    Raw chicken

As shown in the picture, was served raw chicken. Ordered other sandwiches with bacon also and the bacon was undercooked. On top of that, the wait took forever. Will not be coming here again.

This is the late night drive through window lady and her gulper great customer service!

This is my favorite Arby's in the area and for good reason. I have consistently gotten exactly what I ordered while going here both dine in and drive through. I order a mish mosh across the menu and regardless of what I order, it is always fresh, hot (when applicable), and worth it! I generally order at least one beef and one ham sandwich , both of which are flipping delicious every time. Recently my husband has taken to ordering this pecan chicken salad wrap but their other wraps are good as well! As far as clean goes, this is an older Arby's but for being a bit outdated it is very clean. I have worked in customer service for a long time and as far as I am concerned the good people at this restaurant will treat you with the same respect you show them. If other reviews mention negativity then perhaps it began with them? In all my dealing with the staff they have been nothing short of courteous and pleasant and at most time outstanding. This Arby's will not disappoint, it is worth passing the six other fast food restaurants in the area by.

Jennifer is rude. Maybe take someone's order with less attitude and without rushing them.

Its a fun spot, tables to sit at and a varied selection of trucks. This truck has a wide variety of sandwiches including some vegetarian options that sounded good and even though I'm not a vegetarian I think I'd like to give a couple of them a try. My husband opted for pulled pork sandwich. It was messy and he said really good. I decided on an inside out grilled cheese. It had grilled onions, swiss cheese inside and then slices of cheddar on the outside and grilled so the outer cheese was crispy and the inside cheese super gooey. It was absolutely delicious and game with an au jus for dipping. They also have drinks, we got strawberry lemonade and some sides but the sandwiches are plenty, you don't need anything else.

This fine sandwich spot is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. I ordered the T-Town Cheesesteak which came very cheesy, well seasoned and had tender meat. Pros: Soft Bun Filling Veggies are cooked perfectly Cheese steak taste on point Cons: Not enough steak A bit messy but that's understandable since it's a Cheesesteak. My suggestion would be for sandwiches like this they should be wrapped in parchment paper to seal in all the flavors, keep it warm and avoid less of a mess. Overall a good sandwich I'll be coming back for their other sandwiches

I could only eat half of it and save the rest for leftovers. My only suggestion is to dry off or spin lettuce after it's washed. Because it ends up making the bread soggy by the time you get it via take out, drive home to eat. It's a bit soggy and definitely more soggy by the next day. I couldn't figure out why it was so soggy. My only assumption would be too wet of toppings or lettuce. But I don't know for sure. The sandwich was really tasty& serving size was big. I believe it was approximately $17 per sandwich/ person. With each of us getting a 12 inch sub. Inside - It was a quiet and quaint environment when I went in. It didn't seem super busy.

Decors are impressive. Ambiance of this place is great. Picked up a Super hero and Avocado melt. You can pick the bread - white, wheat, onion or cheesy garlic. Choice of meat where turkey, pastrami, chicken, salami, ham and beef. The Hero came with cheddar & swiss cheeses, lettuce, pickle, pepperoncini and mayo. They do have regular and large options. Both the subs were made with soft and fresh bread. Delicious subs - the flavors were great. Absolutely way above the typical sub chains. Staffs were super friendly. It's a $$ place. But worth it. We ordered regular that day, that do have good portion. If we are coming back to this area, will visit again!

I really liked the bacon one more and my partner really preferred the pork shrimp one more so it worked out. Both were a 10/10!!! Crispy fresh fluffy bread. Not stale at all. And about $35 for both sandwiches and a can of Coke. Beware that crispy chicken will cut up the roof of your mouth though. It was worth every bite!! And they were so big that I could only eat half. My favorites are the Thai chili shrimp & pork bao and their spicy torched shrimp & pork rice. Their portions are generous and they do not skimp on the meat. The only criticism I have is that the bao bun does start to fall apart getting soaked with the juices from the meat and sauces. Food is usually ready within 5-10 minutes. A very casual spot to grab a meal with ample amount of seating if you choose to dine in. There is some parking directly in front of the store but there is more towards the back. Definitely recommend this spot!

I chose this spot because the online listing said they open at 10:00 AM, and it was about a 15-minute drive for me. When I arrived, I noticed the sign on the door actually said 10:30 AM. Around 10:05, the door opened, and as I walked in, a staff member kindly let me know that their official opening time is 10:30 and that the online information is still being updated. She asked me to wait briefly while she finished setting up, so I stepped out to my car for a bit. Once everything was ready, I went back in, and she was very apologetic and appreciative of my patience, which I really respected. Despite the confusion with the hours, the experience turned out great. The food absolutely hit the spot--especially the oxtail pho, which was rich, flavorful, and comforting after a long day. Their Thai tea was also a standout and exactly what I was craving. What really made a difference was the service. She consistently checked in to make sure everything was good, and her attentiveness didn't go unnoticed. Overall, this is a great place with delicious food and solid customer service. The only thing that needs improvement is aligning their posted and online opening hours to avoid confusion. I'd definitely come back again.
