This was about my husband and mine fifth time at this restaurant. I'm confirming that we like this restaurant. I like the burgers and I love the boozy milkshakes - myfavorite. So this visit I got the strawberry milkshake with the shot of vodka, delicious; and we also ordered the Three pepper bomb hamburger, outstanding; we also got the buffalo calamari, which was again one of my favorites. But the problem came when we ordered the Nashville hot wings and the salmon sandwich. Both were lacking in flavor and presentation. One of the big issues with the salmon sandwich. The sandwich was served on thick cold bread, I couldn't barely taste the salmon and all the other ingredients on the sandwich (see photo). Wait. I take that back. You can also taste the billion tomatoes they had on the sandwich. I let the staff know the bread on my sandwich was not hot and ask them to toast the bread. Well, I got the sandwich back in five minutes and I don't know how they toasted the bread, but what they did made the sandwich a lot worse than it already was. I did not finish the sandwich at all. The Nashville, hot sauce was not great. The way the wings were served it looked like they brushed the sauce on the wings. Definitely, not my preference. I like my wings dipped and saucey. I probably shouldn't complain since the sauce wasn't that good. I'm actually advocating that they remove the salmon sandwich from the menu because if they can't do this well then they should just stick with burgers. read more

I need to speak my truth on this place sorry Food was not good somehow messed they up chips and queso..? Chips were terribly soggy although dip was decent. Salad came with only spoons instead of a fork and I thought we were being indie here but they actually forgot a fork. Which is totally fine, except the salad actually tasted better when I was eating it with the wooden spoons. I have been going here since it has been open and have been returning quite frequently. I recently made a to go order of the mini corn dogs, Bahn Mi burger and the Burger dip. The burgers have been better previously. The Bahn Mi burger was missing the daikon carrots and jalapeños . The bread for the burger dip was no longer using a Dutch crunch bread and instead used a ciabatta with two patties stacked on top of one another. But what takes the cake is their new items of the mini corn dogs. These were just straight burned. It's quite staggering that this establishment would serve items this burnt to a customer. We finally found a place nearby that we have labeled as "an obsession"! An obsession as in we absolutely LOVE this place. We honestly went twice in a week. Once for our fiance and I to discover and another time to treat my fiance's best friend out for dinner. They have happy hour everyday, shelves of alcohol for mixed drinks/shots, and specials such as burgers of the day. Each time i come in, for drinks, either i grab myself a malt on the rocks ($12) or a cup of beer ($6). For food, we have loved the Lakeland Club. It is literally stacked. I am only able to finish a half of the sandwich. Its filled with such flavor of crispy bacon, mayo, lettuce, not so dry turkey, and bread. I dont quite remember the taste of the fried egg as much but it is a satisfyingly great sandwich. Staff has always been great at bringjng things on time, making sure if we are tended to, and ensuring that the food we are getting is acceding our hunger. We have had a moment during our experience where the sun was beaming down our face and we had to cover our faces to look at each other. Staff noticed and accomodated for us immediately. You have the option of sitting at a table, on the highchairs by the bar, or at the bar. Customer was great and it was not a lot of guest in the restaurant. Felt comfortable to remove our mask to enjoy a meal. We enjoyed our burgers and the fries. Stopped by after the fair and it was a nice surprise. Walking in it looks small but once settled in it feels big. Didn't have to wait anything . Not loud enough to cover your conversation but enough to make you feel like your in your bubble. It wasn't full but I guess it was busy. It did take a bit for us to get our drinks (one of our friends had to go to the bar to get his drink but it was ok) and check in the end. Amazing customer service. Never felt like I was left without water or napkins. The apps are a must try. Especially the calamari, get two orders if you are more then three people. Worth it. Our first time. This place was suggested by our friends. I'm not a burger person, but that's what my hubby wanted for Father's Day. So I didn't mind taking him to a place we haven't tried yet. Food is good. Drinks are great. The quality of the meat has changed since they first opened. You used to be able to order your burger rare. Not anymore. But it is still a tasty burger. I would give the food 5 stars. What should get minus stars is the chairs. They are the most uncomfortable chairs imaginable. Hard metal and made for smaller butts. When I stood up after my most recent visit, I could barely take a step. I had to shake out my legs to get the blood flowing. It felt my the bottom of my pelvis had been shoved up into my hips. And we were there for maybe an hour and 15 mins. We have been here many times, and I've never felt so sore. Service was GREAT, as always. It seems like they have and then keep a consistent staff, which is always good. But really, Stack, you have GOT to do something about those chairs. For dinner she ordered the sesame salad. She told me it was really good the dressing was just more vinegar style than she anticipated and she wished it came with more chicken. Husband just came home with dinner from Stack 571 Lakeland Hills. This is what we ordered and what we received. 