Consistently solid pho and one of my go-to spots when I'm craving Vietnamese food in Fremont. I always get the combo beef pho (#1), which comes with generous portions and plenty of meat. Some of the beef cuts can be a little on the fatty side, which I know some people really enjoy, but it's something to keep in mind if you're trying to be more health-conscious. Overall, you really can't go wrong with Pho Ha Noi when you're craving a good, filling bowl of pho in Fremont. The portions are generous, the quality is consistent, and it's a reliable local spot.

I stumbled upon another Pho Ha Noi location. This one is located next to Market Broiler, Five Guys, Dish N Dash, etc. The parking lot is large, so you shouldn't have an issue finding a spot. Walking in, you can use their revolving door or traditional door. But once you step inside, it seems to be grander than their other locations. They have a large bar area and options to dine inside or outside in their patio area with shade and heat lamps. They have separate multi-user men and women's restrooms. They were closing during the period between 3pm to 5pm, so I only ordered a drink. My usual of Vietnamese Ice Coffee. It was bold, strong, like you'd expect. The service was friendly as I was ordering knowing they were about to close. Support your local business.

My mom and I actually prefer this location over the one in San Jose. The atmosphere here feels much more relaxed and laid-back, making it a more enjoyable place to sit down and enjoy a meal. The service was decent, although you'll probably need to flag down a server if you need to place another order, ask for extra sauces, or get the check. They weren't very proactive, but they were helpful once we got their attention. One thing I really appreciated was that the pho arrived HOTTT--exactly how pho should be. There's nothing worse than lukewarm broth, so this was definitely a plus. The only downsides were the seating and space. Our table was a little wobbly, which made eating a bit annoying, and the dining area felt a little tight. We had our son's stroller with us, and maneuvering through the restaurant wasn't the easiest. I wish there were just a bit more room between the tables for families with strollers. Overall, it's a solid spot when you're craving a comforting bowl of pho. Between the cozy atmosphere and piping hot broth, I'd happily come back.

Nice & clean spot. On the pricey price for Vietnamese food. I love how they have choices of white or dark meat for chicken in Pho. Fresh noodle tasted great. Service could have been better comparing to how they represent their ambience. No one came to check if everything was ok and I had to for attention to get Togo container. FYI, no seafood Pho here.

We were on the way back to the city from Brentwood when we decided to grab some lunch here at Pho Ha Noi. I've been to other locations before so it wasn't our first rodeo with this establishment. We waited about 5-10 minutes on a Sunday. We were seated in a booth with 3 adults + toddler. My husband I both ordered the grilled pork vermicelli although we wanted the Bun Cha but they told us it was sold out. Bummer! The waitress recommended this one as the closest choice to the Bun Cha. Overall the food was good and I don't think it was anything special with this dish to be honest. The grilled pork was cooked well and tasted just the way it should be. Service is good and attentive. Hope to go back to Pho Ha Noi soon to eat some bun cha next time!

Stopped by for a quick lunch with my coworker. Food came out fast and hot. I love the combination pho with fresh noodles! Pho always so flavorful. Super rich broth 10/10! I love making my bowl extra spicy and with extra limes/ lemons. Egg rolls were freshly fried and hot, 9/10 I asked 3 people that came to our table for extra lemons and not one person came back with it. I do notice that both Fremont and San Jose locations don't like to give much extras. Overall food was great though the restaurant was a bit conservative with extra lemon slices.

Came here on Mother's Day for lunch before 12pm. Wait time was short. Only 5 min or so. The ambiance is so nice and I wasn't expecting it. The service was quick , a bit too rushed since during the first 5 min being seated, servers came asked us if we were ready to order for 5 times! It was our first time there and we needed more time to look over the menu but they kept coming back and asking if we were ready. I order a pho and it was within 5 min! My daughter wanted tamarind shrimp but was sold out. So she got the roasted chicken and crust sticky rice . The chicken was good abut the sticky rice was too crispy for my daughter. The pho tasted well and not as salty as other pho places. We also got eggroll but that was rather bland inside. Overall, we enjoyed it and will for sure to come back.

Vibe: 3.5/5 Service: 4/5 Food: 4/5 Drink: 4/5 Value: 4.5/5 I'm slightly embarrassed to admit that this was my first visit to this legendary establishment. My nail lady recommended the Vietnam town location in SJ over the Cupertino one due to the excessive fees, but when we discovered this location while shopping nearby, we decided to seize the opportunity. We loved the food. Everything tasted fresh, and the meat on my pho fell right off the bone. The portions were very generous and a great value. We will be back for sure.

The best chicken pho! The chicken is juicy. Buy one cocktail and get another for $1! Lychee martinis were so good. And the shrimp rolls were fresh and delicious. Girls night out was a success.

Came here for lunch with a friend. The place is spacious and clean. I got their the pho bo dac biet and the ube smoothie. The speciality drinks came out from those robot while the water and food were brought out by the employees. The food and drinks came out reasonable time. Prices are a little pricy for their food and drinks but food is still good. The restaurant is in a plaza with parking.

