Shredded Chicken

Improvements have been made in the presentation of the food. Bowls are bigger! It can get pretty busy but turn around is quick. The customers bring their own ambiance. We dined and chatted and was left til we got up to pay for our meals. Customer services could always improve. They offer happy hour 3-6pm

If you guys are ever in the Auburn area this is the pho place yall need to try! Like they are consistent and like one of the hands down best pho place! Their bún bó huẽ is legit! And their vermicelli bowl BOMB! Service is good and ambiance lots of seating. The shrimp toast so good here too. The dessert is okay but everything sooo good!

Egg rolls, seafood phõ, and Rare Steak and Brisket

My boyfriend and I stopped here after shopping and were craving some phõ. We came in and it was packed and busy, almost all of the tables were full or had old dishes on them. We got seated after waiting a while. We had put in our order for pork egg rolls, seafood phõ, and a rare steak and brisket phõ. It took us a while to order our food when we were ready and once we ordered there was a big group of 10 people that had came in and we were sitting at a 4 seat table. My boyfriend and I told the wait that we could move to another table that was clear to make it easier for them to combine tables and move in this group. We waited a while for our food and sometimes noticed that other people were being turned away because of how back up and busy they were. We eventually got our food about an hour in, and to our surprise the food was amazing! It felt like the wait was worth it for us. Both of the phõ were delicious and had so much flavor, not too much fat or oil. Lots of noodles and meat. I'd give it full stars if the service wasn't so unorganized.

We went to eat here because heard it was good and you can order beef bone with the pho. The place was packed but we were able to get the seat right away. It didn't take long to get the pho and beef bone. The beef bone was charged extra. The pho was very tasty but they ran out of bean sprouts. Beef bone was too chewy. It's hard to eat if you don't cut it first. They have a knife at the table but it's very dull. Bring your own knife if you want to eat the beef bone!! The reason for the 3 star was because no bean sprout, and beef bone was chewy otherwise it would have been a 4 star. But I had to say the pho soup was one of the best I have eaten.

There's a small aquarium in the entrance with a few fish! The service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere was a typical pho restaurant. We got spring rolls, banh mi and beef ribs pho. Spring roll: Wished the shrimp in the spring roll was a bit thicker and less dry but it was fresh and good app to start with. Banh mi: the pork was tender and well seasoned. The bread was super fresh and smelled/tasted good. Wished there were a bit more veggies. I dipped the banh mi in the pho soup and it was *chefs kiss*! Pho: the ribs were a esthetically pleasing with two big bones in the soup but the meat was dry, hard to chew, and hard to take the meat off from the bones. It wasn't "fall off the bones" meat. The soup flavor was great! It had all the spices.

Came in on a Wednesday night with family for dinner and we were invited to sit wherever we wanted. There was only one other party seated inside so we had many tables to choose from! The server took our order and honestly the food came out quick. Our order consisted of two vermicelli bowls, and three bowls of pho (two being short rib & steak). Portion sizes were generous and everything was pretty tasty. Our table also ordered two of the powder smoothies. I personally wasn't a fan, but my husband and sister in law enjoyed them as it was a nostalgic little treat. We happened to be eating near closing time and the server was nice enough to start cleaning our table (she was super nice about it and didn't make us feel rushed) before we realized that they would be closing up soon. Overall, a solid spot for pho if you're in the area and craving it!

When we arrived, we were a little put off seeing that a lot of the tables were empty and not bussed or cleaned off, but was greeted nicely and the waiter cleared/cleaned a table for us and they eventually cleaned off the rest of the tables. Good thing because the dinner rush started to come in. We ordered the beef rib pho and large P9-brisket and tendon pho. Both had very good tasting broth. Lots of nice pieces of brisket and tendon. The beef rib pho came with two large rib bones! If we are in the Auburn, we would come back.

Great pho broth tasted great. The only reason why this wasn't a 5 star is the place is small (holds about 40-50). So, I would say get there early.

The server was very nice, but I could have used a water refill. She was just a little busy I suppose. I ordered chicken curry, but was brought beef. I just went ahead and ate the beef cuz I don't like making a fuss. I asked for veggies instead of potatoes though, so maybe she just got confused. My fault for changing everything up. At least they were very accommodating with my requests. I like when tables have everything you need at the table. The chilli sauce was good.

