Friendly staff, good food, we bought the surf and turf (fish sandwich plus a beef and cheddar sandwich) got the 6 pack of cheese sticks with marinara and two Jamoca shakes. The shakes had very little if any flavoring. They tasted more like a vanilla shake but other than that it was a great meal. Restaurant was clean. We used to have a lot of Arby's in the SF Bay Area, most of them have closed and I don't even know if you still have any now. So, naturally when I saw there was one here, I had to try it. The store was suuuper clean. The tables looked clean, neat, and the service was friendly. We ordered a small Jamocha Shake and classic Beef n Cheddar. The Jamocha Shake was thick! And their small size was huge. Only after we ordered it we realized they had a smaller size than a small size. I think it was called a snack size. I think ours was somewhere between $2 and $3. Their classic Beef n Cheddar was absolutely delicious just as always. I loved their onion buns and the cheddar sauce they put in it. And they put lots of roast beef slices there. I sat in the drive thru for a long time. Both cars in front of me pulled away and left so I then sat at the speaker for awhile. No one greeted me or took my order, so I pulled up to the window and said "can I place an order?" Clerk says "sure". No apologies, no explanation, so I gave my orders and paid. $20 for 2 sandwiches, 1 small fry and 1 milkshake and the worst customer service ever. Just went here to pick lunch for my GF. Everything was cool 'till I pulled up to the drive-thru window and noticed that the employee manning the drive-thru was not wearing a mask. I asked to cancel my order and he said "why?" I said because you're not wearing a mask. He then said that the one he had on in the morning tore and couldn't be used. Ok, so.... At this point things are just screwed. A lady with a mask on came up to take over. Of course, by this time, it doesn't matter anyway. I decided to relinquish my request to cancel, but I should have maintained. I did ask her if they had masks for employees to use; she said "yes." So... here we go again. His mask tore. They have masks. Sigh! He then informed me that he has been vaccinated. I'm glad for him, especially considering that he's interacting with the public, but there's this thing: BREAKTHROUGH infections!!!! His being vaccinated (I am too) does not mean squat. All it means is that he is less likely to catch it and, if he doe, less likely to end up in the ICU. That is what it means. DELTA don't care. Vaccinations, especially if you're public facing do no even come remotely close to a guarantee that they don't spread it to others, at all! If you run a business that interacts with the public, especially in such an intimate way by producing food people put into their body, you have a responsibility to maintain VERY STRICT procedures, cause people can die. Dead! For those that don't die, they can have life-long damage to lungs, heart, brain, etc. Me, I have preexisting conditions, so while I'm glad I'm vaccinated, I can't risk catching it. I probably should even being going through drive-thrus, especially after having had this experience. What's worse, my girlfriend is even more susceptible and at risk, so if I catch it and give it to her, then she's even more likely to end up in the ICU, what with her having chronic asthma. But, there is no perfect protection, even if I have all our food delivered. Restaurants have a responsibility to maintain careful and strict COVID protocols. It's that simple. Yes, it sucks. And it's going to keep sucking as more variants mutate due to our societies inability to take this seriously. This situation is deadly serious, so take it deadly serious!!! AHHHHH! This is my favorite Arby's in the area and for good reason. I have consistently gotten exactly what I ordered while going here both dine in and drive through. I order a mish mosh across the menu and regardless of what I order, it is always fresh, hot (when applicable), and worth it! I generally order at least one beef and one ham sandwich , both of which are flipping delicious every time. Recently my husband has taken to ordering this pecan chicken salad wrap but their other wraps are good as well! As far as clean goes, this is an older Arby's but for being a bit outdated it is very clean. I have worked in customer service for a long time and as far as I am concerned the good people at this restaurant will treat you with the same respect you show them. If other reviews mention negativity then perhaps it began with them? In all my dealing with the staff they have been nothing short of courteous and pleasant and at most time outstanding. This location has really been struggling the last year or so. They have a constant issues with staffing and I've pulled up to the drive through and nobody answers. No note, just nobody there. The lobby is now constantly closed so you can only use the drive through. Unfortunately my last visit was the worse. I had my family with me and we all ordered our food after waiting 10 minutes. When we pulled away my wife checked the bag and sure enough we where missing 2 items, my oldest daughter's chicken nuggets and my youngest daughter's chicken slider ( she ordered 2 and got 1). I pulled around to the front of the store and had to knock on the main entrance door for 2 minutes before somebody came. I explained what was missing and the gentleman seemed really annoyed with me. He came back with a bag with the chicken nuggets but said we didn't order 2 sliders. Then shut and locked the door and walked away. read more

Loved their Classic Beef 'N Cheddar sandwich and French Dip & Swiss sandwich. On end of August, I went to the drive-thur in the Auburn location to order 5 Beef 'N Cheddar sandwiches. I ordered the sandwiches first and then give the cashier the coupon which reduces the bill from $50 to under $16. The cashier was giving me the lecture about that I need to let her know ahead of time if I was planning to use the coupon. She didn't say "Thank you" when she give me back my change. I got my food and it was nice and hot but the cashier ruin my day. A word for the CEO of the Arby's restaurant, if you don't want to give the discount then don't pass out coupons in the mail. If you want to use the "Good deals" coupons to attract customers to patronage your restaurant then have your employees honor it. Just remember as a consumer, we're giving you the business transaction to receive your service. Consider your restaurant lucky to be able to receive our business out of the 50 restaurants around the area and the "one out of seven" fast food restaurants that pass out coupons in mail. read more

i like arby's but auburn washington location the worse fast food outlet i have been to in my 63 years of life. waited over 25 min. in drive up lane with only 3 cars ahead to get to pickup. no one, even manager knew how run gift card. opened meal in parking lot and totaly cold. called manager about issue . he stated onlyhalf staff showed up and busy . then proceded to hang up on me. i called back and he was upset i called back to busy. then hung up on me again while i told him i still in packing lot. 15 miles from my home to arby's at $5 gallon gas cost me 2 gallons. this service is totaly unexecptable. covid over. staff not showing up because manager is not respected. should be fired. read more

Food is good, when you can get it. Supply problems aside (like being out of ... roast beef), the wait times to get food here is always a deterrent. You are doing okay for yourself if the line isn't so long it's spilling into Auburn Way. This place employs some of the LOUDEST TALKING employees of any Arby's I've ever been to! I have to sit at the furthest end of the building and still hear every word they scream at each other, even though they are a few few feet away from each other. TALK A LITTLE SOFTER, people! Taxi driver ahead of me had a cold "hot roast beef". They argued with him . I paid $ 12 for a soda and two roast beef Mids. I waited a half hour !!!! Then I got one roast beef mid and a chicken sand. Not so great customer service is the hallmark of this restaurant. The manager will argue with you if they get your order wrong. Don't dare ask if the customer is always right either. The cashier will tell you "no!". Other than that, they have the same overpriced fast food as any other Arby's. read more
