Crinkle frys were done a bit crispy and held the fry sauce nicely. The single cheese burger was better than most. Just sloppy enough to need to wipe your face but not greasy. The Deep Fried Mushrooms were ok. They were a bit greasy and lacked flavor. They tasted like, well Mushrooms!! All told it was a great experience and we will go back. The menu has a pretty good selection of food. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was a bit noisy for me but not a deal breaker!

Well, I got the sandwich back in five minutes and I don't know how they toasted the bread, but what they did made the sandwich a lot worse than it already was. I did not finish the sandwich at all. The Nashville, hot sauce was not great. The way the wings were served it looked like they brushed the sauce on the wings. Definitely, not my preference. I like my wings dipped and saucey. I probably shouldn't complain since the sauce wasn't that good. I'm actually advocating that they remove the salmon sandwich from the menu because if they can't do this well then they should just stick with burgers.

They were dealing with a rush as best as they could. Overall, it was alright but a bit pricey for just a little bit above fast food.

The only criticism I have is that the bao bun does start to fall apart getting soaked with the juices from the meat and sauces. Food is usually ready within 5-10 minutes. A very casual spot to grab a meal with ample amount of seating if you choose to dine in. There is some parking directly in front of the store but there is more towards the back. Definitely recommend this spot!

This is about the BURIEN LOCATION: This place has the worst person and employee "KELLY THE MANAGER". I was there today, August 29th 2020 at 5:30 pm, i made an order online, it was ready to be picked up and I already paid for it. I was parked at the mobile order spot for 10 minutes and nobody came out I went to the drive thru and tell them that I had an order already paid and ready to be picked up. The way this person answered was totally disrespectfull, she raise her voice at me saying that there was not order with that number on the system and she cant do anything. Again, this was already paid in my app and ready to be picked up! I told her i will show her at the window my app with confirmation thinking that somebody will be able to help me after showing proof in the app. At the window I finally met the disgusting person I spoke in the microphone " KELLY THE MANAGER " she is the most disrespectfull, unprofessional, rude and disgusting employee I have ever talk to. She again raise her vocie at me saying the same thing, simply her system didnt have the order and she won't do it. I showed her my app and the email I received with my receipt. Both of them showing the order number, the amount, the address, the time, etc. She denied to see it, she repeat she wont see it, she didnt need to see it and that she just won't do it. I asked her if she coudl just make the order for me with the proof that I have in my app and my bank account also because my money was already gone!!!!! I think i dont have enough words on how to describe the terrible experience and how bad and furious this woman made me feel. This KELLY is totally unprofessional because a good manager, a good person or even just someone that has good customer service will try to do everything that is on their hands to help and satisfy a customer. Lady, if I or somebody asks for help and you are in charge, in first place show respect to whoever you are speaking with and second satisfy and help the customer because thats that position you are getting paid for. And if somebody shows you proof that their money was already taken by the company, verify and again HELP AND BE RESPECTFULL TO THE PEOPLE. KELLY IS A "WHITE" SKIN PERSON WITH HALF DARK HAIR AND BLOND (WITH HER MONEY). If you go to this location and speak with a woman that has the courage to raise her voice to customers and disrespectful IS HER! So don't even ask for the manager in there!!! I am also putting the screenshots of my app and bank statement. This McDonald's has consistently good food and friendly service. The drive-thru is fast and efficient. I would recommend checking your bag before you drive away, though, as I have had items missing on occasion. read more