Menu (hot stone pho promo)

I went here with a friend on a Saturday night around 6:30pm to almost a full house. The inside feels pretty casual, as in it's brightly lit and has tables and seats that can seat mostly groups of 2 or more, and it can be noisy. Their menu is typical for a Vietnamese restaurant around the state, with pho and rice dishes among other things. I specifically came here with my friend to try their hot stone pho, which was the highly recommended dish and the one that caught my interest. When it came out, the soup was boiling pretty hard, and it stayed at a very hot temperature for at least half an hour; pretty much more than enough time for me to finish the dish, and just the way I prefer my pho. The portion of noodles and just the stone bowl overall was quite small, so I ordered a side of extra noodles to go along with it which ended up being more than enough after also ordering some Thai tea. Otherwise, they provide everything from the raw meat to the basil, mint leaves, bean sprouts, onions and lime on the side. Soup is very flavorful and the noodles fit right in with them especially after adding everything in. Beef and beef tripes were tender and easy to chew on. Servers were very attentive and reminded us to be careful with the really hot stone pot after putting the dish on our table. Our dishes didn't take very long to come out either considering some other reviews I've read on here on long wait times. The hot stone pho is on the pricier side compared to their other pho dishes, so I might go for their Pho Dac Biet Saigon the next time I come here.

Lemongrassy chili crisp

Expect to wait 30min before you get the food you ordered (on a weekend) as the kitchen is quite slow. However they serve a pretty good sup and very reasonable at $13.99 for a small bowl of pho. P9 phone brisket and tendon - they didn't skimp on the tendon and it seemed like well cooked quality meats. Shreddy but not dry brisket! Kick it up an extra notch with the lemongrass chili crisp they have on the table (for the chili crisp connoisseurs out there) Hubs said the Bun Bo Hue was one of the better ones in the Seattle area. Recommend adding in the extra lemongrass fish/shrimp paste they give you on the side for some extra funk.

Hot pot pho with combination meat

I saw the hot pot pho on Instagram and was very interested in trying this place out. My only issue is that I saw the rating and reviews for this place wasn't interested at first as it seems this place doesn't seem to be the most efficient in terms of service and cleanliness. However, I realized I should still try it out to determine for myself. Plus it was close to a spot we were visiting anyways. My boyfriend and I entered which triggered a little bell sound to indicate that guests received. We saw a huge fish tank with gorgeous fish and a sign that said to please wait to be seated. We stood there for a bit and waited for someone to direct us. One of the staff members who was eating looked at us and gestured to sit but it was hard to tell as they had their mouth full of food. It was then that the waiter/cashier came out and told us to sit anywhere we'd like. The music playing was very serene and peaceful which fit with the overall vibe of the place as they very modern and minimalistic decor. I like that they had menus already at tables, but there was no hot pot pho menu on most of the tables. I peered over to the big table and it was the only table that had it so I grabbed as I wanted to order that. For the hot pot pho, your choices of meat seem to oxtails or short rib. I didn't want either as it was an extra charge so I went with the combination meat instead as another Yelper did that. My boyfriend got the combination pho and I also got a side order of spring rolls as they were the cheapest I have ever seen. The shrimp rolls as massive but I feel the execution of how it was rolled was flawed as I never had issues of having the ingredients fall out ever. The look didn't seem as neat as other places. We received the beansprouts, basil, limes, and jalapenos but it didn't seem like a lot so I asked for more beansprouts which was the perfect amount. After a few minutes, we received our food which was exciting. The waiter dropped off a little piece of paper that just basically warned the dangers of how hot the pot was and how to properly enjoy the hot pot pho. Luckily, I'm a Korean and I'm very familiar with how hot stone pots work. The portions seemed pretty good as well as the amount of meats. As I was putting in the meats, one of my tendons had what looked like an eyelash (not mine cause it was already on it and I didn't touch the meat plate until I received my pho) and I was ready to flag down our waiter but I didn't see him for quite some time after he delivered our meals. It was unfortunate and I just took the eye lash off and did a quick check to see if anything else was off. The food was delicious though and that was very reassuring. The broth for the hot pot pho was different compared to their regular pho which I'm not sure if that's supposed to be normal? But both broths tasted very hearty and comforting. The price you pay for the pho is justified as the noodle portion, meats and vegetables are generous. The chili oil that they have is also fantastic and not just generic hot chili oil, it definitely has either a homemade taste to it or a better brand. The waiter did fill our water once when he noticed my boyfriend's glass was half empty but that was before our food arrived. He checked on us once more after my boyfriend was almost done with his food and I was still enjoying my food. Then we never saw him stop by or ask if we needed containers as I was still eating while my boyfriend was paying. Now, as my boyfriend went to go pay and apparently accidently tipped too much as the waiter noticed that he gave more than $20. I appreciate that the employee did notice it and asked if that's the correct amount. He went to report to the manager whom I presume is also the main chef and she helped change the tip amount. Other businesses would probably not have said anything or assume that's okay, but at least this restaurant is honest and not crooks. We will consider returning but next time I see something off, I will definitely be reporting it.

