was sitting idly while doing nothing with zero customers and scolded me for coming early. Rude staff who doesn't want to work. I would understand if they were busy, but what is the point of doing this? read more

This is the 3rd time the order using your mobile app has been incorrect! All three sandwiches had incorrect bread, and the wrong bread used was under cooked at that! I ordered The Rosemary bread on all three subs and all three had plain soggy under cooked plain bread. Also paid for x-meat on the Gaint #13 and received 1 layer of the meats for this Italian sub! Restaurant was empty when I arrived at 12:25pm, guess that should have said something. read more

All my on-line orders have been done right, ready on time and they got the extras correct for every write in I've made. The prices are fair and the food is delicious with enough of everything on your sub to fill you up. read more

as a former employee of a Jersey Mikes, this location is so below standard. It is outrages. I do online orders, to help with my little lunch time. every single time I come in. my order is never ready. today I came in for my order, I had the pick up time be 10:15. when I came in at 10:10 my order wasn't started and when I showed up. the lady stated that it wasn't suppose to be ready until 10:22. just very rude remarks were made and just not a place I will continue to use. read more

YIKES!!! I will start off by saying I am indeed a fan of Jersey Mike's BUT this place was horrible! I'm not sure what it was but the sandwich had a similar taste of Subway which I hate! The bread was lifeless , meat had a weird taste to it and over kill on the mayo but no where in the delivery place to put light mayo or even request Dijon mustard. I would have to say this was a huge disappointment and turn off... Went back to read the reviews and realized this is pretty common at this location. Sucks because It's close to my job, I had it delivered because I was too busy to go get something but never again....no thank you! read more

I haven't had Jersey Mike's in years. I've maybe only had it maybe once or twice before. I was getting tired of Jimmy John's so I was like let's give this another go. It's not that I didn't like my experiences at other Jersey Mikes but they weren't too memorable to have me come back. Anyway, today, I ordered online and got the #5 Super Sub. I added bacon, jalapenos and mustard, with the rosemary parmesan bread. This was a good sandwich. I appreciate the crispy bacon and that the jalapenos actually had a nice kick and crunch to them. Next time, I'll probably request a lighter helping of the vinaigrette and olive oil just because it was a tad bit messy. Didn't take away from the taste though. When I arrived, I was maybe a couple minutes before my actual pick up time but I could see that my order was ready on the counter. I was greeted pretty immediately. The girl who helped me was friendly and gave me a bunch of napkins which were much needed, thank you. Overall it was a good experience. Service was fast, my sandwich was good, I couldn't ask for more. read more

Ordered a giant sub, there's hardly anything on it. There's literally TWO slices of turkey. I ordered a #7. Also the bread is not even close to fresh. It's hard as a rock and crumbling in my hands. Cashier girl was nice but the sandwiches are the worst I've ever had. I love Jersey Mike's too. Update: I was contacted about my experience and they made it right. Thank you jersey mikes. I've always loved your sandwiches. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - This is all the meat on a giant. It was this way the whole length of the sandwich. - Sandwiches Near Me - Auburn, Washington

There #17 was decent... that's the Philly cheese steak sandwich with rosemary and Parmesan bread. Fresh from the griddle and the cook there was nice. The customer service cashier lady wasn't the friendliest. She basically huffed when we requested to dine in, even though there was 30 minutes until closing. She was annoyed that I didn't know the bread options and was stingy with the bacon, stating one piece of bacon was considered a side even though there was a huge bucket that she was getting ready to toss. read more

Loved the initial freshness and quality of the sandwich. That was until I found two hairs in my sandwich!! The first I picked out because it was just sitting on the edge and I could cut off that part. The second was apparently embedded in the sandwich because I only found it after pulling out out of my mouth!! read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Found not just this one hair, but two!! This one was after pulling it out of my mouth . - Sandwiches Near Me - Auburn, Washington

Sadly, this place will make you lose faith in humanity. The people working here may have the worst sense of prioritizing customers time needs. Don't expect to get your sandwich in a timely manner. Personal conversations and other meaningless things seemed to be more important than actually making a sandwich. read more

I'm bummed to write a bad review about this place. I was a regular customer for awhile since I have been working down the road and this place used to be one of my favorites. I can say that I will not be going back to that store until staff has either changed or the extremely rude employees learn better customer service skills. I had ordered online and my order was supposed to be ready for pickup at noon. When I walked in to get my food, it was far from being ready. I ended up waiting my entire lunch break until my order was finally ready. While I was waiting for my order I witnessed staff being extremely rude to a woman who politely asked for some help, multiple times. Her requests for help were ignored until one employee replied with a very snarky attitude "we are obviously busy, if you couldn't tell" Once my order was finished, I took it back to my job site only to realize it was messed up. read more

We ordered food for our work group. They messed up the order. Missing 2 sandwiches and 1 for someone else . Reordered an hour later got my sandwich the order was close but not exactly what I ordered. picked off some stuff and ate it. Wasn't bad but nice to get what you ordered. read more

Don't get me wrong here. The food was ok. It was the customer service that lacked. The two female workers didn't even really make eye contact. After they were done making the food. The didn't even clear up there area. When someone new came in. They left the knife they used to cut the bread right next to the cashier box. I won't ever go back. It's not worth paying $60.00 dollar for 4 sandwich meals with crappy service. read more

Why have I been wasting my money at Subway? This place is awesome! This is going to be my go-to sandwich shop now.