1. Kids cheeseburger with fries and a sundae. The cheeseburger had no cheese, the burger was soooo overcooked, broken into little pieces, it felt like rubber and was too tough to eat. No fries. No sundae. 2. Burger Dip with fries. Burger was burned and way overdone. 3. Reuben with fries. Reuben was tasty. No fries. 4. Wedge salad- missing. 5. Brussels sprouts a deep fried soggy mess. 6. Milkshake, triple berry with vodka was good. Should have opened the large (closed) 'to go bag' that was staples shut to confirm order was complete. The majority of the meal was horrible- what a disappointment. Looks like I'm cooking dinner after all tonight because what wasn't missing- was mostly inedible. Love this place! Plenty of outdoor seatings, chilled vibe, friendly services, good music, lots of parking, clean restrooms - and most of all - great food and drinks! We ended up ordering a bunch of beer and two flights of whisky. First was a Scotch flight with three glasses of very very mellow whisky that went down smooth with a lingering woodsy flavor on the tongue. Second was the NW flight - Whoo Wee! That one was a bit harsh, went down burning with a little numbing to the tongue. We loved both flights! We also came during happy hour which is every day 3pm - 6pm. Yowsers! That was a special! It shouldn't be called a hamburger, it was a surf and turf delight with a roll. The special was a "Hamburger" with shredded crab, hollandaise sauce over asparagus with a house sauce. but it was more like a balance of surf and turf with light and complex flavor that ate like a meal and a half. Dane was our server and was absolutely amazing! He ran his tail off on a crazy busy night while we witnessed many of his coworkers stand around and complain about the amount of work that needed to be done after a huge party left an equally huge mess. This location was a tiny bit more mellow but did not lack anything in terms of service or food quality. The food once again was phenomenal and our server was personable, polite, and funny. I had the PB&J burger. It was delicious with a generous dose of peanut butter and jelly. The crispy burger patty and salty bacon finished the sweet salty and umami bomb. The regular fries were okay. I also got the Bananas Foster adult shake. Strong banana flavor but weak on the burnt caramel sugar flavor and alcohol. Overall, the food would be 4 stars. What brought this to 5 stars was the service. We had an excellent waitress who still tended to us well after our meal was done. Not sure if this is a new location and everyone is still in training, or if it's just poorly managed. We came in on a busy evening and had to wait about 10 minutes. The table where we were about to be sat was right in the front, so we were able to see it being prepared for us. It had been mostly cleared already but still had a few plates and silverware sprawled on the table amongst crumbs. The young woman moved the items aside and began cleaning the table, then arranged the USED plates and silverware at the table for us. Thankfully we saw it all happen because...ew??? The bartender ended up being our server because I think they were short staffed that evening. Totally fine. He was very nice but did forget about us and we didn't see him again until we had finished eating and another server mentioned that we needed him. A man who I would assume is the manager brought out our food and we asked him for new plates and explained what happened. One of the reasons I haven't gone to this restaurant before is because they have uncomfortable-looking metal chairs. I had a burger craving and decided to give them a try. I got the Juicy Lucy Black and Blue burger and waffle fries to-go tonight. The person on the phone who took my order was so pleasant and efficient. When I arrived, the hostess was very nice and went to get my order right away. Everything from ordering to getting my food was easy and positive. The waffle fries were OK. The burger though was really good! I haven't had a good burger like that in a long time. The meat was cooked perfectly with that tasty char that you get when you cook a burger on the BBQ. There were lots of good mushrooms and the perfect amount of sauce. The blue cheese inside the burger was so yummy. Thank you to the person who took my order, the hostess, and the cooks tonight. Slow service, but the gal was nice enough. We ordered calamari (super spicy and overcooked so it's rubbery) fried green tomatoes were the best thing we had, but paper thin sliced tomatoes need to be much thicker, but it was good. The milkshake was brought out first and had waaaaay too many chocolate chips in it. And the Nash Hot chicken was a complete mess as was the Big Kahuna... waaaaay too salty. The truffle fries were reallly good. We ordered onion rings, but they were out. So, sadly, a 2 star rating, and we won't need to come back, nor recommend it to anyone. read more