Its a fun spot, tables to sit at and a varied selection of trucks. This truck has a wide variety of sandwiches including some vegetarian options that sounded good and even though I'm not a vegetarian I think I'd like to give a couple of them a try. My husband opted for pulled pork sandwich. It was messy and he said really good. I decided on an inside out grilled cheese. It had grilled onions, swiss cheese inside and then slices of cheddar on the outside and grilled so the outer cheese was crispy and the inside cheese super gooey. It was absolutely delicious and game with an au jus for dipping. They also have drinks, we got strawberry lemonade and some sides but the sandwiches are plenty, you don't need anything else.

This fine sandwich spot is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. I ordered the T-Town Cheesesteak which came very cheesy, well seasoned and had tender meat. Pros: Soft Bun Filling Veggies are cooked perfectly Cheese steak taste on point Cons: Not enough steak A bit messy but that's understandable since it's a Cheesesteak. My suggestion would be for sandwiches like this they should be wrapped in parchment paper to seal in all the flavors, keep it warm and avoid less of a mess. Overall a good sandwich I'll be coming back for their other sandwiches

I think they usually mostly cater to lunch customers because they closed at 6 PM. I asked the employee what the most popular sandwiches were and she told me it was definitely the crispy chicken bacon banh mi. We ordered that and a spicy pork shrimp banh mi. Both were excellent! I really liked the bacon one more and my partner really preferred the pork shrimp one more so it worked out. Both were a 10/10!!! Crispy fresh fluffy bread. Not stale at all. And about $35 for both sandwiches and a can of Coke. Beware that crispy chicken will cut up the roof of your mouth though. It was worth every bite!! And they were so big that I could only eat half. Saved the other half for the next day and it was just as delicious. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in town and it's not too late.

My favorites are the Thai chili shrimp & pork bao and their spicy torched shrimp & pork rice. Their portions are generous and they do not skimp on the meat. The only criticism I have is that the bao bun does start to fall apart getting soaked with the juices from the meat and sauces. Food is usually ready within 5-10 minutes. A very casual spot to grab a meal with ample amount of seating if you choose to dine in. There is some parking directly in front of the store but there is more towards the back. Definitely recommend this spot!

I chose this spot because the online listing said they open at 10:00 AM, and it was about a 15-minute drive for me. When I arrived, I noticed the sign on the door actually said 10:30 AM. Around 10:05, the door opened, and as I walked in, a staff member kindly let me know that their official opening time is 10:30 and that the online information is still being updated. She asked me to wait briefly while she finished setting up, so I stepped out to my car for a bit. Once everything was ready, I went back in, and she was very apologetic and appreciative of my patience, which I really respected. Despite the confusion with the hours, the experience turned out great. The food absolutely hit the spot--especially the oxtail pho, which was rich, flavorful, and comforting after a long day. Their Thai tea was also a standout and exactly what I was craving. What really made a difference was the service. She consistently checked in to make sure everything was good, and her attentiveness didn't go unnoticed. Overall, this is a great place with delicious food and solid customer service. The only thing that needs improvement is aligning their posted and online opening hours to avoid confusion. I'd definitely come back again.

Finally checked out West Hill Deli! Absolutely loved their food and ambiance…read more For food, we got the adobo pork belly (comes with macaroni salad, rice, and vegetables on the side) and the pandan fried chicken (comes with rice and veggies on the side). Pandan was super crispy and rice was soft, not mushy. Adobo was rich in garlic and in smoky and sweet flavor. Love they kept the fat on some adobo pieces. Each dish was just enough for us to finish for breakfast. For drinks, we ordered the calamansi juice and calamansi iced tea. Both taste great. Side notes: You order up front, bring your table number, and sit wherever you like. They will bring you your food. Once youre done, please put your food away in the back, which is located on the left hand side of the deli if youre facing the deli at the entryway. It was busy on a Sunday around noon.