Ordered using the curbside pickup. Arrived and selected "I'm here." We waited 15 minutes and nobody ever came out. One employee was just dancing around the window, obviously bored. I went inside and the bag was just sitting on the counter. Perhaps the employees don't know how curbside works yet? I ordered the hot sub with the portobello mushrooms, peppers, and onions. It was not seasoned at all. It was just bread with bland veggies in it. No salt, pepper, or anything. I've ordered this sandwich at other locations and it's a good one. It's obvious these employees don't care about their job much. read more

This particular location is not high on my list. First time here and I walk in to ALL the tables needing to be wiped down - oily, with crumbs everywhere. There were enough employees that someone could have grabbed a wet towel to wipe off the tables. It was not busy. Someone I am guessing was the manager was verbally chastising the poor kid running the register. I felt bad for him, as he was obviously new and still learning the ropes. Not only that, but she said to a customer, in a voice loud enough to be heard clear to the Supermall, "I'M SORRY. HE'S NEW AND HE DOESNT KNOW ANY BETTER!!" I mean, ffs, have some respect. The guy was trying. The sandwiches were good, but a little skimpy on toppings and heavy handed with the 'sauce.' Also it just got kinda bagged and tossed at me across the counter. Probably wont come here again. read more

We're the only people in line. Needed one second to look at the menu and then we start calling them over and over again but no answer. The employees are just standing around and talking/laughing hella loud but still no service for us. The worst. read more

I have been going to this location for years, yes they get crazy busy but for the most part they make it work. Lately they have been more worried about speed then doing things right. It's okay to slow down and make sure things are clean. The counters were terrible, they were making turkey sandwiches on top of tuna fish droppings. It was truly a disaster. I paid, but I left my sandwich. I will head to another Jersey Mikes. read more

This store (located across the street from the Auburn Super Mall, on 15th street) has always been our go-to Jersey Mikes sub shop. The last four consecutive times we have been there our order has been wrong!! We went back the previous three times and they happily remade our sandwiches correctly, however it gets annoying when you have to wait 40 minutes for them to remake them because they put you back in line again. The 3rd visit the shift lead argued with me that the #5 is basically the same sub as the #8 and it may be, but my wife wanted the #8 with mayo mustard and pickles, no onions, or oil and vinegar, we want the sandwiches made the way we ordered them, and then to add insult her sub was supposed to be on rosemary parm bread (the #5 was made with rosemary parm) they ran out of rosemary parm and had to make it with white bread, and then they put heavy mustard on the sandwhich!!!! She didn't even eat hers! The shift manager gave us a free soft drink and chips card, but I never get those and it clearly shows on the receipt what I ordered, I guess it's a nice gesture,, but if you don't get soft drinks and chips I feel it's a slap in the face. I have called to ask for the correct sandwiches made to save time (I learned after the first incident,) but they still wait till you come into the restaurant to remake the subs, and if they are busy you are put in line and I have waited at the store for 45 minutes!!! With Covid, to wait in the store, I am now subjecting myself to the possible contraction of the virus!!! It is my time and gas that I waist to go there twice every time to have them make the subs correctly (which should be done right the first time.) Yesterday was the final straw, we ordered two cold giants my wife's w/rosemary parm bread (#8) and mine w/white bread (#11) I even opened the bag at the store to make sure we had the correct sandwiches! When I got home my wife unrolled her sub from the wrapper and she asked were they out of Rosemary Parm? I responded they must've been but then I unrolled mine and I ended up with the rosemary parm and my wife had the white bread! It is very frustrating when you have your mouth watering for one of their delicious subs and you get all the way home and find out your sandwich was made wrong... FOR THE 4TH TIME!!!! I guess shame on me!! I sometimes wonder if they have my name on a secret list and do it on purpose. I gave them two stars because once I go back and get the subs made correctly, they are always great!! I just wish they did it right the first time. Also I would like to add that I have used the app (1st, 2nd and 4th order) and my 3rd visit I called to make the order. read more

Changing my review to 2 stars from 4. Dont get me wrong the sandwiches are DELICIOUS when available. I worked fast food long ago & I get wanting to go home, and as a business owner I realize waste $$$. But in the last 10 days I've stopped by 3 times. First night 8:20pm, "sorry we only have wheat bread" I wanted white for my "big kahuna" but no worries...wheat fine..still taste good. A few night's later figured I'd give another chance...again coming in around 8:20ish...told the same, only wheat, no white bread...hmm..ok I'll take wheat again although not what I hoped for. MAIN reason to lower the rating from 4 to 2 is I went again tonight same time & was told they had NO bread!! I could have a wrap or a salad. I didn't come in for that, I love the "Big Kahuna" steak sandwich & don't have a problem paying the $15 it cost. But it's only available in early hours of the day it seems...not regular business hours as posted on their door. read more

Piss poor attitudes, they did ok making the food, not nearly as well as some other stores of the same chain. The employees were complaining about online orders be placed loudly and profanely. Over all horrible visit there. read more

Not nearly the size and scope of the store in Fort Myers Florida but they do have awesome subs. This place is worth every cent spent. My fav is 'The Big Kahuna'...a cheesesteak. If you ever get one you will know what I mean or what they mean by 'BIG'. I add stuff and they don't charge extra unless you add bacon. lol They offer their rewards program, so let them plug you info into their system and every time you buy a sub, just be sure to remind them and you might get a deal on that very next sammich. Its a really quiet location over by the Outlet Mall. I hope more folks go keep them busy. If you eat too much, you can go shopping afterwards and work it out. I had to google my way there for the first visit. Now I can find my way blindfolded. LOL j/k read more