    So Yummy!

My wife and I stopped by our favorite local Vietnamese restaurant tonight, (Pho Hanoi) knowing the food would be as delicious as always. What made this visit especially memorable was meeting our server, Tai, for the first time. Tai truly impressed us with his attentiveness and attention to detail. It seemed like he could anticipate what we needed before we even had to ask. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that our dining experience was exceptional. The outstanding food, combined with Tai's warm and professional service, made for a wonderful evening. We look forward to coming back and hope to be served by Tai again. Highly recommended!

We always make it a point to stop by this place whenever we're in the area, and it never disappoints. Yesterday, it was raining almost the entire day, so on our way home we decided to grab dinner here--and it turned out to be the perfect choice for the weather. The pho was incredibly comforting, especially on a cold, rainy day. The broth was rich, flavorful, and clearly simmered with care. The beef was exceptionally tender--so soft that it was practically falling off the bone without any effort. It made the whole bowl feel even more satisfying. The portion size was also quite generous, definitely enough for sharing. I couldn't even finish mine, so I happily packed the rest to go--no food wasted! Despite the place being consistently busy every time we visit, I appreciate how well they maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, even extending to the bathroom, which is always a good sign. The only small downside during this visit was feeling a bit rushed toward the end. A staff member stood near our table while we were finishing up, likely noticing we were almost done, and asked if we were ready. While I understand they were trying to turn tables due to the crowd, it did make us feel a little pressured in that moment. Overall, it's still one of our go-to spots for a warm and satisfying bowl of pho, especially on days when you just need something comforting.

I think this is the best Pho Ha Noi location in the South Bay, in my opinion. The portions are great for what we pay for!!! The side soup is quite large for what it is - which I'm not complaining, probably the thing that caught my eye immediately. The food is also incredibly tasty. Pho soup is clean and delicious. Shaking beef (bo luc lac) meat is perfectly cooked to medium rare, and I love the amount of meat given compared to other restaurants. I hope they continue to serve these plates this well continuously.

Any plans to add more vegetarian/vegan options like the Palo Alto location?

    Do they have vegetarian options?

They do not have anything vegetarian. Their veggie pho uses chicken broth.

Do they take reservations for large parties?

I just called and they said yes they do take reservations for big parties.

Best pha flavores here? Please advice to me.

Don't go here. There are plenty of other pho places with better flavor. Or, visit their location in SJ which is way better. The fremont location has smaller portions and everything we tried that day (both vegetarian and beef) were lackluster.

    They accept Apple pay?

    Yes!

We started with the One Piece Mixed Salad (tofu skin, vermicelli noodles, woodear mushrooms, carrots, celery, seaweed, and peanuts, all mixed in a savory, acidic, and spicy dressed ) and the Shredded Potato Salad, both of which made for nice appetizers. We also had the Cold Skin Noodles (Liangpi), a bowl of wide, chewy noodles mixed with a savory sauce and topped with tofu puffs, shredded cucumber , bean sprouts, and a creamy sesame sauce. Hailing from Xi'an, the Braised Pork Pita Burger was fatty pieces of pork braised in a savory sauce, served in a dry round of "pita," but even better was the Spicy Cumin Lamb Pita Burger, which contained a tantalizingly spicy, flavorful filling of tender spiced lamb. The Signature Beef Bone Noodle Soup came with noodles in a simple broth, topped with three bone-in beef ribs. The meat on the ribs was rather tough and sinewy, and the soup on the bland side, but the presentation of the dish was definitely impressive. Finally, the House Special Braised Dry Noodle was a bowl of noodles topped with a savory sauce with lots of different dried ingredients including tofu, s mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and red bell peppers. For each noodle dish, you could select from a variety of noodles, but my favorite by far was the 2cm "General Wide" noodles, which had an amazing chewy texture. Overall, this was a great restaurant for authentic Northern Chinese noodle dishes and other eats. Everything came out from the kitchen in just minutes after we ordered. The tasty dishes came at a good value, and the service was super friendly too!

There seems to have some menu change since the last time we came. We ordered 2 dry noodles and a cold spicy pig ears appetizer. The pig ears were piled up with no fillers - something hard to find these days. You can select the type of noodles so I picked the widest while my husband picked the middle one. I love the el dente texture of the noodles giving it a bit of chew. My braised pork belly dry noodles was not dry... very watery which was not to my liking. I want my dry noodles with as little gravy as possible. The flavor was light despite all the gravy, but the veggies and one egg made it up. The house special dry noodles had just the right amount of gravy for taste but not enough ingredients. I was wondering why the restaurant is called One Piece... I guess the entire bowl of noodles is one piece noodle as it was hard to eat as all the noodles are tangled. No complaints here just need to be careful with the splashes on your shirt. Overall the food was good, service was decent as we were offered actual menu instead of only using QR code to order. The place was not small with plenty of table. A bit noise as with all Chinese restaurants.

I actually have one of Ox 9's other locations bookmarked but when I found out there was a branch in Fremont, I detoured to try them out. I came on a weekend for early lunch, and the restaurant was quite empty and spacious. There is a window that allows you to see where the sausage (noodles) get made (pulled). Located in a strip mall, there is ample parking. Two friendly women told me to sit wherever and order via QR code. I deliberated for a hilariously long time over the width of my noodles but ultimately decided on the beef and pickled veggie noodle soup with the thin flat noodles, as well as an order of the lamb skewers. The food came out reasonably fast, given that the noodles are hand-pulled, and the portions were HUGE. The lamb skewers were highly rated online and I can see why. They are perfectly spiced and so flavorful, without being so coated that the texture changes, and they have the PERFECT fat to lean ratio so they were unbelievably succulent, but not cloying. An order is 3 decent-sized skewers and I absolutely housed those. Next I was served a huge bowl of steaming, fresh noodles. The small flat noodle was the perfect size for me, as they were already quite wide. I was not looking to chew through literal dough sheets so I am glad I didn't opt for any wider noodle size. The texture of the noodles was sublime, so QQ so springy, you can really tell that they are hand-pulled. The slight imperfections and difference in thickness between noodles gave each bite a unique chew that was so addicting. I wish the physical dimensions of the bowl were a bit bigger because the noodles were a bit tangled and clumpy and I would have liked a bit more room to mix and spread them out. The beef noodle soup broth was just ok, I think the flavor could have been a bit deeper and stronger, but I could appreciate a savory beefy flavor. The pairing of pickled vegetables and tender beef is a classic though, and I do appreciate the clean, soothing taste. There is chili oil, soy sauce, and vinegar at every table so I added a bit more salt and spice to mine. Portions were HUGE and I was already getting full from the lamb skewers, so I took a good amount home. I packed the noodles and soup separately, and the superior gluten formation of fresh noodles held up to a day in the fridge, and were still quite tasty when reheated on stovetop. I loved this place and would absolutely return to try the other noodle dishes and noodle dimensions, as well as get more of their fabulous skewers.

Unfortunately, my partner ended up feeling sick afterward, which made the experience even more concerning. The XLB was still good, and I did enjoy that. However, the spicy wontons were disappointing. The wonton wrappers seemed to have absorbed a lot of the oil from the spicy sauce, making them taste very starchy, heavy, and oily rather than flavorful. I am no OG attendee but...I personally thought their dumplings were AMAZING! I was craving xiao long baos so bad. Their XLB was the best I've had in the bay--when I bit into the skin, it was a mouthful of delicious broth. Many other XLB spots could barely produce as much broth as Bing's. The skin was also perfectly QQ. We also ordered their classic pork and cabbage dumplings. Wow. So flavorful and clean. They don't skimp on the meat portions here, that's for sure. Lastly, we got their braised beef noodle soup. Noodles were consistent and QQ, though the broth was a little bland. Albeit, this is a dumpling spot after all! Service was great--food came out super fast and water was always refilled. Perhaps the establishment has taken in the feedback already bc tbh I am not seeing what the negative reviews were talking about hahaha! Perfect mom and pop vibes all around! I WILL BE COMING BACK

It's good to revisit them again, though it sounds like they are under new management from when I first came here. New & modern tables and flooring. The restaurant is still surrounded by windows so on sunny days you can enjoy the natural light but they do have pull down shades to provide shade from it as well. Braised Beef Noodle Soup - tender medium-sized noodles to easily slurp up. The braised beef was stewed well and little bits of tendon and crunchy flank. Pork Shrimp Won Ton Soup - We ended up getting served WT Noodle Soup, which my wife did not want. After flagging down our server we explained that we marked down Won Ton Soup with no noodles. Luckily, they verified with the menu we had marked up. They quickly corrected the order. That shows great customer service. The service was friendly, courteous, and attentive. I'll be back. It's a pretty large sized restaurant, and even though there were plenty of people eating, there were plenty of seats. Standard kind of menu where you could get soups or noodles. They did have a good selection of vegetarian options as well. I ordered the chow fun combination which had shrimp. chicken, and pork, along with vegetables. It came out very quickly but everything tasted fresh and not overcooked. My companion ordered the tofu curry which he said was very fresh. This is a good place to grab a quick meal. Nothing fancy!

Our 3rd time ordering: #8 Mi Trieu Chau egg noodle soup and #29 fried daikon cake. The egg noodle - soft and soggy! It should be chewy and crunchy. The soup is bland, has the boiled watery taste and smell of the noodle. It's like the noodles were not rinsed properly. The daikon cake does not have daikons. After the 3rd time I finally pointed this out to the server, he checked with the lady owner and she said that it's additional add on. Overall: The service - fast and workers here are sweet (5 stars), The food - bland and inconsistent, I'd like my daikons since the menu and receipt show daikons! (Zero star)
